Poor management, irresponsible, and disappointed. Brought my wife to the BTMC hospital due to asthma attack. She was placed in red zone (so call) for almost 12 hours and given a careless reason saying that there is no bed available, even though the insurance is all approved. All they did is lay the blame/responsibility to someone else. Considering the situation, i had requested for a for a discharge as my wife was very tired and restless. All of a sudden we was informed that, there is a bed in a different ward. Started to send my wife immediately to the ward/room. Its a great disappointment, because my wife is a registered staff nurse and, who is also an employee in the same hospital. Not to say that we need an immediate care/attention, at least you could have been responsible and given a fair hospitality, as we are not there for a free service. We are a paying customer. The only good comment which i have is for Dr. Tamil, Dr. Lee, Dr Shafiq and the nurses, who taken care of my wife very well.

Highly recommended For Dr.Suresh Sithambaram for Gastroenterology. He is very caring and responsible doctor. Very patient to give clear and detailed explanation during treatment.

Warded here due to prolong fever. Process is smooth, Drs here very courteous and facilities were good. Nurses and the services here recommendable. Lots of complimentary and overall a stress free experience. They’ll do their best for patient recovery. Very well

The one of the best Hospital in Malaka. You wil find many great doctors here. And mostly Indonesian come here to be treat.

Hospital which has positive vibes. Good for patients be it out-patients or in-patients. Service with a smile most of the time by registration and ward reception areas. Very caring and empathetic to patients. Doctors and nurses are caring in their attitude. Excellent health-care facilities. Good comfortable room for in-patients. Hospital food for patients was good enough and available on time. Cafeteria has a reasonable variety. At times, some staff are not able to communicate in English effectively, which might be a challenge for non-local patients. Overall, I will recommend this hospital to people need health care services.

The parking rate from 6am to 8pm is RM42. I think this is too expensive for a patient that is admitted. The system is so bad as patient need to carry paperwork here and there. Pls increase the number of porters. The lift also so slow and small. Have to wait so long to use the lift. The waiting time for registration also so slow as not enough people to work. One department to another also not coordinated. They need to call back and forth. Need lots of improvement as this isn't a government hospital! We are paying for all the services which are not cheap!

Experienced doctors, helpful receptionists and nurses. Need to arrive as early as possible to be able to find a parking spot and to get queue number. Otherwise parking lots are limited and the queue is long. Also take along jacket as it's quite cool inside. The price is also expensive a bit. But the services provided are of a good quality. Some people complain about many things, but if we compare the number of patients and medical staff we can understand what it takes to be able to handle huge number of patients with patience and professionalism. Starting from July 2022 until now. Checkup with oncology specialist DR NIK MUHD ASLAN BIN ABDULLAH...my mother has cancer and 1st I'm refuse to do chemotherapy because we listen too much what people say about the effect...when we see the doctor, doctor give some suggestions about the treatment... we already try but doctor said chemotherapy is the best for my mum. At the end, doctor's advice, we received chemotherapy treatment.. Alhamdullilah, it's been 2 cycles, my mother is getting better and the only effect of chemo is hair loss & her health is getting better... thank you to doctor Nik for the best service & treatment from the doctor... thank you thank you for the nurses in ward 6d, they are all good and also Miss Priya always answer my questions...other than that, the admission process is quite quick and easy..if you use the hospital's insurance, they will take care of even the claims for warded (allowance ward) …Thank a lots to DR NIK MUHD ASLAN BIN ABDULLAH ..VERY RECOMMEND. The only thing that is not the best is that it is difficult to park and it is quite far from the ward and the clinic

Very bad service from the registration counter in orthopaedic. Don't entertain the walk in patients but asking patients to make appointment first. That means patients should not come to Sunway Medical Center for the urgent illness. Need to come here and make appointment then come back again. Making calls to the clinic but no answer. How to make appointment? 5 stars hospital is giving such a poor service. Speechless!!

My recent follow up checkup with Dr.John was very good. The doctors clinic staff Sharon was very helpful and manage to do all the required test smooth fully. Highly appreciate the service

I have just recently confirmed a schedule for operations with Dr. John in CVS but facing problems with insurance. Sharon has helped to manage the appointment and even call up to advise what is the possible next step to manage the problems that i was facing. She also helps to connect with other departments in CVS. THANK YOU Sharon! I really hope staff in hospitals will have the same kind of positive attitude like Sharon. It really amazed, and touching, especially in the moment that we are lost and worry. Again, thank you, Sharon.

Clinical staff helpful. Prepare to wait very long (3 hours or more) since too many people for medical check programs, thus the appointment customer has to wait. Came with appointment for CT Scan due to my tight schedules, but the waiting period didn't help. The waiting time is ONLY for CT Scan test, not included the doctors consultation. The reason had the appointment here due to commendable record of the doctors. More room for improvement to compete for efficient service and lead the industry.

The concierge staffs are competent and skillful. Eveready to assist and help patients whenever needed. Other staff also very helpful and friendly. Complete with its great ambiance and nice cozy lobby... double 5 star!!

Came here for Covid19 2md booster vaccination. A little bit puzzled on finding the vaccination booth as we entered from the back of the building. Overall quick service with acceptable customer care. The hospital is quite quiet, but have a very nice ambience. Love the lobby!

Visited Aug 2022 Place is clean and bright. Seats are quite comfortable but need to be a bit firmer. Sunroof is a good touch in providing natural sunlight. COVID vaccination area well spaced Staff are mostly friendly. Service is quite ok Indoor parking is well lit.

I hardly give out reviews but if I do, its either its really good or the opposite. I was hospitalised recently, for a week. The tender loving care shown by Dr Ragu Shanmuganathan, the Lavender ward staff, OT staff and pastoral care volunteers has definitely contributed to my fast recovery. Decent facilities, room and bathroom are clean daily. Good selection of meals to choose from, on daily basis. The nurses are attentive and with their warm smile and caring attitude, I have no doubt I will be well taken care off. Thank you Dr Ragu, for your understanding and light jokes so that i’ve not much worries and thumbs up to heroes of Ms Low’s team such Hidayah, Noranisah, Sumathy, Ritcell, Fauziah, Norrehan, Sister Carolyn and Magdeline and the nurses who took good care of me and my needs during my stay. As for area of improvements, i noticed the meals delivered are not warm and cold some time. Would be good to invest for some food warmer for F&B staff to use when they distribute meals around. A private hospital that truly cares for the patients and is not just focused on profits. Reasonably priced. You'll be glad to know that part of the profits go to their palliative care charity. Doctors and nurses are friendly and caring. Service is quick and efficient. There's a 7-eleven inside. Valet parking is conveniently located just outside the A&E (RM10 for 3 hours). Multi-level parking is available too (RM3 for first hour and RM2 subsequent hour).

This review specifically to the nurses of Dahlia ward. You guys made me feel home. The way you take good care of me and attends to my needs during my admission is superb. It made me comfortable during my 4 days stay on the ward. Your passion, dedication and the love you provide to your patients is undeniably superb. First time here. A bit crowded but bearable. A bit busy compared Prince Court, where I regularly go. The service is fast. The consultants are mostly the experts with teaching and clinical experience. The hospital is clean and organized.
