TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. The worst hospital ever. Staff is great but the organization is all about profit. We could’ve been discharged by 11AM. We followed up multiple times. We had to wait til 5PM for someone to show up and check on the patient. Billing said we had to wait til 7PM to pay so they can account for the “necessary” charges. They want to keep you here, I’m telling you. Obviously, the longer you stay, the more you need to pay.

Very good experience with AHMC. Doctors were great and knowledgeable. Nurses are approachable and patient. Their room rates are also worth it.

I had a positive experience at this hospital. The guards, nurses, and staff were all very accommodating, and I felt well taken care of. The ER Doctor was particularly impressive, as they took the time to explain everything in detail. However, there were some drawbacks. The ER bed areas were a bit small, with only one chair, no table, and limited space to walk around. This made the waiting area less comfortable than I would have liked. Nevertheless, it was still a good experience.

Can't complain anything. Service: Outstanding with all details and support for senior generation and physical issues. We were there for many time foe myself and family. Today, I went to visit this hospital because I had - bad sore throat. I went to another hospital first, but the wait is too long. Nurses: Here some nurses are nice, but some nurses have bad attitude, especially the way they talk at Eye/eye/nose/throat station. I told them that I checked covid earlier, and they tried to scared me away with 200 baht extra cost for covid test first. I was so sick that I would not want to deal with them. Doctor: The doctor I met today doesn’t seem to be well-educated or not attention to detail. Normally, I would get tested to find my symptoms is from virus or bacteria before prescribing antibiotics. I don’t want to take too many antibiotics because it is bad for my health in the long run. Also, my body has some red dots on my skin. I told the doctor that. I thought I would get skin medicine, but he seems to forget it or just prescribes me an allergy medicine to take which I’m not sure it is for my running nose or skin allergy. Price: The bill is not clear of how much each medicine costs. There are only 3 medicines. The cost was over 3,000 baht. 2,000 baht for the medicine which seems to be over-priced. I would not recommend this hospital if you are coming here.

2 day stay for cancer surgery. After being assisted to my room prior to surgery their procedures just don't make since. When they tried to insert the IV before a shower and before changing into hospital clothes I directed the nurse to come back just prior to me going to the OR. 5 hours before surgery take a shower and change. 1 hour before surgery nurse shaves and directs another shower. Put on a different set of clothes. Ask for IV Team to come back. IV inserted the told to change clothes again. Poor planning and communication. New staff comes on shift and everything went smoothly and logically. OR Staff were Excellent. Sr Anesthesia was Extremely Professional really like him. Recovery Room Staff Excellent. Back in the room and the again were Super. The 1 draw back was initially they couldn't understand that a Farang's pain wasn't alleviated by a single Tylenol. I did get the pain meds I needed though. Concerning the food, it is actually very good. All in All I'm happy I came here.

Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

Its like a 5 star hotel but Unfortunately, especially pediatric department pediatricians and nurses require further training to comprehend patient psychology. After all, patients pay significant amounts of money for their services.

This hospital it’s nice, but the political rules are verry bath! If you are Iranian or from Azarbaijan than you pay the same price as for the Turkish people. If you are from anather country than you pay the triple. This is rasict hospital. I don’t advice for the people to come to this hospital. English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

Don't get rehabilitation medicine here. The local general hospital is better. They see patients as money pots.

Some doctor professors are unkind I don't know how someone with that kind of personality became a doctor. Especially orthopedic professors are not at the level of doctors.

If possible, it is better to go to a university hospital in the metropolitan area. In the medical field, fat is less competitive. Even if I press the bell of the hospitalization room, they say no, but when I ask people in the metropolitan area, they say it's strange. If you ask a question from a hospital in the metropolitan area or a doctor or nurse, the answer will come.

In my first two visits, I was impressed with their quite efficient system. But not today, looong wait for my medicine. Apparently, after certain time ( 8.30 or 9 pm ?) Pharmacy service for BPJS and non BPJS was combined with only one staff delivering the medicine. Kindly revisit this. People deserve what they pay for.

your procedure for KIS patient treatment sucks btw. you have that bunch of patients, so u know what u should do to reduce it. also the service of the staff to inform the schedule for surgery especially for cardiac specialist, plin plan gak jelas infonya. big evaluation for the KIS patient procedure is needed.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and it provided a sense of comfort during our stay for surgery. The rooms were not only clean but also quite comfortable, which was crucial for a smooth recovery process.

I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in the middle of the night due to severe pain and vomiting due to a ureteral stone. There is a large free parking lot. Reservations are given priority for consultations. The food I eat while in the hospital is not very tasty.

The experience was truly excellent. The doctors and nurses were incredibly supportive, and the facilities were top-notch. I must give special recognition to Samad and insurance team, who made the claim process and document submission incredibly smooth for me.

We had heard mixed reviews about this hospital before we went there but we have only had positive experience every time we have visited the hospital. Manipal hospital is the best place for treating cancer in Goa. We have received excellent treatment right from the surgery to the chemotherapy. The doctors, nurses, the support staff- all of them are polite, helpful, courteous and very professional. The hospital premises are so clean and maintained well.

Dr Khaled Al Aal Vascular surgeon @ Medi Clinic Town Centre. One of the nicest, most humble and thoughtful surgeons I’ve encountered. He is definitely worth the visit by anyone who has been suffering with their varicose or spider veins.

When I reach to Mediclinic Al ain, I was entertain directly by the reception guy who's named Javudullah Balkiaz Khan this guy promote the quality and equality of the hospital. This is a sensitive topic but I feel a strong need to let everyone know that there are still good people out there. I want to thank dr tina, an anesthesiologist at the emek hospital. About a month ago I tried to end my life. It was late in the evening, she wasn't on duty and she saw that something was wrong with me. She approached me and asked if I needed help. For hours she listened to me, gave me advice on how to move on and how to see the future of my life in a different light. In today's reality it is difficult to find people who will give of their free time to help others in need without receiving anything in return. Dear dr tina, if you remember me, I thank you for the attention and time you gave me, for making me understand that there is a way to deal with problems without running away from them. You are an amazing person! She is definitely an excellent person and deserves the best the world has to offer. The emek hospital, you have won a doctor who is literally an asset. Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency.
