I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. A true nightmare. We almost lost our daughter because of this place, which resulted in a few months NICU in a different hospital.

The canteen closed to soon, we were so thirsty and we wanted to buy drinks buy the staff didnt want to sell us any drinks since she just closed at 16:30 pm.. why are u so lazy?

The outdoor COVID 19 testing facility is fantastic. Pre-register and pay in advance, and you can walk up, check-in and proceed directly to testing with a QR code. The testing is super fast with efficient, merciless nasal swabbers. The easy to access results/reports are generated within a few hours and retrievable via the hospital's app. There is usually at least one staff member outside ensuring everyone in line is (i) observing social distancing, and (ii) properly scheduled and checked in with a QR code ready before getting to the testing window.

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

It was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The doctor was rude and was yelling at me. I do not recommend Dr Ivan Neuro surgeon or that hospital. I was expected to have injections in my back in a messy room with a patient eating and the smell was making me sick. They told me to take my money back. And leave

I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

First of all let me say it and clear it, that 1star only for most of the billing counter staff specially on level 3 (both side). Doctors, nurses and treatment are good in this hospital. Only problem I found so far with the billing counter staff on level 3. They are rude and arrogant with very less manners. Again this review is NOT for the Doctors or nurses or neither their treatment.

It's a good hospital, considering the quality of the average hospitals in Bangladesh. You can find some good consultants here. The rooms and lobbies are clean. The nurses and duty doctors are available 24x7, responsible and are cooperative. Almost all of the necessary tests and medicines are available in-house. The rooms don't have an emergency button for the patients to call for help, so for server patients, sometime must be there with the patient always. The cabins have 2 beds for this reason. The room rents don't include meals. But apparently, they don't have any restrictions for outside food or even for visitors. Being a well reputed and popular hospital, it's tight to get a cabin here. If you follow the instructions provided by the admission counter, you may get a cabin in 2-3 days. No parking available, only street side. Managing a spot sometimes seem impossible in busy day time.

Ibn sina Hospital( ইবনে সিনা হাসপাতাল) is one of the oldest private hospital in dhaka. They have other branches in Dhaka and district level also. This hospital has some top level physician and surgeon. Moreover this hospital has all kinds of facilities depending on rate, Hospital bed rent ward= from 1900 tk Cabin bed = from 2700 tk Vip cabin bed= from 6500/- They have all kinds of lab diagnostic and imaging center, everyone can get 25% discount in every test. Because of a trusty institions they give some subsidy on test. Their cardiac,pediatric,stroke, gynecologist, unit is very resourceful.

Cleanliness and service are good. But their billing system is a complete mess. People are waiting for hours to pay the bill, but not even one bill is right. Even after my own patient's bill comes to the counter, it takes 1 hour to pay. What kind of system is it? Management of the hospital should improve the speedy billing process to eliminate suffering of patients.

I heard a lot about this hospital, but I think the service is average. But it is true that many good and experienced doctors do chambers here. But there is also a flip side to the coin of this hospital. A few days ago, after the death of a patient and her neonates under the care of Dr. Songjukta Saha, various irregularities and sufferings of the hospital have come to the fore. And many are opening up their suffering experience about this. Therefore, we all have to be more conscious about the treatment of the family and decide the hospital and doctor. But from outlook to inside its really beautiful, design is also so excellent. We have come here for second time with same problem, Gallbladder stone and Harnia.
