Bronchoplastic surgery in 35 Thoracic surgery clinics in Bangladesh, India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka

Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

Good experience,,, facilities àre àlso so góod. Staffs are hélpful añd very kiñd, they talk very politely,... Oñe thing is that we go for ultrasound test añd their is a bald mén that person is very rúde añd he didn't tàlk like the way doctor or other staffs talk,. Overall it's very góod people come here across the India as well as from óutside the cóuntry, it is located in rohini. Cost is high for normal people it's not àffórdablé, Thàñk u,,...

Hospital staff is very helpful n polite. You would get the best doctors and nurses out here…. It is clean and hygienic. Car parking can be a problem out here but you can park your car outside the hospital. You can find ample space to sit with your relatives outside the building. More of the show but less in quality Visited for CT Angio and had worst experience. I was told that will be done within an hour. However after three long hours the test is delayed. The staff members are careless and can't project the estimation time. on asking/followed up i was being told that you can drop a note at suggestion counter. Fed up of hearing the generalised excuses. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE 👎🏽

Good maintained hospital. But can tell about doctor’s because every doctor’s has his own capabilities. I visited this hospital for treatment for a near relative so I am not aware about costing. Overall this is good hospital in Bihar.

Very big hospital for Bihar. Systematic and well organised. It is like a big mall with cafeteria on the ground floor. Security system is unnecessarily very tight. Only one attendant is allowed at a time.

1st time gye hai medanta hospital for my husband's kidney transplant , cordinator se baat hui hai ,kidney cordinator is a very polite person, and Dr. Shubham is also good they guide me what can they do for transplant process and also what budget for this process. Bed costs are high but the facilities they are providing are amazing, even it beats Apollo hospital in cleanliness and space and in price too. The hospital has costa coffee shop and other food shops, the food is very hygienic and it's freshly prepared. Remember it's not cheap tho it's best. Everything was nice I am really impressed with the looks and other things about the hospital Every room has airconditioner and tv. The service is magnificent, the doctors are amazing. Very neat place. We went there to donate blood and the management was good that we don't have to wait for too long. Quite expensive though but is a good hospital.

One of the leading Top Most Hospital in India. All the major facilities are available. None of the disease is not curable here. Only the issue is that Charges are not affordable by a average Indians. Central Govt should make a capping on charges. Else make these kind of hospital in every state capital. Indian population is growing like anything and we are still very slow in medicine industry

A great place for patients surgery, treatment, medication and health. Staff's behave gently with all precautions and care. Patient will feel another home here in such critical cases. I am thankful to the Hospital and it's services.

One of the best hospital in town, with a wide array of speciality doctors and well equipped ICU. Rooms are clean n hygienic, nursing staff and security personnel are very courteous and helpful. Although its lacking few things in hospitality and facilities to attendants n visitors. Such as - 1. More sitting space in waiting/reception area is required. 2. Central AC or proper ventilation in lobby areas of all floors 3. ICU waiting area or lounge has just 12 beds for attendants of 40+ ICU patients, which is not at all sufficient. 4. Attendants have no place to sleep except floor area 5. 2 ACs and no ventilation in Super high ceiling of ICU lounge makes it suffocating with so many people. 6. House-keeping staff is not upto the mark. Rest all is fine. Ignoring these things, it’s one of the top medical facility provider of the town. N highly recommended.

Staff is good, but very expensive medicine prescribed by the doctor and medicine are unique and available only shop exist in hospital only & on print rate without any discount, after discharge every visit is chargable basis, they have looted. Mediclaim staff is worst and non supportable, they charged hudge amount if you have any mediclaim plan, rest all ok.

Dr.Nataraj K S is Fantastic during my entire AML treatment. He is so much loving ,caring and supportive doctor one can ever come across in life.Had amazing experience in BMT ward.. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

This hospital is the epitome of atrocity globally. My father was admitted due to a heart-related issue, and they subjected his frail body to numerous tests and experiments, further weakening him. Despite his delicate state, they proceeded with the bypass surgery without assessing his thin and feeble condition or considering whether his body could endure the procedure. The experiments conducted by them ultimately cost him his life. The doctors displayed a complete lack of support and denied visitation. During my last attempt to see my father before the surgery, they refused entry, escorting him to the operation theatre without allowing a proper farewell. From a distance, my father kept looking at me, desiring to meet, but these heartless individuals denied us that privilege. The management is deplorable. My father meant everything to me, and now, we are facing financial hardship, finding ourselves on the streets. In just four days, they generated a bill of 8 lakh rupees. I earnestly implore you to refrain from choosing this hospital based on the harrowing experience my family endured. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else, but the decision is yours. The repercussions of such suffering only affect the families involved, not others.

Recently i admit my dad in Metro Hospital under Gastrology, we have a worst experience, - The doctor in gastro OPD recommended , sleeping pills to a serious liver patient, my dad, which is wrong as per medical science. - OPD to Ward - Ward To HDU - in just 1 DAY - NO improvement only worse condition in 4 days - - The nursing staff is worse in ICU HDU , which is the main thing they do not have the correct knowledge. - Very much Money Minded Hospital .

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

Lanka hospitals offers the latest medical technology. There are good doctors and spacious waiting areas. However, the reception staff, counter staff at the OPD's aren't cordial at all. I was sitting there with my father for almost an hour before another patient told us that we have to get our eyes checked before we go to the doctor, There were no instructions to do so on entrance, nor did the OPD 2 staff enquire, till I went and checked it out. I thought that it was very inconsiderate. The canteen was okay with two food outlets- one serving average food at a very affordable price where as the other took orders.

Utterly disappointed about the behavior of the staff,so unwelcoming and not courteous to come forward and provide service to their customers, I guess the government hospitals have a better service than this hospital. Basically the customers should walk over to the staff and inquire things to detail and they simply make themselves feel at home attending to their very own discussions and etc. customer service is pathetic!! I’m surprised as to how this hospital operates at this rate with an underrated staff with a negative attitude. I’d never chose this hospital over any other,even in an emergency.

Good caring and nice hospitality. Cool and Clean environment. Friendly environment for discussing with doctors and nurses. But you need to wait more than 2 hrs after discharging for finalizing the bill. Also you should double check the bill since it is not reliable. Specially for room charges.
