THEY ARE ASKING FOR PAYMENT WORTH 650SAR HAHAHAHA. FOR ACCOMPANYING OUR BABY. DISGUSTING RULES!!! WHAT KIND OF HOSPITAL IS THAT. MY BABY IS 3 MONTH OLD AND WE ARE FROM KHOBAR. NO CAR NO FAMILY IN DAMMAM!!! SO IN HUMANE!!!!!!

Worst hospital ever i find. There are so many issues and they just want cash dealing and make all possibilities to make it happen.

Worst ever services but expensive as much as 5 stared. Mouwasat is a typical example of ruthless, heartless, indisciplined, inexperienced hospital business. Untrained staff, no knowledge of disciplines and departments. And where abouts.. They are denying to take my specimen and now I am waiting for their mercy.. Mouwasat management and administration must learn and educate themselves. I will definitely take this to ministry of health.. Can never suggest a friend to face this paid torture..

I visited the emergency department recently and while the medical care was satisfactory, I was disappointed with the reception staff's lack of professionalism. Additionally, their card ATM scanner was malfunctioning, resulting in multiple declined card attempts. I had to pay in cash eventually. It was frustrating that the receptionist questioned if I had enough funds in my account, when in reality, the issue was with their machine. This interaction left me feeling uneasy, and I believe improvements in staff behaviour and equipment reliability are needed.

The doctors aren't interested even to diogonise the patients, that just seen to get rid of the patients as soon as they can. Don't visit this unhelpful hospital. A small clinic like Badr Al Rabie is much better than these money making machines

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. She was very accomodating and professional of her services. She's handle carefully like me as a patient. Same also in dr. Yamin. Thanks for your services. I will recommend for my fellow filipinos to visit their office in khobar in front of mcdonalds.

I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

Just got my braces removed and I couldn’t have been any happier! I started my treatment approximately 2 years ago and my personal experience was wonderful. The dentists at the clinic have taken great care of my teeth and the monthly sessions were smooth and painless. If you plan on getting braces I definitely recommend this dental clinic! I would like to also thank Dr. Eram for the smooth braces removal session!

I gave it 2 stars because It’s my second time visiting the clinic and I don’t understand what’s the use of taking an appointment if every time you have to wait for 30min to 1 hr .

I am following with Dr Rania in Nutrition Clinic. I was suffering frm HYPERTHYROIDISM & was facing so many issues becoz of it... But alhumdulillah after losing weight my so many issues solved automatically... My face swelling is gone. My hands, fingers, Feet pain is completely gone... I feel vry active in work as I hve more energy. I spend alot time on my feet. My periods r regular now. Weight loss helped like magic for me in hyperthyroidism. In this journey of weight loss, Dr Rania have been one important person without whom this would not have been possible. Her diet plan and motivation made it all so easy for me. Dr.Rania.. you are more of a friend. I express my gratitude to her for all that she did.🙏🙏🙏💕
