Deteriorating by the minute Every day passes, this hospital keeps getting worse in terms of handling patients.

Sahar from insurance is very helpful and professional. She was the only one in the insurance office and many patients were around. She made sure to help everyone in a timely manner.

They are very unprofessional, they will not return your call neither will pick your call. my wife had issues contacting them and making an appointment for a medical regarding immigration. finally she went by person to book an appointment all the way from Baljurashi to Jedda 5 to 6 hours drive . I highly recommend not to use any off their services, instead go somewhere else !!

Ladies and gentlemen, let’s get this out-of-the-way they do have some good doctors to be honest, their supervisors are pretty decent, but the nursing staff, the girls who are at the counter oh my God, as always on their phone social media do not interrupt them don’t say excuse me because they’re too busy head down in their phone and there is one specific employee in the insurance department. He is bullheaded. He is so rude the way he treats people he is complete trash, the people in the pharmacy down to earth, very professional, and very attentive, laboratory, very excellent, very attentive, very professional, radiology from the reception to the radiologist on the phone unprofessional very rude

the staff from approval in the pharmacy area kept me waiting almost two hours before requesting approval for my medicine. more than 10 people came after me and he finished everyone. if i did not stopd in front of him he will not facilitate my approval. very unprofessional.

Good and well managed hospitality India/Bangladeshi/ Egyptian doctors are available there . Insurance is accepted here. But the problem is with the medicine shop they're working very slowly and too long lines they should wait for an hour for medicine 💊. You have to take a ticket to get medicine. As i experienced, whenever i need to visit fast, i take a ticket from the medicine shop, and then i go for the treatment. doctor, they'll take only a few minutes .

Worst experience, they even don't know what's the meaning of emergency, waited 30mins with bleeding in emergency area, no response. Left without treatment.

Comments for the ER Nurses: 1. Indian Nurses (all of them) talk loudly and behave arrogantly to patients and families (specific to ER). They deserve to be back home FOR GOOD. 2. Some Filipino ER nurses in this hospital are plain cold creatures, unlike most of other Filipino nurses in other hospitals in the kingdom. Something seems to be wrong about that, blind management maybe that stresses you out? Or redundancy in policies and protocols? Over bureaucracy? Low salary perhaps? which is which?!?!..anyhow, you all deserve something better. A good hospital isn't about accreditations or beautiful buildings, it's more about of the staff treating people with humility , gentleness and care. After all, that is the reason why they are in healthcare, OR IS IT?

Very bad experience from first visit. Coming on time for medical appointment and they are refusing admitting any patients due to system down! They don’t have any commitments to solve the problem and to meet their patients.

The worse hospital ever as in the parking who is very far there no signs how to go out from the parking lot of the hospital . No any signs . The receptionist are not on the desk and I had to room around the hospital to find one . The patient relations were very passive and doesn’t care the doctor left at 1500 as we r. Late there is no follow up or call from the hospital . The worse ever

One of the worst experiences, long waiting time beyond appointment time

Very bad service. Very slow, recipients away from their desks - do not understand the meaning of emergency. Very unpleasant experience.

Wiated for more than half an hour for the otolaryngology in the morning which they have one only.

The two saudi nurses in the reception of family are highly unprofessional and made serval huge mistakes such disappointment on king faisal specialist hospital to recruit these low educated nurses and just for there looks!

They have one Filipino guy in the reception of emergency, this guy is very rude and has very bad attitude. This guy has no respect to the hospital code of ethics nor to his boss. I had a very hard time this week when I brought my daughter to take her medication in the emergency section and had a very toxic altercation with this rude guy who was about to fierce fight with me in front of his boss, the medical manager, the security man and the severance cameras On the corridor. Of course I was very concerned about my daughter heath condition so I took my daughter and to take her medication and file a report against him. Also the insurance staffs at the pharmacy side are not cooperative at all

I didn't feel bother what they did in reception area regarding my daughter appointment. Pediatric Dr. Rasha Ibrahim how she treat my daughter I will remember her whole of my life; She's really helpful and kind

For the child we found a good doctor in Mowasat. I’m lucky enough that I’m overall healthy person because you can die here waiting for help. No matter how many times I come they always have a hard time to find my insurance class. Last time I waited for 45 minutes and after they sent me to a doctor who finished her shift 30 minutes before I came. I waited at the door until I figured out that something is not right and went back to the reception and then they told me that she finished before they sent me there. Surprise surprise. If you have a chance to go to the other hospital please do.

Horrible service always. Doctors are good but nurses, receptionists and all the support staff are totally clueless and unprofessional. Long waiting time and no track of queues. People jump queues all the time and if you stay quiet, you end up spending hours in waiting area. Ultrasound staff is exceptionally slow. Receptionist in obgyn always messes up and we have to wait hours for simple 5 minutes consultation. Thumbs down.

Tried to see a Dr at this hospital. The reception staff are not fit for purpose as they simply could not be bothered to set me up on the system so I paid full price. When I tried to register my Tawuniya I was told they do not accept Tawuniya (I have great package). The medical staff are fine but your chances of getting to see them are limited by administrative incompetence. Went elsewhere and was seen in no time. Would not recommend this experience to anyone!
