the pregnancy doctors there are very bad unless one man doctor. specially the doctor sukainah is a not good doctor just want take quick action for making surgery by fast time. and for following up will give only few minutes to talk and some subjects of pregnancy are very lack,need go out to another hospitals. ,no responsibility. no care patient. experience there is very hard and complexed.

The one star here ⭐️ is for the new building and equipment. Time management at the ER is a mystery. The staff are nice but will X- ray you for anything even a fever !. This one experience makes me concerned about the stock price and the company performance!

Actually, i availed their services since dec. 2020 with dr. Yamin, he was very professional and very accomodating. Until he exit in saudi arabia december 2022. His replacement is Dr. Eram. She was very accomodating and professional of her services. She's handle carefully like me as a patient. Same also in dr. Yamin. Thanks for your services. I will recommend for my fellow filipinos to visit their office in khobar in front of mcdonalds.

I booked an appointment for a routine hygiene visit. When I showed up for the appointment I was checked in by the receptionist and told to wait in the waiting area. After 10 minutes I was told that the doctor didn’t show up for the appointment and that they have to reschedule. This was completely unprofessional and didn’t show any respect or regard for the patient’s time. If the doctor called in sick or wasn’t available, then I should have been notified before arriving to the clinic. What’s even worst is that they had me wait for 10 minutes before they realised that the doctor is not in for the appointment.

I gave it 2 stars because It’s my second time visiting the clinic and I don’t understand what’s the use of taking an appointment if every time you have to wait for 30min to 1 hr .

I am following with Dr Rania in Nutrition Clinic. I was suffering frm HYPERTHYROIDISM & was facing so many issues becoz of it... But alhumdulillah after losing weight my so many issues solved automatically... My face swelling is gone. My hands, fingers, Feet pain is completely gone... I feel vry active in work as I hve more energy. I spend alot time on my feet. My periods r regular now. Weight loss helped like magic for me in hyperthyroidism. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.
