Went to Dr Jennifer for root canal and crown treatment as my tooth was giving me pain and she was so patient and gentle throughout! The counter staff and dental assistant were also very friendly and helpful. Extremely thankful towards Dr Jennifer and the team! Highly recommend!

They create a huge mess for me, asking me to go an extra trip to pay through credit card and then charge me again by their HQ to my credit card again. after many weeks, I still have not gotten a refund.

Best dental experience of my life. I was in so much pain for the last 6 days despite having jabbed and taken strong painkillers. Today I finally realised that the cause of my severe migraine might have been from my tooth so I searched the nearest dentist to me and called. Initially no slots were available but I explained my situation and the sweet receptionist was so kind she let me come in at 4.30pm ( 30 mins before their closing time ) The whole process when I came in was so smooth and fuss free. Doctor Evelyn was so reassuring and patient in helping me find out the cause of my pain, and she was super thorough in her work. By then the clinic had closed already and they were all working OT to help me 😭😭😭 Her dental assistant was also the sweetest with my tooth extraction by holding my hand and sayanging my head. I was afraid about squeezing her hand too tight but she was so reassuring. I’m so grateful to the team at Advanced Dental for helping me so kindly, genuinely and efficiently ❤️

My 1st dental surgery (wisdom teeth removal) has been extremely pleasant with Dr Wong WY.
She is patient & detailed throughout my visits. Impressed with her surgical skills as I am told by another surgeon & her that my teeth are very close to the nerves & even had a CT done. However, she managed to remove it without looking at the scan & did not affect the nerve at all. On top of that, very minimal pain post op.
Will definitely go back to her if I ever need my upper wisdom teeth to be removed.

I was recommended to see Andrea at Amoy Street dental through friends when I arrived in Singapore. She’s one of the best dentists I’ve had. Going to the dentist can be daunting at times, but Andrea makes you feel comfortable with any procedure and is very thorough.
I highly recommend seeing Andrea if you’re in search for a new dentist

I cannot imagine going to another Dental clinic than Amoy Street Dental.
I think I have been there for a couple of years now, and it's always such a lovely experience. From arranging for an appointment with Joey our friendliest and kindest receptionist, who goes the extra mile to get me the best slot amidst my hectic schedule to enjoying the experience, professionalism and brillance of Dr Jamie and other doctors.
Doctor Jamie is truly my favourite dentist EVER. I love meeting Doctor Jamie's twice every year. He is so dedicated to make the experience less painful and anxious than a trip to the dentist already is. Making it very educational, pleasant and sometimes fun. I recall a time I needed him to give me a second opinion of my post-braces (from a former clinic) and he really went helped me through that process.
The place is so beautifully designed and homely. I can't say enough good things about Amoy Street Dental. ❤️

We brought my mom to A&E and we waited for 6 long hours because the nurses kept telling us that she’d be warded and left us waiting at the waiting area for hours. We were only told that there was no bed available after we kept following up hour by hour.
My mom was kept at ASC in the A&E department till the second night and no treatment/scans were done because there was no bed available. Nobody could provide us with any updates on her condition which was really ridiculous.
When she finally got warded, we were informed that scans would be done the next day because there were too many patients. By now, she’s already running a fever and unable to walk but we still have no idea what exactly is wrong.
What’s really appalling is that the nurses do not seem to show any empathy when we informed them of my mom’s condition. This is really disappointing for what we thought is the best hospital in Singapore.

I am posting this review due to the incompetency and lack of communication in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) feedback department with its staff, Andrea Chen and Serena Chua. I sent them numerous emails including follow-up and they haven't responded back yet.
Never ever send feedback to SGH even though their automated message said they would respond back within 2 working days. Don't bother calling or emailing the general hotline or feedback department. They only receive feedback It's up to them when or whether they want to respond to you, You cannot complain against them if they are not doing their job responsibly. There's no higher authority to escalate the matter to, not even the Chief of the hospital .It seems they are not under the hospital's supervision.
Ms Andrea's answers were incomplete, and mistakes made were not corrected. Showing impatience and arrogance by remarking that her email would be her final reply and acknowledgement.
Ms Serena didn't bother to investigate nor address the specific issues appropriately. Her response was conditional. It was a half-hearted effort. As the Head of the department, certainly she can do better., It's a shame she couldn't do it with sincerity.
Terrible long waiting time to get a reply. Requests were not taken seriously and responsibly. Not forthcoming in assisting or resolving issues and to clarify any misunderstandings.
Very unprofessional and not responsible at all for a public hospital. The hospital has no intention to make improvement nor reform of it's feedback department. I don't understand how this hospital is so highly rank when they can't even respond to an email.

I'm sharing my review based on my stay at the maternity/labour and delivery wards. Firstly, the service from the front desk staff, nurses, f&b staff, and even the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and reassuring, being all so kind and patient even when I was in the midst of horrible labour contractions. My labour journey was not easy and I opted for an emergency c-section. I couldn't have asked for a better team there - my appointed gynae and her team of well established anaesthetist, paediatrician and surgery staff. Every administration detail was well looked into swiftly and our son was delivered healthily. The food offered there was amazing too, for hospital standards, but now that I'm at the confinement centre, I dare say that Mount E's food quality and taste way surpasses what confinement centres can offer. With the quality of care, service, food and lodging, the bill was within reasonable means and I would highly recommend mothers-to-be to consider this hospital for their deliveries. And oh, they have a generous discharge goodie bag too!

The hype around this place is undeserved. The only reason I gave more than one star is there are some great doctors that admit here. Facilities are tired, food is ok. Have never seen a smile from anyone in the business office or cashiers and they seem to be intent on making things as difficult as possible. From an outside perspective it seems clear there are some real problems with how this hospital is managed.

Updated: had another stay recently. Service is just as good as before.
Did my endoscopy, CT scan and diagnostic tests while staying at this hospital. Excellent nurses who are professional and skilled. Had to wait for a while for admission. It is a private hospital so the bill is definitely expensive. Compared to my experiences suffered in public hospitals the price is worth it especially when you're sick and feeling unwell, anything that can alleviate the discomfort is welcomed.

The facilities and staff are helpful and friendly. A nice and quiet hallway with corresponding good lighting. Very neat and clean with no clutter. The management team is accomodative to queries and exceptions if needed. The food is good and complete with optional choices for each meal from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. The ward room is big, bright and furbished well. An alert and attentive staff from nurses to utility persons.

Very undesirable environment for some of group of the employees with no SOP from HR. Without proper protocol
for meal time duration. Limited food variety in-house for the group of employees. Shift/annual leave schedule planning with non standard protocol and left it to department in-charge with unequal treatment subjected to their whim and fancy. Management may need to review to provide a better positive work environment to all.

Came to one of their clinics located here. Given wrong station exit info by Goggle maps (had to wait and cross the traffic junction twice), and exit 1 is the correct exit that leads up to the hospital.
Staff at the front desk should be more attentive in the morning when patrons approached the desk. Had to "interrupt" to get to the right building.
