Had a very pleasant experience at CVSKL. I was unsure about certain things regarding my appointment but Sharon Heng of Dr John Chan’s clinic was able to assist. And although she was on leave, she took the trouble to call me to explain further and followed up the next day. Sharon is a gem. Dr John Chan is very lucky to have someone like her working for him.

In July, my husband experienced chest pain, prompting us to rush to CVSKL Malaysia's emergency department. Right from the start, we were impressed by the care and attention we received. The ED doctor was not just professional but also incredibly attentive. They quickly conducted an ECG and echocardiogram, leading to my husband's admission. The next morning, Dr. Al-Fazir performed an angiogram for further diagnosis. In the following month, my husband underwent complex stenting, once again expertly handled by Dr. Al-Fazir. His expertise and transparency instilled great confidence in us. In my opinion, Dr. Al-Fazir is an extraordinary expert who goes above and beyond. He's straightforward and speaks the truth about complex stenting, never sugarcoating anything. We truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. Despite his busy schedule, Dr. Al-Fazir made it a point to meet with us every day, and his positivity and genuine concern for our well-being were incredibly reassuring. Nurse Nor and Nurse Sylvester were our heroes. Their dedication and compassion were incredible. They went the extra mile to ensure my husband's comfort and well-being, making a significant difference during his recovery. Despite a few minor hiccups, the entire CVSKL team, from medical professionals to administrative staff, ensured we were well taken care of. Our heartfelt thanks go to Puan Zehan and Puan Syima for their assistance in addressing our needs. Thanks to CVSKL Malaysia, my husband is now on the path to recovery, and we couldn't be happier with the care we received. I would like to share my impressions and opinions about my stay at the National Scientific Cardiosurgical Center. I am in the second cardiology department. An operation was performed to establish the EX. Everything went at a high level. It was nice to see our young growth in the operating room, which is doing its job very well. Great guys: correct, attentive and sympathetic. Department 2 of cardiology headed by Myrzakhmetova Gulzhan Shapataevna deals directly with the healing of our hearts, both literally and figuratively. Each procedure performed meets the highest standards. You feel like you are in a foreign hospital. Comfort, professionalism of the staff, cleanliness, discipline of the staff, that's what especially pleases the soul and heart. I would like to wish the Center to remain the Center of our Kazakh hearts.

This hospital is amazing!! I arrived straight off my flight very sick and even though I don't speak Korean, the doctors worked fast to help me straight away and the nurses actually fly!! So blessed to have been a patient in the Inha University Hospital! A huge thank you to all the doctors, nurses and regular staff on the emergency ward! You are the BEST!!

Does not accept CignaGlobal outpatient insurance. Tried on numerous occasions to get me to pay direct. I had them flagged by my insurance company and they will be reviewed as to whether they will stay in-network or not. If you have outpatient global insurance, I would advise going to a hospital which accepts it immediately with no question asked.

I visited emergency section. Really attentive, caring and professional people working there. Everything was tracked and done on time. I could see that nurses were really tired because of high number of patients, but they stayed calm and tried not to let patient recognise it. Good hospital, recommended. Service deserves the price.

There are people everywhere who like bullying and harassment. Ruthless bullying and harassment of elderly people, patients, and their families Bullying and harassment from people wearing white coats is especially sad. Even though I only have 10 minutes to enter, I feel like I want to get out of the center as soon as possible despite being bullied. I don't want to stay here and have my soul hurt. Visited for consultation with a very senior doctor. However felt the procedures here were like money extraction machine. I had got MRI and CT DVD which the doctors didn't view themselves and asked for review (as per their procedure) from their team of Radiologists. It was very costly TBH. I'm still forming my view of this place. Don't get confused by the name it's a private hospital and super expensive.

My father at home was hospitalized with cancer. We become indebted to. Doctors, nurses, everyone, be kind. Everyone was polite and I felt at ease.

I have visited many hospitals, as organised as Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, I have not. The experience I had was very wow. You get a follow-up call every few days in relation to your appointment. You get a follow-up message every few days in relation to your appointment. You get free valet parking once you reach the gate. You will be welcomed by many staff from the entry. You will be guided by a special staff to the destination and required clinic. If it was your first time, then you would be assigned with a person to finish your queries. I was honestly late for my appointment due to the traffic jam, but still, they helped me and allowed me to see the doctor a little later between the other patients. I loved the way that the patient care agent served me and did her best to allow me to enter for the doctor as all appointments were fully booked, and the doctor was fully paced. It does not take any time to take the vital signs. By entering to the doctors, you will see a big smile, and someone hearing you to give the best advice ever. The doctare very friendly and very caring. Full checkups will be done, and some extra precautionary ones are too. I had a 7 stars service. We are blessed by having such facilities in UAE.

I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Treatment serviceat HCG is very special, excellent. Courtesy, hospitality of each staff, specifically nurses are remarkable. I came for treatment under Dr Nataraj, MD and he is a wonderful Dr. By his physical presence and a smile, enquiring about welfare half the disease is cured. It's beyond words , rather finding suitable words to express my feelings..simply a great hospital with a big future. Once you take treatment you will never go to any other hospital. Kudos to the entire staff.

Very good treatment under Dr Indushekar and Dr Vidya Bhargavi. The service of nursing staff was also very prompt, with special mention of Sister Rekha, Sister Mubina, Brother Suhail and Ward coordinator Rohini.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

All employees in all departments are so cooperative, kind, and respectful, and systemizing between all departments is amazing.. but the rooms need some simple renews.. thanks a lot😉

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

I had the worst first and it would be the last experience I had a cold and asked to be seen by a dr. The Dr.’s Name was Amani Fared! I saw the dr. I told her I have cold my nose is blocked I have a green discharges from my nose. She prescribed for me 8 different kinds of medication 💊 over the counter!! I told her I have green discharges this is indecision of infection she said take these medication now and the after 5 days I’ll give you anti biotic!! I told her I will be traveling so I need medicine. She didn’t seem very interested Now after 6 days, I am still sick and traveling please think carefully before you go to these doctors and pay for privet hospital for nothing

I visited them twice for the same problem, so I had experience the first time what medication I needed as i had to go 3 tomes just to get the right medicine.the second time I visited I was trying to tell the doctor my experience but he wouldn't listen he kept saying no no, like he knew everything you don't know unless u listen to the patient. Extremely negative experience with Dr. Anil Kumar Bajaj on Sept 13th. I was informed I had diabetes but the way he treated me was horrible! No empathy or compassion. Not even an understanding tone of speaking. Mocked, belittling attitude. The nurse was witness to the whole thing. You go to a doctor because its supposed to be a safe space but I walked away in between of the appointment. Not a safe space at all. It was terrible

The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

The worst service I've ever experienced with a government hospital. The staff lack empathy to ailing patients, talking to them in a condescending manner. Instructions are given in sparse, showing lack of organizational skills. Patients who have been waiting to undergo procedure tend to wait more, asking them to go back after completing yet another instruction. The patient I'm with- a 71 year old, who was instructed to fast for 10 hours (last meal was dinner the day before) has not eaten anything yet considering it's already 3:19pm - no breakfast and lunch at all. Now, we were instructed to drink something and wait another hour for the chemical to take effect and be seen in the CT scan considering that we've been waiting for more than 2 hours. Then, they ask us to purchase something for the patient to take before the actual procedure. I mean, why didn't they tell us beforehand? I would've given a 0 score but the review doesn't allow that. Really terrible. If someone from this department is reading this, I'd like for you to take note of the photos of the staff inside the MRI & CT scan that need some sort of counseling or a refresher on customer service and empathy.

I'm sharing my review based on my stay at the maternity/labour and delivery wards. Firstly, the service from the front desk staff, nurses, f&b staff, and even the housekeeping staff was impeccable. Everyone was so welcoming, warm and reassuring, being all so kind and patient even when I was in the midst of horrible labour contractions. My labour journey was not easy and I opted for an emergency c-section. I couldn't have asked for a better team there - my appointed gynae and her team of well established anaesthetist, paediatrician and surgery staff. Every administration detail was well looked into swiftly and our son was delivered healthily. The food offered there was amazing too, for hospital standards, but now that I'm at the confinement centre, I dare say that Mount E's food quality and taste way surpasses what confinement centres can offer. With the quality of care, service, food and lodging, the bill was within reasonable means and I would highly recommend mothers-to-be to consider this hospital for their deliveries. And oh, they have a generous discharge goodie bag too!

The hype around this place is undeserved. The only reason I gave more than one star is there are some great doctors that admit here. Facilities are tired, food is ok. Have never seen a smile from anyone in the business office or cashiers and they seem to be intent on making things as difficult as possible. From an outside perspective it seems clear there are some real problems with how this hospital is managed.

Updated: had another stay recently. Service is just as good as before. Did my endoscopy, CT scan and diagnostic tests while staying at this hospital. Excellent nurses who are professional and skilled. Had to wait for a while for admission. It is a private hospital so the bill is definitely expensive. Compared to my experiences suffered in public hospitals the price is worth it especially when you're sick and feeling unwell, anything that can alleviate the discomfort is welcomed.

The facilities and staff are helpful and friendly. A nice and quiet hallway with corresponding good lighting. Very neat and clean with no clutter. The management team is accomodative to queries and exceptions if needed. The food is good and complete with optional choices for each meal from breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner and night snack. The ward room is big, bright and furbished well. An alert and attentive staff from nurses to utility persons.
