I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. I visited Wooridul Spine Hospital in January 2017 and treated for Posterior Foraminotomy C6/7 and also PELAN at L4/5. Prior to coming in to Wooridul, I had been suffering terrible neck pain for 5-6 months prior to visiting Wooridul and have visited 3-4 Doctors in Singapore and Indonesia, went to 2 Chiropractors, etc with no result. I was lucky, I was referred to Dr. Sang-ho LEE and decided to go to Wooridul Hospital. I am very impressed with the whole procedures from the time I entered the hospital until I was discharged 4 days later. The surgery, done by Dr. Sang-ho LEE and Dr. Keum, went very well and I was out of the hospital like a new person. The equipment is first class, all nurses are very nice and professional, and while I was there, Ms. Sujung Lee was always ready to help. She is a very nice person. I have had the opportunity to visit Wooridul Spine Hospital for three times. I will never forget the hospitality and the effort of Dr. Sang Ho Lee and the Wooridul team at my first visit to the center for endoscopic surgery training. Dr. Gun Choi and Dr. Chanshik Shim were my initial trainers. I am so glad to have had the chance to apply all I had learned there at my own country. One of the most memorable moments of my first visit was my assistance at the operating theatre upon the kind invitation of Professor Dr. Sang Ho Lee. Later on, Wooridul Center welcomed the junior members of our team and trained them as well, as expected from a distinguished and well established institution with a high training quality. High professional and very careful stuff. We were for gastroenterology surgery which was very successful. And what a surprise when you can enjoy classic music on piano at level B1. Great location and very important thing that they are assisting you to get gorgeous rooms right other side of road in 4* hotel. Highly recommended for treatment, surgery and diagnosis.

horrible experience with unprofessional management. Can't expect high standard infection control nor get a favourable medical services. If you are reluctant to get hospital service here, please keep protective and suspicious view all the time.

Traveling from the US had to go to the ER for a severe ear infection. We were in and out in less than an hour. Super organized, clean, friendly staff (most spoke English or had a translator for us) and handled the issue. Pharmacy was at facility too. They even scheduled a follow up appointment in a few days. Completely satisfied and thankful that this was a stress free visit.

I received treatment from a family medicine doctor! and! This feels like I'm being interrogated by a detective! It makes me wonder if he is a doctor! I think it would be better to get treatment from a detective!

Wow, delete this? Do you think it hurt because it was so realistic? This hospital doesn't really deserve a single star. Unfriendliness is basic, and sarcasm is a bonus because they ignore patients and criticize them. Also, they don't even know the quantity of supplies they have to manage, so they confidently say they are bragging about it, and when I ask if that makes sense, everyone tells me to put up with it because they don't have any. It's ridiculous, they say it's an essential item, but then they suddenly say it's okay if they don't have it, lol. They took hundreds of dollars of money, but they were really unfriendly as they kept all the money to make sure it was good. Why are you working because your preparation is inadequate and everyone says you don't know what to do?

The attendant and receptionist at the cardiology department in the heart Institute is totally disappointing. They are not coopertive and their attitude is so poor (attendant for room 1 and 2), particularly if you are a foreigner.

The staff particularly attendant and receptionist are non professional with prejudiced opinions. As a patient you pay so hefty amount for treatment but because of staffs behavior you end up with stress and anxiety. However the doctors attitude and attention to patient health problems are commendable. But its the staff behavior that make us reluctant to visit again.

Now that I remember, I'm writing a review. It's already been over 10 years... On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.

The hospital offers good services but the nursing staff is callous and their treatment towards their patients is outrageous. If you find yourself at the chemotherapy ward, avoid nurse 서해원 at all costs as she will take multiple attempts to draw blood only to fail and get upset at the patient for her failures. Ultimately she leaves you punctured and the head nurse steps in. Heart breaking to see the experience for these sickly patients made even worse by incapable nursing staff.

World class healthcare. Lots of places to grab food if you're staying here.

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Better go to another clinic. Even more better - have treatment in your own country. Also no one speaks English so you need to learn Korean prior to coming in here

Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

I had my MRI there and the purpose was to look for a serious condition. The neurosurgeon barely answered any questions and I had to force him to look at my MRI. It was shocking ! He also refused to write a report for my rheumatologist. I've never seen this. My rheumatologist had to ask for a report to another radiologist and finally we pinpoint the disease !! This behavior is unacceptable and the last time I checked MRI cost me 1 000 $ ! The minimum he could do was to spend 10 minutes to explain me !

Had an exhilarating stroll around Yonsei campus. There's a bookstore for souvenir university items. Most K dramas have scenes around the campus. Very scenic. A must visit place even for first timers in Korea.

Great experience as an international traveller. Doctors speak English and tests were done in a swift manner. My travel insurance company worked quickly to make payment so I wasn’t out of pocket.

It’s a clean and a well managed facility with friendly officers and doctors. I highly recommend this facility if anyone wants a medical examination done for visa purpose.

Visited Severance hospital to treat an unknown issue on my toe in 2021. It was not treated properly for over 6 months and during that time I visited the dermatology department weekly to ‘treat’ it with laser removal and surgical skin removal. After 6 months of repeated treatments and not improving, they tested the problem. (Yes the first test) The issue they were treating (bacteria) was different from what they had been treating thus far. Saw a slight improvement but the doctor change resulted in the decision to removal part of the nail. The nail was removed and since then have encountered more issues due to the first doctor’s mishaps. The nursing staff was kind throughout the experience which is why I am giving this review 3 stars. The doctors lack of knowledge on this issue and repeated issues (pain, treatment of the wrong problems) without admitting her wrongdoing caused me extreme stress, pain and damage to my foot. It felt as this hospital was out to make money. The lack of treatment (in a timely manner) can cause long term damages and suffering. Although the doctors have changed, the Yongin branch does not live up to the standards of other Severance hospitals.

Very new, clean and accommodating. I come all the way from Seoul here simply for the professionalism and high-quality service. As a foreigner i don't feel like a second class citizen like in most hospitals here in Korea (especially Severance in Shinchon). I've already had 2 surgeries here and I don't think I'll go to another hospital unless time is of the essence and I can't make the hour long trip here.

My friend went to the emergency room at the hospital at 2 a.m. and they asked her to wait a while for "emergency surgery," and she had to wait until 4 p.m. (14 hrs later) to get the surgery. As she wanted to move to another hospital because of this this, they simply refused and gave her medicine that caused dizziness and sleepiness. Because she was a foreigner, they didn't listen to her and even cops didn't help her. She felt as though she was kidnapped, but she had to pay for the ordeal. The payment for the wait alone was 300 dollars and the total was over thousands of dollars. They follow only the doctors and look down on the patients here. The worst hospital in the world. An average prison for sure.

Literally the most frustrating experience ever. They asked me so many questions before an appointment was made and they said I was cleared and everything was set for the day they'll see me. I arrive to my appointment and was turned away and was told something completely different than what they told me on the phone. They even had the audacity to say come next week instead than we can check you. Worst place. Don't go there especially if you're a foreigner.

Ewha women's university hispital emmergency service is the most disgusting hospital in seoul.my baby was failed from table and injured on his forehead,teeth and tounge and i went to this emmergency to check if brain trauma happened to my baby or not.but,amazingly they said first test corona but he has no any sign and they sent us to quarantine room and locked it.....waiting there longgggg time with this little baby who was hungry and sick.so am so upset and left the hospital.what kind of hospital is it?howmany time should i wait in that locked room alone?

Because this is a bigger hospital, I had a endometrial polyp removal surgery here. The male doctor (Ji Byeong Cheol) however, botched up my surgery and I continued to be in pain and bleed for months. His attitude was extremely rude and vague when asked questions and claimed I was the only patient to have issues. He then suggested we arrange an endoscopy. I decided not to go with the endoscopy with him as I already had trust issues. In the end I had to get a second surgery from another hospital four months later. It turned out my polyps were not removed and bacteria had spread inside my womb causing an infection. Hence the pain and why I had to wait a longer time to recover before I could get the second surgery. I didn't even see Ji Byeong Cheol’s face before or after my surgery nor receive any explanation and was dismissed right away, so to be honest, I don't even know whether he performed it. The worst and most traumatic experience of my life.

Large hospital in excellent condition, it gets crazy busy during the day. They definitely need more parking, elevators and pretty much everything else.

Nurse station in the department of dermatologist they have no manners when u talk to them they just watching their phone no any reply and their behavior is so rude. i experienced on 20221219 around 12 noon. i will give 0 point. And also doctor's has no experience they just remember some medicines name and prescrib those everytime no matter what problems patient have everytime they are just sale their some cosmetic products. I recommend them to open cosmetics shop instead of treats patient.

Family hospitalization: Guardian review^^ Transportation: Connected to Balsan Station subway. very convenient Procedure: As of 4 weekdays, there were not many people so there was no waiting time. Hospital: The new building is really nice. So pretty. Especially the 4th floor garden.... If you act like a guardian in a hospital room while feeling like you're in a gallery, you're bound to get depressed. I didn't feel depressed as I walked around the buildings with the patients, exercised, and looked at the pictures. Personally, it was better than when I stayed at a 5-star hotel in Seoul. ;; lol Especially at 5 o'clock? There are no people after 6 o'clock, so it's really quiet and nice. Hospital room: I've been to various hospitals and have been a guardian several times, and this is the cleanest. There isn't a single hair in the hallway!! The patient said the bed was very comfortable. Doctors, nurses, staff: in my case, they were all very kind. Convenience store: It is large and has a lot of variety, so it is very convenient. Restaurant/Cafe: Not bad. It's good because there aren't many people on the 4th weekdays. ☆☆☆Be sure to visit the 4th floor garden☆☆☆

A big fan of Hospital Playlist. This is the filming location. The escalator, cafe & walkways are the exact spots. The garden & emergency area are at other locations. So dont go for wild goose chase.

My family got injured during the visit in Seoul unfortunately. As a foreign visitor, this hospital provide nice service , the people are very nice, we can communicate in English basically , the safety officer helped us to call the taxi back to hotel , thanks for their help. Basically , the basic charge is about 700k won (US$ 520) . There would be additional charges if you need to have further inspections. I hope all of you are healthy and not need to visit hospital during travel. God bless you 🙂

I would rate minus 8f I could. Worst ER experience ever. We had no choice but to come here as per the ambulance staff. The patient was in ER for 5 hours without any communication with the next of kin. No one let's the patient know where urinal was and no blanket available for 30kg patient who was shivering like a puppy. Very rude and blunt staff who were avoiding talking to the patient's family member. If you want to be treated with some dignity do not go to this hospital.

The international clinic was great. They are very organized, they will show you a map where to go and what order. They were helpful and very fast. I had the blood results in one day. The doctor was very kind and easy to talk with, and in perfect english.
