No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

I had a fantastic experience at Asiri Hospital! The atmosphere is calming and welcoming, creating a comfortable environment. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of throughout my visit. The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

Had a worst experience yesterday morning with my eye appointment. Girl who was in the room 924 is so disrespectful. I was waiting for my appointment about 2.30 hours.This is called paying and waiting. Even government hospitals better than this. Worst experience ever. Never go there again. So disappointed. Can’t even give one star. Would not recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Nawaloka Hospital based on our recent experience. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, was exceptionally kind and caring. I mostly visit this hospital, and I must say that it is generally clean, neat, and tidy. The staff members were friendly and supportive throughout my visit. I would recommend it for your medical needs. However, I was disappointed to find that the washrooms, while clean, had several amenities that were not working. Some of the toilets' flushing units were broken and out of order. Additionally, most of the bidet showers in the toilets were out of order, forcing us to use the main valve, which often resulted in a mess and wet clothes. This was a very unpleasant experience. I hope they address these maintenance issues soon.

I want to share my concerns about the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL), which, despite being the primary government hospital, has some serious issues with its healthcare system. My experiences at NHSL have been quite disappointing, and I feel it's important to bring these matters to everyone's attention. The problems I faced include unprofessional behavior, rudeness, and a lack of empathy from the hospital staff. A significant challenge I observed is the exhaustion of patients due to what seems like a lack of attention and care from the hospital staff. It's disheartening to see patients, already vulnerable, feeling more tired and discouraged by the system meant to provide them with medical support. I also want to express my concern about reported racial bias by some staff members. A healthcare environment should be inclusive, respectful, and free from discrimination. Such behavior goes against medical ethics and can severely impact the well-being of patients. One such example, the security woman in the Endocrine clinic (4th floor) lacks empathy and compassion towards the sick and needy. While I understand the challenges faced by healthcare professionals, it's crucial to maintain a high standard of professionalism to ensure patients receive the care they deserve. These reported issues reflect poorly not only on individual practitioners but on the healthcare system as a whole. It’s true I can’t expect professionalism from NHSL while the country itself is unprofessional and vile but still I felt the need to voice out my opinion.

This on one of the worst and pathetic health systems in the world. The health system we encountered was really sad. It had a lot of problems and things that didn't work well. My mom needed to get an MRI scan, which is an important medical test. But we were told that the scan had to be delayed for a whole month because they didn't have enough ink. We felt very frustrated and disappointed...After waiting for a long time, we finally got instructions to go to the hospital at 8 AM on a certain day. We followed the instructions and arrived even earlier at 7:30 AM. But little did we know that this was just the beginning of a difficult and emotionally draining experience...We were taken to a room where we spent the whole day, waiting anxiously for my mom's turn for the scan. As time went by, I gathered up the courage to ask about the delay many times. Each time, they promised it would only be another hour and told us not to eat anything...The staff didn't show any understanding or kindness towards us. They didn't take our concerns seriously, which made us even more upset. The hours passed by and it started getting late, but there was no progress or communication from them...My mom, who is 61 years old, sat there patiently without eating anything since morning. She looked tired and weak because of it. It hurt me deeply to see her suffer like that... To be honest, I can't recommend this hospital to anyone who needs medical help. But people like us who don't have much money don't have other options or resources to go somewhere else for better care. Private hospitals are too expensive for us...This experience has left a lasting impact on me - it reminds me how broken and inadequate our healthcare system can be for people who are less fortunate. I really hope that one day no one will have to go through such difficult times when they need important medical services.

The doctors and especially the nurses in the hospital are useless. These nurses are often engaged in social media outside the ward and often only one or two nurses stay in the ward and surf social media on smart phones. Even if a patient cries out that it is difficult, they are not looked after. They don't even check if the patients are breathing, and while giving the medicine, they pour water into the mouth of a patient and put a pill and leave without even looking to see if the medicine has been swallowed or swallowed. Patients or caregivers of patients are not told and concealed about the patient's condition. No advice is given. At least they did not say whether the patient was discharged and nurses says that they were discharged only if the patient's guardians forced them to ask. Hygiene of patients is not looked after. Nurses and doctors go about their lives happily letting patients die. The x-rays taken from the patients are not given to the caretakers and are kept with them even after discharge. They are not working for taking salaries from people's tax money. endangering the lives of poor people. I can call them Satan's children.
