Rectosigmoid cancer treatment in 15 Oncology clinics in Bangkok

Bad management. I spent time from 12:00 pm to 18:30 pm for a simple health check-up which took longer than some public hospitals. I waited for hour just to pay the bill because the staff forgot and skip my queue. The rest of the service was okay.

Very professional, very active staff. Hospital services are at satisfactorily accepted. Nurse at the surgery clinic are very keen to provide professional services. We do appreciate.

Overall, the doctors, nurses, and staffs here treats me really nice. The place looks new and clean. I'm staying the premium ward, the doctor came to make sure hows the symptoms going everyday, he's super friendly🥹. The food are clean and fresh(I usually have shrimp for choice of proteins).

And even though i spoke very little it to those around me, i met three people who were completly disapointed in having breast transplants done by this surgeon. Like you, I suffered enormously psychologically from the result of this operation. My face wasn’t the same at all and that wasn’t the goal!! I also woke up during the operation because i was choking from the blood running down my throat. I heard voice of the nurse only at that moment. The result was a disaster and i had to have three operations in another hospital to repair the damage.

I gave birth at Yanhee Hospital with Dr. Apichat. He’s excellent and very good and experienced in natural as well. At the beginning I want to go with natural and he always pro with it. But in the end I choose to do C-section, And I had fabulous experience and I recovered after 7 days and being able to do everything normally and the incisions healed very well. Dr. Apichat understand English but he will reply in thai. However every international client of yanhee hospital will get assistant/translator for every checkup and during the stay for delivery. Highly recommend Sai Htun Win (Sonic) he’s excellent and very helpful and professional! Couldn’t be more happy with all free things he has done for me and my family! I had amazing birth experience with this doctor and this hospital, they willing to help me with everything they can do since the first time i come here.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I waited one full hour to get a facial done. And that’s after complaining along the way. Very unprofessional and waste patients time. Each step took 15/20 mins. There’s no communication about how long I should wait. I always come here but today was the worse experience. Never ever again.

I went to Mission Hospital on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. to treat a 2nd degree burn. I was immediately admitted to the ER, where the doctor and his team treated my wound very quickly and professionally. The staff took really good care of me and answered all my questions in a very professional manner. After 25 minutes in the ER, my wound was treated and dressed, and I could leave. Excellent and professional care. I highly recommend this hospital. Especially Dr. Nateepat and his efficient ER team.

TERRIBLY SLOW!! 1 hour in a queue for payment and medicine collection. I’ve been using this hospital for several years and the service is significantly getting worse. There’s no SMS or any notifications to let you know when your queue is coming up, so you have no choice but to wait patiently in the waiting area. Staffs were nice and friendly but there must be something totally wrong with the system or process. Please take this as a feedback to improve your service.

I prebooked my consultation and surgey from New Zealand at Sikarin Hospital, Their International team made everything so easy for me, beautiful hospital, very clean and all the staff i encounted were fantastic, My Doctor in urology dept was excellent as was his team. Excellent quality hospital. I had stayed here for taking medical treatments for 4 nights. It is not like hospital but 5 stars hotel. Here is very clean, all staffs have nice hospitality. My Doctor gives very clear information about process and step of treatment so I can plan my days, take strictly on her medical suggestion to recover soonest. Nurses on ward 5R I stay very helpful and have very good service mind. Maids is very hard working to make the room tiny and you feel like stay in 5 stars hotel. I don’t feel I stay in hospital except during my fever time keeps telling me that “ Hey guy, you are in hospital “ Excellent !!

English Speakers: Don’t go to this hospital. Our pregnancy doctor, Kannika Chokram, is extremely rude. Dr. Kannika’s English proficiency seems quite low and/or is rude because she will not answer questions when asked directly in English. Our doctor hung up on me when I repeatedly asked her to explain in English what she just said in Thai; she decided to hang up the phone. During our appointment, the nurse in the room tapped her watch to notify Dr. Kannika of the time and how long we were taking with our questions. It’s disappointing because I feel like if it were Dr. Kannika’s own children, she would be behaving differently. Basically Dr. Kannika comes off as not caring about her patients and wants to just check out and “chow chum yen chum” (i.e., do the bare minimum).

If you a foreigner, please avoid this scammer hospital. They will charge for you 3-4 times more than local. I did dressing for the wound and got bandages and charged for 1500 bhat. I paid around 3000 bhat but for bandage and dressing only was 1500 bhat. I can’t believe how this big hospital do this kind of scammers. Who made this charge for patients? Doctor? Remember! From your hospital scam, many foreigners will evaluated about whole Thailand. Memory will be forever about thailand. See the further instead if only in front of yours.

Was given the option to do another test so I took it just to be sure. When I went to pay for my medication, I was told that test cost 3,000 baht. I probably should've asked if it cost more, but I also would've expected one of the doctors or nurses to tell me about the price beforehand. I never would've done the extra test if I was told about the price.

Horrible service. The nurses don’t have experience or understand patients need. The doctor doesn’t have bedside manner. Please be aware if you want to get in touch with doctors when she/he is not on duty. They will not response to you at all. No on call doctors. The worst private hospital in Thailand.

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.

Regular patient here. I’ve been to this hospital for several reasons; general med check and other diseases. First of all, the nurses & hospital staff service was always top notch. I would say if you’re lucky, you’ll get the good doctors. My endocrinologist was the best, detailed explanation, helpful, and did not prescribe unnecessary meds (even suggested me to purchase meds from outside hospital for cheaper price). During COVID 2021 I was also hospitalized here, I was very well taken care of by the nurses. I think the doctors also prescribed good meds as I got better fast (severe symptoms). However one time I was hospitalized due to breathing issues, the ENT/lung doctor seem to prolong my stay with excuses that the blood test result has not come out even after 3 days, while eventually they let me out after some xray test only? Because of that I had to pay more than my insurance coverage. Also I did general med check here twice. First doctor was super nice, she talked kindly and checked detail. However the second doctor was not really nice, explained briefly and seems like he wanted to just end the consultation soon lol. Anyway, will continue the treatment here with my fave endocrinologist!

I had excellent care at this hospital and can’t recommend it enough! I went in for just a 6 month follow up appt and had sudden severe abdominal pain while there— ended up admitted and a CT scan showed a small bowel obstruction. By the evening I was in the ICU and had emergency surgery with 30cm of necrotic bowel removed. I spent 9 days in the hospital with excellent care in a private room. I am a former surgery scheduler and medical assistant in the USA, and the quality of care is the same if not better— no staff shortages here! All doctors and RNs speak English and even the nursing support staff attempt to speak some English—much better than my very limited Thai language skills. I am now over a month from discharge and healing well with no issues at all. Really happy with my care at Sukhumvit Hospital, they saved my life! Prices were always given for tests and procedures beforehand, a little surprising coming from America, but always good to know. Compliments also to my Thai AIA health insurance policy that paid for all but $520usd of my inpatient hospitalization bill!

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business. 20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor. Everything looked very professional. Medicine Department service was disappointing. My temp was 38 degree Celsius up but, about 10 min, when arrived, their department was so cold and nurse measured my temp at armpit without noticing I was shivering. And an old school thermonitor said my temp is 36.9! When back home, my temp even worst than 38. I usually take medical care at this hospital. But this case, I was very disappointed for this department quality.

my 2nd child was born in this hospital. The cost is same as the information before. all in no additional cost. no hidden cost. all process mostly on time from check in, surgery, and return to room. we can enter the surgery room after baby delivery finish. the patient room is big and clean. baby take care very good by nurse. check in check out is very smooth and no take long. but most of nurse can not speac english so a bit challange for us. need to improve only the quality of food because other hospital serve menu better variation ^^ now we only waiting birth certificated that take 2 days after check out. overall is satisfy.

Good hospital with service hospitality. We went there for some check up for documentation with all thing we need. As per my brother need support for doctor certification for work permit. I had to be in the hospital for knee surgery of my son. The experience of us surpassed all the expectations. The doctor, an ex army officer, Dr Bura Sindhupakorn, took care of my son as if the patient is his relative. His care, empathy, motivation and overall the positive thinking of the treatment plan was simply outstanding. His continuous monitoring after post operative was unexpectedly good. The international marketing manager, Ms Masha was too caring for my son. Looked after regularly about everything with a very positive attitude. With her, her staffs also were highly professional and caring. The nursing staffs were highly qualified and professional, who took care of my son always. The staffs of King of Bones were polite, dedicated, proactive in proving seevice and professional. The staffs of foreign cell, splecially Mr Nur Hossain and Ms Diya were very much helpful to us. The cleanliness, procedure, follow-up and the ambience of the hospital is really world-class and we were more than satisfied. Thanks to the hospital authority, Doctors, nurses and staffs for such good care of my son.

A very 'for profit' hospital driven by income with astronomical price charges and services. There is nothing special about the organization except the exorbitant billing. Customer service agents flood the floor 5>1 patient.

Doctors either are unskilled or have no interest in fixing patients' issues, only simply prescribing various tests and treatments costing lots of money :-((

Terrible experience. Doctors are happy to write false medical records for some reason and upon asking to correct it they don't want to. They cancel appointments because they don’t want to have to deal with the issue. The service staff who they give the issue to don’t respond to emails or return calls. The place looks great however the service has been a nightmare.

Did a sleep test here and stayed for a night. All the staffs are very professional and caring. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. I myself also worked in healthcare and really appreciate the high standards of practice here. Hospital food was surprisingly very nice. I got boiled rice with seabass soup which was delicious. You can also order other meals from the restaurants in the hospital (Coco Ichibanya / Seefah) Highly recommended.

Be wary of their dual pricing practices! My brother (Thai) needed MMR and tetanus vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment with a specialist on the 8th floor (section C). Upon settling our bill, the cashier had to rectify the charges, having mistakenly charged my brother the "foreigner rate," which was a staggering 1,800 baht higher. It is appalling that even this self-proclaimed international hospital resorts to such discriminatory pricing schemes. Needless to say, this hospital has earned a spot on my personal blacklist.
