Every step felt designed to maximize profits. The staff are lovely although there is too much pressure on doctors who are stressed in comparison. Not a nurturing experience although Orthopedics is good

I never imagined I'd leave a bad review, but it's important to share my experience.
While I understand medical facilities have their limitations, my experience here was a nightmare.
I won't delve into specifics, but I strongly advise you stay out of this place.
Wishing everyone a pleasant day.

Fantastic staff, nurses and doctors
Quick biopsy quick admission and aftercare
It is dearer than the government hospitals but they are under equipped and to be frank some simply not welcoming
I have visited on a few occasions the Bangkok hospital and on every occasion it has been a great service.
I do agree that at times it can seem others are drawn into your diagnosis or treatment and that will increase the cost.
But given the choice of a government hospital or here. Bangkok wins hand down.

One of the best international hospital in Bangkok. Very nice facility and management system with a very good atmosphere, unlike in the hospital. Doctors are the top notch from each type of specialist. Not a good place to visit but if you have to come to hospital, this is one of your choice.

We are tourists which wanted private hospital for urgent business.
20 minutes after we got inside the place we saw a doctor.
Everything looked very professional.
Everyone knew English very well, especially the doctor.
We got excellent treatment at excellent speed and everything was well explained for us.
Also they have live music when you wait which is nice.

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Tarinee for my LASIK SMILE surgery. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and excellent communication skills, particularly in English, gave me immense confidence throughout the process.
Her patient-oriented approach stood out, as she was always ready to address my concerns, enhancing my trust in her expertise. It's now two months post-surgery, and I'm thrilled with the results. I'm free of inconveniences, seeing clearer than ever.
Dr. Tarinee is highly recommended for anyone contemplating LASIK surgery. Her surgical skill, along with her genuine care for patients, makes her the ideal choice. I'm truly grateful for her exceptional service.

Terrible experience. Doctors are happy to write false medical records for some reason and upon asking to correct it they don't want to. They cancel appointments because they don’t want to have to deal with the issue. The service staff who they give the issue to don’t respond to emails or return calls. The place looks great however the service has been a nightmare.

Did a sleep test here and stayed for a night. All the staffs are very professional and caring. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. I myself also worked in healthcare and really appreciate the high standards of practice here.
Hospital food was surprisingly very nice. I got boiled rice with seabass soup which was delicious. You can also order other meals from the restaurants in the hospital (Coco Ichibanya / Seefah)
Highly recommended.

Be wary of their dual pricing practices! My brother (Thai) needed MMR and tetanus vaccinations, so we scheduled an appointment with a specialist on the 8th floor (section C). Upon settling our bill, the cashier had to rectify the charges, having mistakenly charged my brother the "foreigner rate," which was a staggering 1,800 baht higher. It is appalling that even this self-proclaimed international hospital resorts to such discriminatory pricing schemes. Needless to say, this hospital has earned a spot on my personal blacklist.

The only day I visited Bangkok, I decided to go see a doctor incase of an infection. The nurses were very professional and kind. But the doctor I consulted was extremely rude, took a picture of my wound and explain his doctor's lectures. He didn't even offer to clean my wound. Didn't even let me explain what caused it. Prescribed antibiotics which was 1900 baht, back in the country where I live, augmentin is half the price cheaper than this. I like the hospital. My family's been going here alot. But this particular doctor threw me off with big disappointment and experience.

I was extremely impressed by Bangkok Smile. My UK dentist had proposed a dental plan that included 3 new crowns and a replacement veneer with a few fillings for good measure. Total cost 5000 UK pounds. After an initial consultation with an extremely competent prosthetic specialist dentist at Bangok smile dental clinic she told me that just the fillings and veneer were required and that crowning teeth just because they had small cracks was not always a good idea. Instead fillings should be the first step and the cracks kept under review. The required work was carried out quickly, efficiently, and at a fraction of the anticipated cost. In addition the admin staff were super helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend.

Upon walking in, you are greeted with the sounds of cascading water from their water feature, which is a pretty unique experience going to a dental clinic. The reception for Bangkok smile is situated on the second floor, and the receptionists are all so smiley and friendly. Once you register yourself, a staff will ask you to sign your forms and bring you up to your dentist. I opted for their cleaning and scaling service and I am amazed that the whole procedure was not pain at all. A little bit sensitive on my front tooth but all is good. The dentist even prepped you beforehand saying that the cleaning procedure might hurt a bit. But she was gentle and fast. All in all, definitely a place you would want to visit if you want to get your teeth done.

The clinic is very good. The doctor did the dental implants for a price that was not enough. The doctor was very gentle. The doctor warned that there would be pain but there was never any soreness or pain. As for the doctor who dug the limestone, he was very gentle and didn't hurt at all. I had one implant done in the USA. I checked out couple dental offices here in Bangkok, and was impressed with Dr Vivek at this office. The prices vary depending on material used. I decided to go with the Swiss one, the most expensive choice; however it was still a lot cheaper than in the USA and slightly cheaper than many BANGKOK dental offices.
The price was one thing, but the quality and his expertise was unmatched. Every processes went smoothly and fit perfectly. I’m very happy with my new implant. The one that I got done in the USA was supposed to be one of the best. But I felt that this one was even better. I strongly recommend Dr Vivek at this office, 5 stars.

I have been to this clinic once and my impressions are terrible. My story is that I needed a technical appointment for my aligners, as I am abroad now, and my doctor is still in the country I live at. What you need to know before visiting this clinic:
1. Even if you text them in advance, they will not understand your request.
I asked my Thai friend to text to them and to explain my situation: to have a technical appointment for my aligners. When I came to them, first I was waiting for 1 hour and then after the reviewing of my teeth the « doctor » asked me why I needed the RETAINER, if my byte is still unwell. So, I needed to explain my situation once more.
2. When you ask for a consultation with the orthodontist, they will first let you talk to someone else.
Yes, in the point 1 I did not talk to the actual doctor. It was an assistant.
3. You can be reduced to tears in this clinic without any dental tools.
I was waiting for more than 1 hour again and so the young Indian man came to the lobby and invited me to one of the rooms. He asked me to sit, but he was standing up while talking to me. He said it was not possible to help me with my case. I asked why, he explained - and I realised that my request was misunderstood again. The young man started to be very angry and rude, he was interrupting me, he was even yelling. I was trying to stay calm and said that I need to see the DOCTOR, as she would understand what I need. He said that I have already seen the doctor, but I insisted, so when we came to the doctor she said: «Nice to meet you!» - which confirmed that I have not seen her. I felt absolutely exhausted after those several hours of waiting, so I just started to cry.
4. They don’t have the dental fillers in the clinic 😁 and this is true!
The doctor definitely didn’t know anything about my situation. So, I explained it to her once more. I showed her my aligners, the template. And she understood what I needed! And agreed to take me! She said clearly: «I will do it for you!».
I felt very happy, and they asked me to wait again in the lobby, as «they needed to check the schedule». I agreed, even though I was hungry, tired and still exhausted. The rude young Indian came in half an hour again and said that they would call me later to update me, as they needed to confirm something.
I was very happy, but a week later nobody contacted me, so I contacted them by myself. The rude young Indian man said that they need some material for me appointment. Dear reader, here you need to understand that my technical work is done just with the dental filler! The one they use for caries. I also need to put the special hook for the teeth, but I have it already with me, as my doctor gave it to me before I left.
But I decided to wait for them, as they confirmed they would take my case. Maybe, the dental filler was out of stock or something, also the holidays… that’s what I thought.
Well, in a month the rude young Indian man called me after my reminder and said that they didn’t find the material they needed for me. I asked again, what was the material. He lost his patience in a second and started to be rude, interrupting me and having a high voice tone again. So, I said that I would leave this review and stop the phone calling.
To conclude. I am pretty sure that there was some miscommunication again. Of course they have all the materials I need, because there is just one material needed. But the young rude Indian man didn’t want to organise the normal communication. He just wanted to yell and to be rude. I don’t think it’s a feature of a good administrator or manager. He was very, very rude to me. I have not heard this tone addressed to me ever in my life.
Photo and video are to confirm that I was there.
P.S. Yes, they’re really proud of the cases you can see on the second picture. Any person who had a smile treatment (not only a professional) can see that the job is awful, but my case is very simple, so I was waiting for them anyway. But please, don’t trust them your bite. They don’t see the asymmetrical occlusion.
