I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Best place to get your teeth cleaning and teeth whitening done. The procedure was smooth. The beyond polus teeth whitening system from U.S.A was amazing with absolutely no sensitivity. Dr. Nazeer was very professional and did a great job. Teeth cleaning was very gentle and I didn’t feel it at all. My teeth looks brighter than ever. The price was fair and affordable. Removed my daughter braces today. Excellent result and highly satisfied with the professional service of orthodontist Dr. Nazeer. He is an expert braces doctor who is also gentle and very genuine. The treatment price was reasonable and affordable for the top quality treatment. Teeth whitening and cleaning was really good. The retainer was quickly done and was got the very next day. Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.
