Visited the Mediclinic Al Yahar on the 2. November 2021 with lower back pain problem - Very fast and friendly registration, helpful advice about the best timing to see the orthopaedic specialist. The orthopaedic Dr. Parag Agarwal pinpointed the problem in no time and the taken X-Ray confirmed the issue. The medication and the doctors advise was simple and easy to understand. Noticeable was that Dr. Parag Agarwal even made a call to follow up about the wellabout and the response to his advise!

There are a lot of areas for improvement in this hospital especially with the Pharmacy but I will ignore that as I had an outstanding medical service provided by Dr. Ahmed AlNeyadi, an esteemed Ophthalmologist, who provided an exceptional medical care and attention to my mother during her frequent and recent visits to the hospital. Dr. AlNeyadi’s extensive medical knowledge and expertise in ophthalmology were evident throughout the entire process, and his compassionate approach was exemplary. My mother presented with severe ocular pain, and Dr. AlNeyadi skillfully assessed her condition and provided a comprehensive treatment plan. He was patient and attentive, taking the time to listen to her concerns and answering all of her questions with a clear explanation of her diagnosis and treatment options. This is not only during the clinical time, but also outside the clinic hours with a continuous supervision and follow up. Dr. AlNeyadi's professionalism and empathy were remarkable, and he provided a warm and supportive environment, which significantly alleviated my mother's anxiety. His commitment to excellence was evident in his meticulous attention to detail and his unwavering dedication to his patients' wellbeing. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed AlNeyadi to anyone seeking the highest level of medical care in ophthalmology. His expertise, professionalism, and compassionate approach to patient care are truly exceptional which I couldn’t found it anywhere in other medical facilities, and we are deeply grateful for his support and really proud to have such a talented Emirati Dr ✨

I was the first to arrive at Ramadan at 8:50 am and they claimed that the work start at 9:00 am and there was no one before me and then the first patient who came after was at 9:20 am and they let me wait until 9:45 am with no response even though I’ve asked about my kid multiple times

Not even deserving of a 1 star. I went to this hospital for check up and I was not accommodated because they do not accept daman basic nor neuron insurances. It is my first time to encounter such hospital not accepting these common insurances. Definitely not recommending this hospital to family and friends.

The waiting time at this hospital is so long!! You wait easily 30 mins after your appointment. But on the other hand, Dr. Waleed for ENT is an excellent doctor! I was disappointed by the long wait times at the hospital's pharmacy. I had to wait for over an hour to receive my medication, which was frustrating. If you're in a hurry, you might want to consider going to a pharmacy outside the hospital to save time. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hospital for its competent doctors and high-quality care.

Ongoing physiotherapy with Therapist Lizette who is delivering an amazing massage for my neck and shoulder pain. Would gladly recommend anyone who needs to undergo such treatment at the hospital in Al Ain.

Worst hospital ever , in emergency its taking longtime to wait before they assist you I bring my husband in emergency for suffering high fever and severe headache but its take 2 hours we are waiting in the emergency reception before we got assisted. This is the worst worst hospital ever .Some Indian nurse are unprofessional mostly the Doctor name Ibrahim Anwar he is very unprofessional doctor I was there with my husband because his suffering a high fever when he visited my husband he was talking so loud like he is shouting my husband and he call me by his hand oke a dog to move out in the room of my husband.. Why this hospital hiring a people with the very unprofessional attitude they don't know how to talk nicely with the patient 😒 it's very disgusting staff why b3cause we are just a patient? remember all the staffs there their salary is coming from us, coming from all the patients. Why they need to act like this? PLEASE hear my concern 😟 this isn't good, so next time they will not do it again to any patient, this is our very worst experience from this hospital staff we will never comeback again in this hospital. It’s the best hospital Ever in Al Ain. But there are few doctors who don’t know how to respect the patient in good way Totally disrespectful And may Allah guide them.

My brother was admitted here in year 2011 , he was suffering from Leukemia ( blood Cancer ) , basically the staff ( nurses doctors ) they all were like a family , I dont know if any one will be reading my comment from that year , my brother name was Abdul Ghaffar , everything about this hospital is best and every single day is memorable day of my life except the day I lost my brother in same hospital ICU room in 11/02/2014 Prayers to all the authorities who work day and night to serve cancer patients ❤️

It was best experience with Dr Rasha for my ceaserian delivery. Delivery conducted professionally and my healing process is very good. Thanks to all staff in Canadian speciality hospital for their hospitality. It was best experience and I hope to get more services.

Very poor staff. Nursing staff need training to deal with patients. I got admitted in this hospital in emergency unfortunately. Had very quick and clear service from emergency staff and my one star goes for them only. They shifted me to room for observation overnight and here the embarrassing experience starts. First of all they will never tell you the correct time of visit for doctor. They will keep you waiting and you will feel like you are in jail waiting for your turn to release but have no clue when! I was in pain over night and asked to fix my bernolla but they kept ignoring stating that it will not be removed untill I get discharged from the hospital. Very strange! But they removed after I started little hard on them. I had to run from the hospital like and prisoner running from the jail as till the last minute the doctor never came and truly they lied to me that doctor is sick. Management should train the nursing staff to at least be truthful with patients. Give clear information and take every patient seriously. If all my heart reports are fine then there should not be any reason that I am waiting 4 hours for the doctor to just give me medicine.

You really do care about the patient, not just as a doctor but the compassion with which you treat the patients is more effective than any medicine. I can vouch for the fact that your abilities are unmatched. You are a credit to your profession, and I truly appreciate your medical, mental, emotional, and spiritual unwavering support. My trust and confidence are always with you.

Had the best hospitable staffs i have ever experienced ,everyone is welcoming and ready to help . Had my dental check up from Dr.Ashik Muhammed Aboobacker together with her collegues the offered me the best services and advices to make my dental formula more strong.

The staff was very polite and were very very understanding. Dr. Hatem ENT is the best doctor you can visit for your nose problems and he did a wonderful job. Dr. Abid, Anesthetist is so good and he made sure that I didn’t felt pain during my surgery. The surgery was not simple but they made sure that I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point and they made the process to be felt very simple by me. Even the reception staff Bindu is so nice and kind and she made sure that there is not much waiting for me whenever I visit their hospital. Overall this is the best Hospitql I suggest to visit everyone in Dubai for their health issues.

We have dealing with American hospital for more than 10 years and we noticed a continual development on your services provided but regret to inform you that your emergency department need some improvement on their service based on our experience. Furthermore i suggest to input fast charging (DC) stations for electric vehicles in the parking building in which will facilitate your customers who visit you from other Emirates

American hospital dubai have the latest technology in all specialties, open MRI ,Radiation therapy, Robotics surgery, Diabetic Excellence centre, Pediatric Centre, Plastic and Dermatology , Dental Services, and much more

AVOID!! I've been there 2 times so far with a terrible experience, the pharmacy is a complete chaos, waiting time is minimum 1.5 hours and after that insurance might decline the prescription, so your wait is for nothing. Doctor is always late and after waiting 45 minutes he left and didn't see me as his time was up. Very unprofessional. Reception lady took the insurance card and informed ms AFTER i finished my session that the visit is not covered and I have to pay. This hospital is a complete disappointment and they seem to be non caring of the patients.

Amazing care in very pleasant surroundings! The team that looked after me on the 7th floor surgical ward was incredible.Very special thanks to Neethu who was a rock star during my recovery. Amazingly even the food was great!

Dr. Esra is the best Gynacologist in Dubai! She delivered both our kids and she is on an another level. Highly recommend her. Most nurses and midwives are also excellent. Mary helped us with bathing our new born and also with breastfeeding. Will always come back to Kings college Hospital. Big thank you!

We recently gave birth to our beautiful son last December and we will be forever grateful to Dr. May Ali for looking after us throughout my pregnancy and safe delivery. I would like to also send our appreciation with all the nurses and midwifes especially Mary Grace she helped me and my baby latch and initiate breastfeeding as a first time mom I did not know what to do but she helped us a lot, very kind and genuine heart, never had someone care for us as much as she did post delivery. also the midwife Florina she gave us great encouragement and care during my labor. The food service was also good, however I just hoped our room was cleaned more frequently and the care and attention after birth became less . but overall it was really a good experience and thankful for the whole team.

I would like to thank you very much for saving my son. First of all, Dr. Rashmi Anandani and Dr. Jaikishan Anandani, as well as the entire staff from the intensive care unit. Exactly Jemy, Anu and others.. Everyone worked very professionally and looked after us beautifully. The hospital is luxurious,more than Iam used to.. The nurses from the intensive care unit helped me cope with this difficult situation when I was left alone in a foreign country with my very sick son. Hospital used to be very good but their standards have dropped drastically!! Had to wait over an hour to see the doctor in emergency department when there were only 1-2 patients only. And they wont let you meet any doctor unless you have an appointment. When I want to meet a particular doctor, I cant unless I have an appointment even if it is an emergency. Then they send you to emergency department and you have to keep waiting. Not acceptable at all!!!!

Generally is not bad because no more competitive hospitals in comparison of the capacity, doctors, building, facilities. Still I didn't observe any initiatives to solve the issue of queu at the pharmacy and there is no organization since there are no sufficient setting places for the patient. Also I have complain about service desk staff in eye clinic, she is not interested to work and needs to train her on how to deal with patients. ٠٥٠٤٨٨٣٨٣٠

The services are good. Only the reception taking little long time to register. Good atmosphere. Neat and clean. All staffs are good. Taking too long time in the pharmacy for medicine, always some counter no staff and patients are awaiting long queue

I have gone to Zulekha hospital several times, almost all my family members are registered there. It’s very good hospital in terms of quality of treatment and behavior of employees. I live in Al nahda Dubai, so location of this hospital is very convenient for me. I went there when I had incident with my finger and they treated me very well. Today I went there to get discharge summary and it was very fast process. Their customer service representative at front desk Hilda was really supportive and she made my life very easy. She took my emirates ID and some basic information and did rest herself. I would like to thank Hilda for the support and cooperation.
