I had the pleasure of visiting the DRHC clinic during my recent visit to Dubai, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. As I walked in, the friendly staff greeted me warmly, setting a positive tone for my visit. Later on, I had the pleasure of interacting with Ramia Hamed, who provided excellent personalized customer experience. Dr. Hatem Eliwi's thorough treatment left me confident that I was in capable hands. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. The light hands injection administered by Dr. Areej Elmahi was practically painless, and her skill was evident. Dr. Talal Sharaf conducted a kind and professional eye check that reassured me of my overall eye health. The level of service I received at DRHC clinic exceeded my expectations and, dare I say, even surpassed the service I typically receive in the United States. Thanks again!

Short review (tldr): Thank you to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid, and the rest of the medical team for their utmost care for my physical and medical well-being. God bless all of them and I am happy I chose them as my care-givers. Detailed Review: I usually don’t leave reviews under any entity or association but I feel like I owe this to ENT Dr. Hatem, Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid and the team including anesthetic technician Saeed (I hope I am remembering it correctly). I have been suffering from breathing problems for a while now and spent some time looking for ENTs in Dubai. As soon as I found Dr. Hatem, I just intuitively knew that he was my doctor, and I was absolutely right. I am usually very hesitant to seek medical help because a lot of doctors tend to downgrade symptoms and do not do their due diligence to check for problems when the patient is truly suffering. However, from the beginning, Dr. Hatem was very understanding and empathetic to my breathing problems/ sufferings. Few appointments and tests later, I underwent surgery and am very happy with the results. Not only did he fix my problems, but he also preserved how my nose looks. Anesthesiologist Dr. Abid’s care, gentleness and attention pre and post operation were of highest quality as well. He, along with Dr. Hatem, were also very careful of not only my physical but my emotional/ mental well-being as well which is often neglected by caregivers. So far, 2 weeks post-op, I am happy with my decision of choosing and proceeding with Dr. Hatem. God bless everyone involved- I am truly grateful.

Dr. Simon's wisdom tooth extraction was exceptional! Despite its complexity, he effortlessly managed the procedure, resulting in minimal pain. His warm demeanor and clear explanations eased my nerves. Even during recovery, discomfort was remarkably low. The staff Smitha & Doaa was professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Simon to anyone in need of dental services. He is a true expert in his field, making complicated procedures seem easy and painless. Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

This Hospital really went above and beyond in taking care of my wife during her pregnancy. The front office staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. It's great to know that they prioritize patient satisfaction from the moment you walk in. From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. This hospital staff doesn't have value for time at all. Keep offering wrong promises at every inquiry, such as hospital duration of stay or discharge expectation or service request. You feel the cutting cost at every corner except at payment desks Doctor promises you 5 min proceedure and one hour stay easily end up with 10 hours stay with no unusual events, ICU nurse promise to attend you in 2 min end up 20 min They work hard, but patients leave with lots of complains and irritation

Excellent medical service. Great physiotherapy sessions with Mr. Luke Hinds. Also the dermatologist Dr. Habiba provides you with full attention and care during consultation. I would highly recommend the facility as long as you have good insurance. On selfpay, it might be expensive but worth the quality of service.

I had a very challenging experience with my recent medical procedure . I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and had been fasting since 6 am the previous day. When I arrived for my 10:30 am appointment, I was not immediately admitted. After inquiring with several staff members, the receptionist instructed me to wait outside, as there were no available rooms, and my procedure was rescheduled for 12 pm. Feeling increasingly frustrated due to hunger, a headache, and the staff's behavior, I eventually voiced my concerns strongly. Seeing my distress, they accommodated me in the nurse's room. This visit was necessary as my usual doctor had left the country, and I had to consult with Dr. Jamil. However, due to this experience, I've decided not to return to that facility.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted. What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps. The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike. In my experience, Mediclinic, as a private healthcare provider, it’s very good and I will continue using their services. Recommended ✅

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support provided by your hospital staff during my recent visits. In particular, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to (Doctor Aatif Shaikh, Consultant Physician , UROLOGY) and the entire medical team involved in my treatment. Their expertise, compassion, and dedication have made a significant difference in my recovery. I would also like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback and make a recommendation regarding the booking of required tests, such as X-rays, blood tests, and especially ultrasound appointments after the operation. I believe implementing an automated system to schedule these tests before visiting the doctor would greatly benefit patients.

Overall great facility (especially after the renovation) and very good doctors. I would have placed reviews on many of their doctors across several departments but many of them have left. Right now, I can highly speak about Dr Nathalie El Moukari, consultant radiologist. She’s confident and very thorough in her examination and takes the time to explain to the patient their situation and what they need to do. She communicates very well in, at least, three languages. Her team, I can cite Ms Mandy, is equally pleasant to deal with. The clinic is clean. Parking lots are available.
