Nurse Minci always ensures I am well attended and the process is smooth until I am completed, and Nurse Pinku Ann has a tender care hand when collecting blood samples especially in my case, she performs skillfully in a way I will always feel secured. Dr. Taori has been my doctor for more than 5 years who not only has outstanding knowledge of my treatment options but also provides the quality of medical care I require. Inpatient and outpatient services are fast and very good. Emergency department also very fast and doctors available there usually contact the main doctor of the patient

I just step into this hospital and they already charge my card for 2,000 dirham, I don’t even see any doctor yet. They said it’s deposit but does is make any sense? We would pay for services after its complete! Or do you think we will run? SCAM We was transferred from mediclinic Al Sufouh to Mediclinic City Hospital. We pay 2,000 dirham (600$) and don’t get any help. For simple drainage of abscess they asked 35,000 dirham (10,000$). We was shocked. All staff extremely slow, we spend 5 hours in this hospital and get 0 help. One doctor look and call another doctor, another look and call another doctor. No one don’t want do the job unless you pay 35,000 dirham. We pay 2,000 dirham for 0 help. Please avoid this hospital because they care only money and not humanity.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted. What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps. The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike. In my experience, Mediclinic, as a private healthcare provider, it’s very good and I will continue using their services. Recommended ✅

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience. My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

This Hospital really went above and beyond in taking care of my wife during her pregnancy. The front office staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. It's great to know that they prioritize patient satisfaction from the moment you walk in. From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. I had a terrible experience at Seha Emirates pharmacy and call center. The staff was unhelpful, poor communication, I went to buy a specific product from the pharmacy, the pharmacist confirmed it is available, but unfortunately I drove all the way from Dubai to find out that the pharmacist had no idea of what is on stock. Moreover, I called the the manger to arise a complaint , but again poor management skill, poor communication, couldn't help with the complain or address the issue. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
