Catheter-directed sclerotherapy (CDS) (Bilateral) in 1 Vascular surgery clinic in Sharjah

My sister’s appointment is at 4.15 pm with the pediatric doctor and I reached the hospital and specifically the registration desk at about 3.45 pm. The area was crowded as there were 2 angry employees assigned to register patients from 5 different sections and the queue system was not working so just imagine that the same staff who are registering the patients are making manual tokens and giving them to the patients. However, I finished with the registration at 4.30 !! So I spent about 45 minutes only to register. I went to the pediatric section but the doctor was busy talking on the phone 😂 the situation is completely messy in this hospital. if you are a person who respects the time please don't come here. put honestly Dr. Ahmed Tawfiq is a very professional and respectful doctor. So two stars for the Dr only the hospital does not deserve stars

This Hospital really went above and beyond in taking care of my wife during her pregnancy. The front office staff deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. It's great to know that they prioritize patient satisfaction from the moment you walk in. From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. I recently delivered my baby boy at Kings College Dubai Hills. I had a memorable and an amazing experience and felt so at home. My husband and I were so humbled and couldn’t have asked for more private care. All the staff and nurses were excellent and I was in good hands. However, Leanne my midwife was exceptionally helpful and was like a second Mum to me. She went above and beyond all the time to make sure I was ok. She assisted me with everything I had to learn and know as a new Mum and always made me feel at ease. She is always so hardworking, professional and passionate about what she does. I’ve never met someone who loves what they do so much! Leanne has provided so much care post my delivery as well and she has become a very close friend of mine. I can confidently recommend Leanne as she deserves it. I am convinced that having her as a member of staff will be a valuable asset.

I delivered my baby with King's in July 2022. I highly recommend the hospital and stuff working there, everyone was very supportive and kind. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Esra for my delivery. On a separate note, I sincerely want to thank Mary Grace for her kind support. As a first time mother, even whilst I was attending Antenatal classes, I lacked practical experience of how to take care of baby. Mary Grace was very attentive and showed us how to bath and change the baby, explaining many interesting life hacks. Her support and explanation how to breastfeed the baby was indispensable, without her I would not be that lucky to establish breastfeeding which I continue to date.

Dr. May Ali has been an incredible support throughout my twin pregnancy journey. Her professionalism and unwavering support guided me every step of the way. Her expertise and care during the C-section brought my beautiful baby girls into the world safely. I'm immensely grateful for her dedication and expertise. Additionally, her assistant Princy was always attentive and supportive, making the entire experience even more reassuring. I'm definitely continuing as Dr. May's patient for any future needs🙂

Was coming here since 7 years but the service now keeps coming down. Doctors keeps changing . Just coming here for Dr Rekha as she is the best otherwise long waiting for everything. Taking insurance approval takes at least two hours. From opening the file to taking the insurance and getting the medicine takes ages. They should work on this and give relief to people and work on customer service as counter staffs are rude. Worse insurance department you can waste whole day here.

I am a regular patient of Dr. Jim Mathew of Al ghusais Mediclinic He is an an amazing Dr. People once visited him, always meet him. I do remember my child hood days, wherein Dr. used to touch and understand your disease without any support of devices. Dr. Jim is such kind of person, will direct and diagnose correctly. His nurses are also very good in caring patients.

The doctors and nurses exhibited a high level of knowledge, skill, and compassion. They take the time to listen attentively to my health concerns, thoroughly explaining the diagnosis and treatment options in a manner that is easy to understand. Their patience and willingness to address all my questions and doubts is truly commendable. The clinic itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, creating a hygienic environment. Best doctors Dr Rania Abu Samra, Dr Mohammed Saadat 😍 really you feel comfortable dealing with them, nurses are awesome and helpful. I recommend this hospital for everyone. Inpatient and outpatient services are fast and very good. Emergency department also very fast and doctors available there usually contact the main doctor of the patient

I just step into this hospital and they already charge my card for 2,000 dirham, I don’t even see any doctor yet. They said it’s deposit but does is make any sense? We would pay for services after its complete! Or do you think we will run? SCAM We was transferred from mediclinic Al Sufouh to Mediclinic City Hospital. We pay 2,000 dirham (600$) and don’t get any help. For simple drainage of abscess they asked 35,000 dirham (10,000$). We was shocked. All staff extremely slow, we spend 5 hours in this hospital and get 0 help. One doctor look and call another doctor, another look and call another doctor. No one don’t want do the job unless you pay 35,000 dirham. We pay 2,000 dirham for 0 help. Please avoid this hospital because they care only money and not humanity.

I would not recommend Mediclinic Dubai Mall at all. Whilst it is very convenient to get to if you live in downtown, the service I have received has been extremely poor - for example doing a blood test and then being told two months later (despite chasing for progress updates) that they had followed the wrong procedure so have to repeat the test. The customer service is not good - it is difficult to get hold of their customer service team and often get passed between various different people and teams. I would recommend that you go elsewhere for treatment, the American Hospital in my experience is much better.

Dr. Chandan is an exceptional gynecologist who seamlessly blends expertise with a friendly demeanor. Her approach creates a comfortable environment, fostering trust and ensuring patients feel at ease throughout their visit. Highly recommended for their professionalism and compassionate care.

This one of those facilities that asks you how you're going to pay before they ask you what you need. As long as they are taking your money first their patient care, response and followup is absolute garbage. I have a thread of calls and emails that went to at least 5-6 people just to simply get them to respond to me after my consult on a matter they told me to email about. They gave me the wrong email address. They promised to call and never did. I followed up 5-6 times. They are incompetent, disorganized and simply don't care. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction nobody bothered to also follow up. Spend your money or insurance elsewhere.

Most caring nurse John and Dr Mona; took the time to explain and go through everything each step of the way. My son was looked after and felt at ease despite his fear of needles. He’s feeling much better. The whole ER experience was smooth and efficient.

Mediclinic (all hospitals) offer exceptional healthcare services. We opted for ParkView and I have to say that Doctors and nurses are truly amazing, demonstrating professionalism in every interaction. The rest of the staff also maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensuring that patients feel good throughout the process of being admitted. What stands out is the patient centered approach. The staff is patient and attentive, making sure that what you need they deliver with kindness and efficiency. This level of care extends to the discharge process as well, where they thoroughly inform patients about necessary paperwork and follow-up steps. The hospital itself is impressive. It's well organized and meticulously maintained, creating a comforting and reassuring environment for patients and visitors alike. In my experience, Mediclinic, as a private healthcare provider, it’s very good and I will continue using their services. Recommended ✅

I recently had a surgery there. The staff really made it as easy as possible. I had a delay with my insurance and the surgical coordinator Claire was incredibly compassionate and tried her best to sort it out so that I was able to have the operation as scheduled. The surgery went really smoothly, thanks to Dr. Zakir and the rest of the surgical team. The nurses (Rose, Reshma, April and many others!) who took care of me were really helpful and made my stay as comfortable as it possible can be. Overall it's been a highly positive experience.
