Highly recommend this clinic as we (my husband and I) have been let down with previous orthopaedic clinics resulting in multiple infections and surgeries along with unprofessional treatment from both staff (very rude staff) and the surgeons. We could not be happier with Perth Orthopaedic Surgeon (Dr Nicholas Calvert and Team) as no request or enquiry was too much for them, and the final result says it all (Outstanding). The Perth Orthopaedic Clinic itself very well presented, clean and hygienic. Thank you so much for all the best effort from you guys to end my husband's long 9 months nightmare, so glad we found you! Will take this clinic for our family's orthopaedic specialist for sure.

I visited Perth orthopaedic clinic from a recommendation/referral from my doctor after previously visiting a different orthopaedic clinic.. I would highly recommend Perth orthopaedic as my specialist was very informative, delivered the recommendations in a simplified manner so I could understand and laid everything out in plain English to be able to know what the steps are I need to take to help the recovery of my broken foot.

I recently underwent hamstring repair with Dr Peter Annear. Couldn't fault his bedside manner and that of his theatre team and anaesthetist - thank you.

Easy to access for patient pick up and drop off, parking can be difficult to find though. The hospital is clean and well set out. There are volunteers that helped lots of people with directions (including me) it was a good experience all round.

Recently here for a heart condition & received first class care by doctors, cardiologists who care. From the e.d. to the ward. Nurses too were wonderful, compassionate, understanding. Extraordinary hospital, thank you. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely brilliantly assisted me when I came in with a badly broken arm. All staff, from reception, to nurses, to doctors and imaging staff were totally professional, extremely courteous and very responsive to my needs.

Our experience at Mater was fantastic. The care provided by the midwives and nurses was beyond our expectation. The midwives at the birthing suites were so calming and reassuring. I highly recommend going to the classes. The baby bath class helped increase our confidence in bathing our baby once we were back home. The night nursery was so helpful too! Our breastfeeding journey would not have been what it was without the guidance of the lactation consultant Trish. Special shout out to Karen in special care nursery who made such a difference in our short stay there.

Went through a hysterectomy at the Mater. Received a text msg the day prior for admission time and it was 1.5 hrs between checking in and being taken in for surgery. Staff were friendly and professional. Private room was clean and well set up. Nurses were caring and lovely, handovers were done well, communication with myself as a patient was effective, room service was good and efficient. On site cafe and pharmacy good and the healing garden was a lovely break for my parents visiting while I slept. Great experience

I cannot recommend this hospital's birthing team, unit, and maternity highly enough. From antenatal check ups to delivery, all the way through to recovery, the entire experience was exemplary. I have never met such dedicated, informed, warm, competent, and skilled midwives, nurses, and doctors as those we came across throughout our pregnancy journey, and highly recommend them all to anyone looking to have a positive birth experience. We absolutely loved our stay there - so much so that we were sad to have to leave and go home at the end of our recovery. The maternity suite made recovery more like a hotel/resort staycation, and the food was superb. We felt so at home, and left feeling so much more prepared for parenthood than we did when we first went in. Thank you, to all the staff, from SanMich and Luca. We can't wait to see you all again hopefully for baby number 2!

My grandmother was recently in to have surgery on her thyroid. There was an incredible nurse named Sienna looking after her in the evenings - one night I witnessed the level of care and attention that Sienna showed my grandmother. It was one of the most comforting and beautiful things to see. I wanted to thank you personally, and I hope I’ll still be able to one day, but for now Sienna, I hope you see this! Thank you so much. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. I cannot fault St Vincent’s Private from admission staff , theatre staff , the muses and Drs , the Physio’s and all the cleaners and food and beverage people . All were lovely , kind , caring , professional , will not go anywhere else . Only downfall is parking but overall 5 stars ❤️

Just recently lost our mother. StVincent’s is suppose to help with her transition to palative care the way that woman was treated by your so called team is absolutely appalling and disgusting. My father was left to care for her with the advice from nurses and by the way there were a few not just one.. as he said he was told what to do but not shown.. to even get a nurse out to see her was taking 3 to 5 days and that was even if they called back to make an appointment. My father was made to feel by your nurses that he was doing the wrong thing only because one nurse was telling him to do it then another one is telling him it is wrong… she died at home in so much pain because we had to wait another 3 days before any one would come out to see her..thank god for the Redlands hospital for taking proper care of her thank fully she died in peace that day she was taken there and looked after straight away. Not after months of pain and no help from St Vincent’s … only giving 1 star because it won’t let me give no star

I stayed in level and I would like to give a huge thank you to Nikki ,Mark, Nathan,Ivy and Young for making my stay so much easier when all I wanted to do was panic. The other 2people I would like to thank is my favourite tea and coffee ladies Lexia and I’m really sorry but I’ve forgotten your name but you are in your seventies originally from Asia but you also bring up our meals. There is only one problem and that is the food. Bloody terrible. I’m a huge foody with a background in hospitality as a cook I get the size of the meal but there is No reason for green verges overcooked until there grey. Shame on you chef/cook for a privat hospital it’s bloody horrible

Amazing. Our 5 year old had day surgery and we could not have asked for better quality care from all the nurses on the kids ward. Caring, sympathetic and made you fully aware of what was happening each step of the way. Nurse Sig was so good. Keep up the magnificent work.

Excellent private care for day surgery or over night care. Like a well oiled machine the staff are efficient and the processes are smooth. The nurses in particular were fantastic and provided fantastic before, during and after care. Easy location to get to via PT or car.

I had major hip surgery a week ago. Down to the surgeons, anaesthetist, nurses, orderlies, kitchen staff ,cleaners couldn’t ask for a better crew. All beyond helpful , caring , mannerisms, they all work equally hard in their working fields. I know I appreciated everyone of you & thank you. Feeling this has helped with my surgery /recovery feeling non anxious & so comfortable. You all rock & are definitely passionate about your jobs . The only negative I would say it’s that hot you feel like you are in Bali, as a hospital which is not looking after your number 1’s your workers who are running around , something that needs to be looked at . The inconsistency/confusion of visitors of front desk not knowing

Shout out to Dr Skinner, and midwives Katie, Kylie and Pip for helping me to achieve the most epic and positive undisturbed birth at St Vincent’s Private Fitzroy. Their reassurance, friendly guidance and respect of my birth preferences was (and still is) so valued. In fact, the care from everyone was just so wonderful. And we thoroughly enjoyed convalescing at the Park Hyatt after!

I have been to this hospital many times for various reasons and in various capacities, carer, patient etc. I have always found staff polite, sensitive to their patients needs, caring, medically oustanding and professional. As a patient I have little understanding of the stressful environment the medical staff work in and the situations they face everyday to keep us alive, nurse us back to health and the pressure of making life and death decisions for others. From me, St. V's, a most sincere huge thanks for the outstanding work you continue to do in often adverse circumstances.

I've had 12 months of day oncology, three weeks of it as inpatient. Staff, especially nurses, are the best I've seen anywhere and I've had hospital experience in ten different countries. Caring, emphatic and highly professional, they made a compulsory stay and visits almost enjoyable. I'll remember all of them with gratitude. Pity, I can't say the same about the food and facilities. Those were, at best, tolerable.

Can’t say enough of ALL the staff. Nothing was to much, always had a smile, they were so obliging put you at ease. Brilliant thank you 😊

I had the best experience with really lovely staff and a room to myself as requested. Jill the receptionist is amazing and came to say hi after we had a great chat at check in. The food was incredible and I don’t want to go home. Extremely impressed with my stay here. Carolyn the manager is also lovely. Thank you for looking after me.

Attended for day surgery. Free parking which was great. Right from entry staff were excellent. Friendly courteous and professional explaining every procedure. Egg sandwich was very ordinary and I've had much better sandwiches in public hospitals however apart from this couldn't fault anything. I would be more than happy to reattend this hospital if I had to.

I have great experience overnight stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. The room was clean and good facilities. Foods was delicious with many choices. I am happy and grateful to have my surgery there and got taken care well by hospital’s team.

We make a phone enquiry this morning around 10.30am to check if they do have doctors available for consultation. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful and could not help us with the enquiries. She tends to raise her voice and getting impatience, I don't see why are we paying a premium price for our insurance on private health and getting all these awful treatments.

Warmest hugs to all the wonderful staff I met during my time there. Ward 3 were absolutely wonderful, patient with dietary requests, helping me with pain relief to showering me, all within a timely manner, a smile and showing compassion and care. My surgeons, what can I possibly say about Dr Ball & Dr Wong. Without doubt my absolute hero's! No wonder I've had a fabulous recovery. Dr Sharpe, thank you for keeping me safe during the procedure, I did wake up smiling. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, job well done everyone.

We had a fantastic experience with the hospital. It was our first child and the team made ensure everything was handled professionally for us. We didn't need to worry about anything since we booked in with them until they got discharged. Efficient services, friendly people, and the midwives all went beyond what were expected. Can't wait to stay here again for our second child. The food was amazing too!

Still have to wear a mask but I found my specialist suite easily. My Dr was amazing and I left feeling happier than going in. Beautiful hospital and gardens. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had no problems with my wheelchair.

My mother was brought into Emergency due to a fall. From the Ambulance to the hospital it’s been fantastic. The service at the hospital has been outstanding. My mother has been placed in a room by herself public patient. The staff, nurses, doctors, cleaners are the food is great. all top notch outstanding workmanship. All know there jobs and my mother I must say is in the best hands possible. Thank you so much to everyone for looking after my mother 100 per cent. The hospital is the best in South Australia.

Waited 5 hours for pain killers, admitted, then told by surgeon he didn't know what to do. His 'team' were more interested in my occupation as they realised my medical knowledge was that of a doctor. Makes no difference to me, every occupation is important! Nurses would agree regarding something I needed and then go home! No communication, no interest, no cleaning. I cleaned and changed fresh sheets while they watched. No, they were not busy as I heard them complain that there was a second person coming into the ward overnight. This was level 5F. Well done people, you couldn't do any less than you did! WE PAY these government departments! I suggest private cover! There is no decent hospital in Adelaide unfortunately!

Since having the privilege to attend a tour before the hospital was officially opened to public, then having attended some conferences there for work, I’ve also experienced visiting patients, being an emergency patient then as an outpatient for appointments I have to have it is a lovely functional new hospital, much preferable to the old RAH building, airy and bright makes the sick feel better with greenery views definitely helps the mental state. Unfortunately as a patients point of view, there is definitely room for improvements. It’s corridors to find rooms for appointments are confusing and thank goodness for volunteers and helpful staff who can assist with directions. Understaffed in many areas leave the system vulnerable. Getting there- Public transport is a better option if well enough to get there by train as Car parking is horrible and expensive if you have no choice but to drive yourself there.

I saw Bridie last year when having some issues with pregnancy related pain. She was amazing. She took the time to carefully review my symptoms and come up with an incredibly effective treatment plan. I walked away almost entirely pain free! Highly recommend her as a top physiotherapist for any pregnancy related pain.

Have been to territory sports med a few times for different problems, Highly recommend them for injury's. friendly and efficient i would not go any where else

Jemma fixed my back ! I’ve had quite bad ongoing lower back problems from my physically demanding job, lifting large weights and being on my feet all day has taken it’s toll. I was recommended to TSM by my sister who sees a masseuse there. Jemma, my massage therapist gave the most amazing service I’ve ever received! I felt comfortable, understood and heard by her. We talked through my back and posture problems and she knew exactly what parts needed to be worked on. It was painful but I was walking on air when I was out of there. At the end of my session she gave me stretches and tips to keep my posture and back strength up! I’ll be back and I’m recommending her to anyone who needs a GREAT remedial massage! Thank you TSM and Jemma! What a great experience.

My wife was admitted to emergency via an ambulance. The staff were an absolute delight. They were all so friendly and professional. Could not have asked for more caring people. I even had the car park attendant willing to help me when I couldn’t find a park. Although we were there for many hours the staff continued to remain attentive during this time.

Other than the wait time to visit for your treatment which took my wife almost 2 months just for iron infusion, everything was perfect from doctors to nurses all staff are very courteous and caring. Clean and properly maintained hospital. Parking is an issue so come early to find a street car park. There is an IGA store nearby and an Australia post in the main building.

I recently visited the Royal Melbourne Hospital emergency department and wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the care and attention that I received. When I arrived, I was provided with a wheelchair and immediately felt taken care of. The nurses were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. I was pleased to find that the waiting time was relatively short, and before I knew it, I was being seen by a doctor. The doctor was excellent - he listened carefully to my concerns and provided a thorough examination. I felt confident in his ability to properly diagnose and treat me. Overall, my experience at the Royal Melbourne Hospital emergency department was very positive. The staff were kind, efficient, and professional, and I am grateful for the care that I received. Thank you to everyone who was involved in my visit.

The kiwi Indian doctor in the rehabilitation department is rude, unprofessional and lack of respect towards Asian women. He shouted to my mom in room when my grandfather was admitted to hospital (last 3 days of his life). The caregivers r awful, when visitors left, the caregivers don’t even pass water and pills closer to my sick grandpa. I completely have lost hope in this hospital. Please put a camera for your loved ones in this hospital you will know how they are really being treated. Hospital should take feedback seriously!

Great experience today with a day surgery for my daughter. Wasn't to long of a wait..staff are so busy and do a great job. Great friendly staff. So helpful and caring. Very lovely with my daughter who was super nervous.. Thank you 😊

I was admitted promptly and every nurse that looked after me went above and beyond. Special shout out to Regan who is a superstar! All of the staff from reception to wardies were amazing and made a painful experience much more bearable. Thank you

Fantastic modern building, well laid out with a large cafe on the bottom floor, food is great, good selection. Coffee is also good. Excellent accessibility with a large number of disabled parks close to the entrance. Parks are well sized with plenty of room for disability equipment to be loaded in and out. Follow the signage and the carpark layout is easy enough.

February 2023 current inpatient. I have very specific dietary needs. FODMAP lactose intolerant, sensitive to gluten etc I think the kitchen staff are limbo dancers. They have bent over backwards to help me eat well and to follow the dietitian's advice. I cannot thank them enough for the effort they have put into keeping me healthy. Real cheese would be nice though!!!!. Thanks to their care in meal planning I should be able to go home next week But, I will miss the meatballs, roast beef and cheesecake. I hope they realise how wonderful they are. THANK YOU from Cas 🌹🥰🌹

I was at Burwood Hospital for 2 weeks in the Rehab Ward going to Physio and working on my injured left ankle. Thanks to the fine work of everyone involved I was able to regain my independence with what I had learned. Everyone who worked there and it didn't matter who it was encouraged me with their attitude,good work ethic and duty of care.They were able to get the best out of me despite the fact the Health Sector is having various problems of it's own to deal with. Although my opinion may differ greatly from others I'm sticking to my opinion that these people who despite working under pressure at times showed me how to get the job done with a smile and I will be forever grateful to them all for the effort they all put in helping me on the road to recovery

We came to the Emergency tonight because my 9 months old baby has been having 39+ fever. Security didn’t even ask if we had an emergency or anything, just rudely asked us to ‚move it’ because we came in a camper van and somebody reported us?! We just parked there to have her nursed before going inside! I feel so violated by this treatment and rather go somewhere else! Great to see how people here treat travellers.

I have been experiencing pain in my ear, which has resulted in a headache since yesterday. Despite taking ibuprofen, the pain has worsened, and I have not been able to sleep. I tried booking an appointment with an after-hours service, but they are fully booked, and I do not want to wait in the emergency department for hours. When I arrived, I was in so much pain that I could not even speak properly, and I felt exhausted. My husband had to answer questions from a nurse, who was rude and unkind to us. She even talked loudly in the lobby, insinuating that I was pretending to be sick. I can walk, but that does not mean I am not in severe pain and unable to speak. The nurse demanded to see me and refused to talk to my husband. I feel miserable, sad, and angry because of the pain and the nurse's behavior. It is unacceptable for a healthcare professional to be unkind to a patient, especially when they are in distress. I hope that one day she experiences the pain I am feeling and is treated with the same rudeness she showed me. Some people like her should not be nurses.

I was recently at the hospital with my daughter who had a severe kidney infection. I can not fault one single doctor, nurse, receptionist, or orderly there. The care she got was amazing from the time she got admitted to the time she got discharged. Seeing first hand what they all cope with really put it in perspective & every single person I had contact with does/is doing an amazing job. I know it isn't everyone's experience but I want people to know just how great our time was there

No words to thank the team at the hospital, during my last stay and now every nurse and doctors had been so supportive ❤️ I know I get stubborn and not take medication or eat much but the nurses are there for me.Even I had bad days they come and try to cheer me up so that I don't feel low. They work so hard in all different shifts. These guys are awesome and they care

My husband went to A&E today and was very impressed with the wonderful responsive care he received. He was transferred to the CDU where a wonderful nurse Lynne looked after him. She was fantastic and got him organised re his follow up in the morning. Had a great sense of humour also. We are very grateful 🥲

This is the most dysfunctional hospital I'm NZ. they do a shift change and forget/deny everything the last nurse or doctor says. you're regularly forgotten and the doctors are incredibly withholding with medication. you may as well stay at home and deal with it.

Worst "private" hospital ever. After a procedure that required a general anesthetic (fully under) and therefore 17hrs of fasting ahead of it, I awoke in a curtained room with 4 other people (one coughing & blowing their nose) to receive a fruit plate with: 2 grapes, 1 slice of kiwi fruit, 2 chunks of pineapple, 1/2 a plum and a triangle of watermelon. When I requested something more substantial so I wouldn't faint walking out, I was offered a gluten free cookie and a ginger beer. If I weren't so appalled, I'd laugh at how pathetic it all was. And I had the honour of co-paying $500 and god knows what the insurer was billed. Never again!

Stayed overnight after surgery and was really impressed with everything. I had Jo and Anna as my nurses who were super friendly, knowledgable and so eager to help with any request. Same thing with the rest of the staff like the nurse in the waiting room, receptionist, anaesthesist etc... It's like the same service you get at a nice hotel 👌

My 2nd time at the hospital. Awesome friendly staff. Nurses are so friendly and helpful. Always there for you when you need it.
