The attendant and receptionist at the cardiology department in the heart Institute is totally disappointing. They are not coopertive and their attitude is so poor (attendant for room 1 and 2), particularly if you are a foreigner.

The staff particularly attendant and receptionist are non professional with prejudiced opinions. As a patient you pay so hefty amount for treatment but because of staffs behavior you end up with stress and anxiety. However the doctors attitude and attention to patient health problems are commendable. But its the staff behavior that make us reluctant to visit again.

Nearest hospital to Incheon. Came here for emergency. Staff spoke English. Reacted fast and professionally. Never had CAT scans so quickly in my life Needed emergency medical treatment - every step of the way was handled efficiently and concern for patient care. Am an in patient. Medical facilities and rooms are very good. Staff are superb - language is an issue. But Papago helped! When it was critical they found English speakers who could explain the medical terms in English. Very impressed

Don't get fooled by the name "international" since there's nothing international about this hospital nobody speaks any international language Russian German or English and it is super frustrating.

This is the irresponsible place that I have visit in Korea, the doctor didnt consume you properly and the staff verry disspoint, wish I never be there again. Now that I remember, I'm writing a review. It's already been over 10 years... On my way home from Taekwondo when I was 8, I was crossing the crosswalk when a person riding a bicycle next to me hit me at a very high speed and I haven't remembered anything since. When I opened my eyes, I was in a hospital bed. The right side of my head was injured to the point where it was pressed with my hand. I was hospitalized for about 6 months. While I was hospitalized, I also went to the neurosurgery and psychiatry departments within the hospital. Every morning, lunch and dinner, a nurse came into the room and told me to clench my fists, and then pricked the back of my hand with a needle. It was very painful because it had no flesh on it. But why was this happening? The nurse sister was very pretty. She told me to close my eyes because I was scared. And since I was crying in pain, she brought me a candy and told me to eat it. Maybe it's because I was young, but I still remember the big hit. Even after that, I go there very occasionally, and when I go to this hospital, they ask me if I was hospitalized here. It's the best hospital.

This is the worst emergency room response in the country. I sat on a chair instead of a bed for 11 hours and waited without doing anything before being discharged. I understand that there are only interns with no real role and there are a lot of people, but I really don't want to go to Chonnam National University Hospital again.

The hospital offers good services but the nursing staff is callous and their treatment towards their patients is outrageous. If you find yourself at the chemotherapy ward, avoid nurse 서해원 at all costs as she will take multiple attempts to draw blood only to fail and get upset at the patient for her failures. Ultimately she leaves you punctured and the head nurse steps in. Heart breaking to see the experience for these sickly patients made even worse by incapable nursing staff.

We went to Teknon for the birth of my son. I can't say good enough things. The reception was friendly and helpful, the doctors, midwives, and nurses were all so nice and helping. All the doctors and midwives and some of the nurses spoke very good English with us. Even the ones who couldn't, tried their best to communicate effectively. The hospitality was very good, we received nice accommodation and great food. After birth, our son needed to be admitted to the ICU, and they took very good care of him there. When being discharged, they helped us by providing all kinds of useful information and even offered us their phone number to ask our questions later. They also gave us gift boxes and many extra diapers, baby milk, etc.

I've tried to book an appointment for a general medical check-up, in multiple occasions, both using the form on the website and calling to the phone on the website. On the phone, I provided all my contact information again, and the company told me that they were an intermediary and that the Teknon Medical Center will call me back. They never called me back nor sent me an email. What do you do with the information that you collect if you don't contact the people, at least to tell them that you can't offer them an appointment?

You need to pay for all your movements if you are a foreigner. They even charge you for issuance of a medical report which is absolutely ridiculous, amazing and intolerable. Better go to another clinic. Even more better - have treatment in your own country. Also no one speaks English so you need to learn Korean prior to coming in here

Went here for my pre-departure PCR test. Absolutely terrible experience. Firstly, no medical sense to separate testing suspected cases and administrative cases. Secondly, testing is extremely slow. Registration, queuing and final tests takes about 45mins per pax. Thirdly, the testing centre is out in the open. I was freezing out in the open whilst waiting. Lastly, there seems to be no sense of urgency around this place. Highly recommend you to stay away from this hospital, especially for you PCR tests

The best hospital in Madrid! I recently had a complex surgery and everything was impecable!

The immunology team made up of Dr. Sánchez Ramon and Dr. Navarro is great. They took good care of me throughout my pregnancy and thanks to them I was able to have my baby a year ago. They have always treated me very well, even by email at times when I was worried about the results of the analysis. I have nothing but words of gratitude for them. They are the best without a doubt.

Great quality care.

Covid PCR test for 98€. Booked the appointment online. However, my foreign credit cards didn't work (had to ask a Spanish friend). Furthermore, I had to set the browser language to Spanish, as else the date picker didn't work. I suggest you just go to the clinic directly and make the appointment there. Getting the test was super easy, fast and punctual. Just sit in the lobby until your name gets called at your scheduled time.

I would recommend to avoid this hospital by any chance. I had very unpleasant experience when I booked my PCR test and then tried to cancel it within 24 hours. The receptionist said that it is possible to cancel, but the Finance department refused to reimburse my EUR 98 despite I was cancelling within 24 hours. As a customer I have a right to change my mind within 24 hours and to be reimbursed. However the Finance Department has ignored this and do not reply on my emails where I ask contacts of the Manager to discuss this issue. Personnel unhelpful, rude and specially not patient with kids (in the pediatrician area). I asked questions as a worried mum, and they gave me rude answers, they treated my 2 yo son with zero patience whilst he was having 3 tests done. They didn't explain anything, and did things in a rush and completely uninterested. - will not recommend this place

Very good hospital with excellent services

Everything takes a lot of time. But overall this hospital is amazing. 1 kidney stone takes 4 months to remove. The employees, cleanliness, equipments are really good.

Terrible experience! I have been waiting with my friend, who we suspect had a stroke, for more than 3 and a half hours and all the doctors and nurses have been rude and useless. They have done the same test 3 times, and still not come back with the results from the blood test or urine test they did 3 hours ago. I am not a doctors but I am pretty sure she should have had a scan by now, and if this was a pre stroke we are essentially just waiting for the real one. Doctors are meant to help people not stress them out and watch Netflix while someone thinks they might be dying. PS. We only got a bottle of water after 2 hours even though we already asked in the ambulance.

Every time we went there, it was fantastic. The only problem is that no one can speak English there. Especially in the reception section. I think for a hospital with a lot of international patients, it's necessary to have at least one person in each reception who knows English

Dr Victor Villalobos (Obstetricia y Ginecologia) has been wonderful at our first meeting. He has been kind and patient in answering our questions and we felt very relieved to know that he would be looking after the delivery of my baby. We look forward to seeing him again in my next appointment and we are thankful to have such a professional care provider!

My husband underwent surgery at this hospital. Superb vascular surgeon of world renown, hence going to Spain. Excellent surgery/surgical results and immediate post op care (first few hours) but thereafter care was appalling, too few nurses, alarm calls very slow to answer, food absolutely disgusting (almost inedible), private room not cleaned daily, towels/sheets not changed. Had to beg for sheets to be changed due to blood leakage from a drain and then had to wait and wait. Wanted more soap for the bathroom and was told the hospital had no soap! Administration is very sloppy and disorganised and manager ineffective despite complaining about the poor service. Only interested in taking the money asap. For self funding private patients I would never recommend this hospital (not even worthy of the one star I had to give). Bar the successful surgery and a very fine surgeon, it was dreadful and I would not want any patient to be treated as my husband (who is a retired UK consultant surgeon) was; it was a disgrace and way below the standard of UK private hospitals.

If I could give it a zero star I would. The client service is beyond bad, there is horrible management and is incredibly disorganised. I spend 2 hours in the building being bounced from floor to floor, department to department. All this to no avail. Furthermore, they scheduled a vaccine appointment for me to the 8th of August. When I arrived, I spent yet another hour in the building being bounced from floor to floor. Only to the be told the department that does vaccines is closed today. SO THEN WHY DID YOU SCHEDULE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. No one takes accountability, everyone shifts blame and no one ever has answers.

Just want to compliment staff member Ange Power who went above and beyond for my father in every respect and couldn’t be nicer if she tried. Just completed a full hip replacement and initial rehab at St Vincent’s private, I cannot praise them enough! As with all hospitals they encounter their issues with individuals, food, cleaning etc but I felt SVP did a terrific job under all circumstances. I was comfortable both in the room and with the service, well fed and felt safe and supported through what was quite a substantial surgery/recovery process. I will not hesitate to return for any further surgery, touch wood!

I recently gave birth at St Vincent's Private hospital and was impressed by the level of service and care I received during my stay. I was very well looked after by all the doctors, nurses and hospital staff. Not only did the staff provide me and my husband with lots of knowledge and insight as first time parents, they were caring and empathetic too. We had our first baby over a year ago at St. Vincent’s in Fitzroy and we had a great experience. Everyone was lovely from the nurse in the room who helped me to get ready for my c- section to the anaesthetists. I didn’t want to breastfeed and no one absolutely no one judged me or pushed me. The room was great. The care was great. Food was great and the night nurses did a wonderful job taking care of our Bub. The paediatrician was amazing and just so calm and encouraging. We are now planning to have our second baby at St. Vincent’s.

I had to spend a week in St Vincent's Private Hospital. The staff were just wonderful. Felt well taken care of at all levels. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were basic but fresh and of good quality.

I did have a motorbike accident with several injuries. They admitted me to the hospital, wehere they carried out the necessary checks, including blood test, including x-ray, including CT scan. To have full picture of my various injuries. Afterwards the surgeons did an excellent job stitching me together, and after operation care was excellent. The nurses are very caring, the stuff is highly professional, the doctor speaks English, and if there is a communication problem, Google translate is always of a great help. They ensured a perfect hospital experience, despite my accident in a hospital, which has to be highly recommended due to its professional staff, including administration, nurses and doctors. Thank you very much to the excellent Dr Tran Quoc Khanh, nurses and staff. I really appreciate the ‘honest’ and efficient care that I received today. I came in for a last-minute general health check report (to support a work permit application to another country). All simple tests including urine and blood tests were comfortably completed in one afternoon. Cost was around 2.5million which is a very reasonable fee given the quality standard of service. Hospital is nice and clean and overall in good condition. International section is on 4th floor of Block C. Very easy to get to from the road entrance.

Customer service very bad. Don't want to even try and contact the insurance even if you have full international coverage. Procedures urgently need a review.

The hospital has clean space and rooms, modern and fairly new facilities, and quite enthusiastic staff. The dishes in the hospital meals are delicious and delicious, my mother complimented me after eating them (3 meals/day are included in the hospital room fee). But the wifi in the room is weak and not prepared for patients with pillows and blankets, so it is a bit lacking in this regard. Hopefully the hospital will improve so that patients and relatives can be comfortable and worthy of the money spent.

It's not an international hospital, as they are trying to make it look like. They don't provide translation service. And their administration are laggy and corrupted, just trying to make people move round and round without giving an actual response, especially any case regarding English. The quality of room is acceptable in comparison to price, but the services are not that good.

Surprisingly, the leaders of this side focus on finding treatment solutions for customers to prevent diseases with advanced technology instead of focusing on business to make a profit or cure. So satisfied Not to mention the visibility is also very far, so there are diverse examination areas or treatment functions suitable to the needs of customers. My family also experienced medical examination and treatment at the hospital here. Service is okay. Delicious food. The space is clean and airy. Regarding price, I have a life guarantee so it doesn't cost money. Basically, when you come here, there are enough services for both patients and caregivers. No need to worry about going out. If you come here, go in the direction the rocket is pointing, don't take the road according to Google, it will be a bit flooded. In the near future, there will also be apartments and a medical school here. There's also aeomall next door for convenient shopping for what you need.

Good service. Staff's are very friendly to the patients. Good doctors. There are more than 2 pharmacy. Clean and hygienic wards. There are wending machines which we can get our snacks quickly. Good cafeteria. Theres a children play area in the 8th floor. There are fish tanks in every floor to entertain the kids. There are bill paying machines where you can pay your phone bills or any other bills quickly. There's no free parking, slow elevators.

The service of this pharmacy at the ground floor is terrible. I had to wait about 20 minutes in the front desk to handover my prescription. There is no clear procedure to purchase the medicines. The front pharmacist guy takes too much time to read the prescription. Once you pay, still have to wait like another 20,25 minutes in the queue to collect your meds. Certainly, not satisfied at all about the service from the ground floor pharmacy.

No one can do wrong. Worst experience I've ever had with an online appoinment. By mistake I had set up a physical appointment for an audio appointment. But there is nothing else to do but act like that. Shame on you Durdens. keep my money.

My wife and I go for a medical check up every year to Durdans Hospital due their quality service over the years. However, I was surprised about their service level this time. No one is caring for us and no one to guide us. There was a meal for our package. We waited more than half an hour in the cafeteria to receive our meal like beggars. But nothing received. Then we left the hospital without having breakfast even though we had paid for it. Highly disappointed.
