I had very very bad experience at king Hussein Hospital.After flying ten hours from London Heathrow to King Hussein Hospital to attend a doctor's appointment. My sister received a breast cancer diagnosis in Iraq while I was residing in London. Based on numerous online recommendations regarding its cancer treatment success, I decided to have my sister travel from London to Jordan as a private patient. Regrettably, I can’t in good conscience recommend this hospital for a multitude of reasons: Lack of Compassion: As a healthcare professional myself, I was deeply disheartened by their patient care. When dealing with cancer patients, it is vital to consider their mental well-being: a. Prior to receiving the results of an axillary biopsy to confirm the extent of her breast cancer, one of the doctors made a premature, unconfirmed statement that "it looks like it's probably positive." Such a diagnosis should never be made without proper medical confirmation, as it can significantly impact the patient's prognosis. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. b. My sister chemotherapy treatment discussion was rushed, with a doctor listing all possible side effects in just three minutes. While it might be a formality for healthcare professionals, for the patient, this information is life-altering. A more sensitive and considerate approach would be more appropriate. Lack of Organization: c. The results of biopsies brought from Iraq took an astonishing 10 days to be released, despite such tests typically having a turnaround time of three days. d. Communication regarding result availability was lacking; we only received information after persistently inquiring about it. e. The critical result of the axillary biopsy, determining whether the cancer had spread to the lymph nodes or remained localised in the breast, was not provided by the doctors. Instead, we had to request all results from the international relations assistant, and by sheer chance, we discovered this particular result. Imagine having to uncover your own results through administrative channels? f. During an ultrasound appointment scheduled for 12:30, we were not called until 2:30, and this was only after numerous complaints. Even then, my sister was left waiting alone for an additional hour. It appeared that the call was made at that time to forestall further complaints from us. Cancer treatment requires a patient-centered approach that emphasises comfort and well-being. Unfortunately, at The King Hussein Cancer Center, my sister never felt at ease. Consequently, we decided to relocate her to another hospital due to the substandard treatment received.I don’t recommend this Hospital at all.

Dr.Nataraj K S is Fantastic during my entire AML treatment. He is so much loving ,caring and supportive doctor one can ever come across in life.Had amazing experience in BMT ward.. I got stem cell transplanted on 15.11.2023 and discharged on Day 17. All the BMT ward nurses and staff are quite knowledgeable and very caring towards patients. You guys truly deserve my respect.

Visited here on 13th March 2023 as my mum had wrist fracture. Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful. They did tell us where to make the payment. However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day. If you need immediate assistance, go to their emergency department (legevakt) instead of the main entrance. Search for "Tromsø kommunale legevakt" on Google map.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

I am almost every 2 months donating blood there, they’re so professional and kind team

My 9-year-old daughter was hospitalized for 4 days and we did very well. Very good service, we felt comfortable and calm.

TERRIBLE SERVICE from the guards, they have ZERO empathy, AGREE in all areas, because before going I contacted them to see if they would let me in, the nurse said no problem, to mention that it is on the second floor in the short stay When the security personnel arrived, they asked me and I told them where I was going. They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Should be advertised widely so one wouldn’t waste their time on a case sensitive situation. Be good to communicate this on company’s website.

Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

This hospital is sub division of main Bangkok Hospital. They are specialize in treating cancer. They have very professional physicians and staff. They are well equipped with top class medical equipments which are required for cancer treatment. They are located in separate building but adjacent to Bangkok hospital which they share other facilities with. This provides the patient privacy and comfortable environment but still receive full services facilities. This hospital is one of the top in its field in Thailand or even Asia. However, its price also on the top as well.

Good Hospital, If any Emergency then come to this Hospital. Dr. Jagdish Parikh Dr. Chirag Parikh and Dr. Nabar are really very good doctors staff also supportive to patients and visitors.

The hospital is good but some staff as usual are very insensitive specially sonography department and the staff. My father on wheel chair he had sonography appointment but bcas of some issues i needed male staff .. the sister denied saying untill u admit we can't give male attendant. Than I request her to keep my rest files with her and I'll go inside the sonography room with my father she denied for that either. Than they said we will nt give you sonography report on the spot I said it's urgent as he needs to be operated rudely the Dr says ' Humko aur bhi kaam hai and patient hai, hum sirf aapke liye nahi baithe hai' so mine is a scheduled appointment and I was before time n you very well known that how many area the sonography has to be performed and I'm paying for that. So you should have given the rest appointments accordingly. So now next day that too after requesting they said to come and collect at 11 am as I had Dr appointment but than also it was not ready and they said it will take time so I had to scream and get the work done all this after they knew how emergency it was. Now as my father was on wheel chair so when we reach the hospital gate their some car was inside the premises and we had to stop the car at gate n take him inside so the nurse came to drag the chair but while going the cab driver was very old so he couldn't take inside I told the same nurse let's pull the wheelchair outside. Now conveniently she denied giving the reason ' Hospital wheel chair are nt allowed to cross the hospital gate' like really I saw with a straight face n told her wat happened when we arrived bcas ur hospital car was there than the rule change. She behaved deaf hear but I told I'll complain she was affaired than. Even the male attendant was sitting and not wanting to help. Seriously sonography dept and staff needs to be better this gives Hospital a negative remark but hospital is really good !

Have the findings checked by a second authority!!!! You can save yourself having to contact the patient service center. After a check-up appointment at the dermatological outpatient clinic at the beginning of July this year. received an incorrect finding. (The doctor was on the phone the whole time during the examination and while typing on the PC; so he didn't listen to me). I disputed the findings through the patient service center and pointed out everything that was demonstrably wrong. I was contacted by phone X times with various questions, but until November 27th. there was no completion.

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. We were treated with incredible affection, the nurses took care of the patient and companion as if they were family. I had orthognathic surgery last week, the entire team that attended to me during the 4 days were extremely dedicated. Mainly the nursing technicians: Juliana, Rebeca, Nice and Denise. When I was discharged I was afraid I wouldn't have the same care at home, but I needed to free up the room lol. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. Overall recommended to go to this hospital. For improvement maybe the billing part can make it faster…

Our third admission here at Aurelius. Every time was great and pleasant. All the nurses and staff were friendly and very helpful.My daughter love to interact with them.My daughter and i feel safe here. The room was clean and comfortable while the food is great with big portion. We were assisted by Dr Fadzlina but this time with Dr Yap. Both are great dr with very detail explanation and assist.Thank you so much for your services.

A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Our thanks to Nurse Anabelle and Veena. Additionally, the birth certificate section for our baby was very helpful and concise. It was a hassle free process thanks to the assistance of Ms. Shahla. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby.
