Hospital Paulistano is excellent, incredible professionals from reception to departure, delicious food, I was very well assisted by neurosurgeon Dr Adil Bachir and Dr Rodrigo during my anterior and posterior lumbar arthrodesis surgery, on the L4, L5 and S1 vertebrae, almost 8 hours, doctors on duty, very human and attentive, wonderful nursing technicians, excellent nurses, excellent and committed physiotherapists, it was an immense joy 1 day after the surgery to get up from the bed and walk around, without any support. My mother waited for my surgery in a room, fully assisted by the staff and nurses, thank you in advance for so much effort and care. Congratulations to everyone involved. The only negative point is the shower, which doesn't heat up very much.

Today I had it at the oncology outpatient unit with an appointment more than 30 days ago. When I got there I found out that it was no longer scheduled. Because my plan, which was Amil, changed on 11/01/23 to Bradesco and they simply didn't send me a confirmation email. In other words, lack of respect and I missed two appointments, one with the oncologist and another with the general surgery team (which has already been rescheduled 4 times since September) Today I was rescheduled for 11/24 by the oncologist and the general surgery team oncology on 12/11. I complained to customer service. What I heard was . I'm sorry ma'am, let's find out what happened. Very inhumane towards cancer patients. And on June 14th of this year, during my first surgery, they lost all my exams from the surgical center back to the room. What I heard from the Surgical Center Manager... I trust my team... This has never happened... In other words, I'm the one who fights behind the exams to continue the treatment. I had to go to the Lavosier and Tecnolab laboratories to request a duplicate of the image exams.

I had knee surgery on 6/24. The service was all polite. They always ask you to arrive two hours before surgery completely fasting. Before the surgery I spent time with nursing, with an anesthesiologist and with my doctor. All facilities clean and well organized.

Dr. Ramon Rivero was fantastic. I had gotten a really bad ear infection during my stay at the senator from the pools. Dr .Ramon Rivero helped me out, made sure I wasn’t in pain and was comfortable. Truly a great experience, very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 great experience.

Traveling internationally with young kids is stressful enough, but when a baby starts running a high fever, it takes the stress to another level. Edwin De La Cruz was a calming voice for us. His knowledge and expertise were great, and his willingness to explain what and why he was evaluating, was appreciated. It’s clear to see he loves what he’s doing, and we appreciate his time and support.

My experience with this clinic was exceptional. I went in with symptoms of numbness and was taking care of very quickly. Visited here on 13th March 2023 as my mum had wrist fracture. Overall it was a good experience. Dr Dana and her team, emergency department staff and x-ray staff were very professional and helpful. They did tell us where to make the payment. However, the amount to be paid was a bit confusing. Regardless of what the doctors did, the amount were the same for the first day and following day. If you need immediate assistance, go to their emergency department (legevakt) instead of the main entrance. Search for "Tromsø kommunale legevakt" on Google map.

I would highly recommend Primaya Hospital Tangerang for my family and friends. I have been undergoing the treatments here since Nov 2021, the time when I was diagnosed of having a cancer. I have been taken care very well. This hospital has the best oncologist, dr. Abdul Rahman. The nurses are also very helpful. Thanks a lot Primaya, for providing the best healthcare.

I came at 2 30 pm and directly to resgister, then I have to wait an hour and half for pay my treatment (rontgen dental), after that I have to wait again another an hour and half in radiology (and its because I asked when my name will be called? Maybe if I am not ask I will wait another longer?) And the treatment is not by the doctor, is by the lady in front desk radiology, she hurt my mouth while doing this. But I am already mad enough and I just want to go home. Very bad because the result is not online and the prices is triple than the dental clinics. Overall, I liked the hospital look clean and there is kind of coffee shop inside.

We ended up staying in Primaya Tangerang hospital after an emergency medical situation while flying. The hospital staff looked after us very well. They have gone beyond what they could offer and cared for us. The staff from the Emerald ward was so accommodative and took care of my mum during the stay. Very good service and facility, there were constant check ups, good food and everything was really good.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this hospital while trying to donate blood. the staff at the blood donation department had a bad approach to donors, which made me unwelcome and uncomfortable. they seemed to lack basic communication skills in English. They were dismissive of my concerns and did not seem to appreciate the fact that I was trying to do something good for others by donating blood.

They asked me for the name of the patient and when I told them they started searching and told me in an annoyed tone: “IT'S NOT TRUE.” A tall lady with glasses who was sitting there started rude to tell me that there was only for pregnant women, so I dialed to confirm and the RUDE lady started telling the other guards not to let me in because there was another person there that I was talking to, they really treat you like If you were committing a crime, instead of having empathy, the lady who works there is super rude, YOU KNOW WHO SHE IS because they told me that "THIS IS SHE WAS" I mean, she has several complaints, I told them that they had told me that it was possible, that I would not have gone there without asking, and they would not let me in, and they told me that the nurses and doctors DID NOT HAVE A VOICE OR VOTE, that they should dedicate themselves to their own thing, I asked them to file a formal COMPLAINT or at least a suggestion and With a mocking tone they told me: THESE ARE NOT HOURS and they passed me on to the admission card, for what? Emergency services won’t take a sick 13 years old child as a patient. So please beware of this strange rule and don’t take your youngsters there. Very strange rule. Please dont ever seek treatment here you are better of at a veterinary. Went here cause my girl friend got an bladder infection and it was hurting more than it normally would. They scared us to death with all these possible rare conditions she might have and do everything they can to do as many scans and tests possible. After all the ultrasounds and MRI they tell us they did not find anything and they give her a prescription with a rare intramuscular antibiotic(she was already 2 days in to a normal penicillin cure) the doctor tells us to stop taking the cure she was on and get a shot everyday of the intramuscular one she prescribed. The fun part is after that i went with my sick girlfriend around rio to try and find a place that has this medicine and can inject her with it but no pharmacy or public hospital was willing to do it. So she went without antibiotics for 2 days, only for us to go back to this hospital for them to change it to an oral one. So long story short we spent more then a 1000 euro's and 2 days trying to get her help and she only got more sick and ended up with the normal antibiotics we started our journey with

I didn't imagine we would have such a positive experience, from reception to the surgical center staff, nursing staff, concierge. I've been charged for hemoglobin blood test which I thought covered by the insurance and necessary. So please ask first for every service given.

Sent my daughter to see Dr Yap for her prolong cough. Very good diagnosis given and with treatment, she is now recovering well. Several follow up gives safe feeling to ensure her condition improves. A memorable experience for me, my wife and our lovely baby. Nature of medical concern: Baby Delivery, pre and post experience. For context, my wife delivered our baby here but we came endorsed by other clinic once my wife was nearing her due date since her insurance converage is limited only. Having stated this, once we started coming to aster after being endorsed by our previous clinic, I could say it was a pleasant experience. The checkups were hassle free as you can make appointment through their well established system and the receptionist will guide you through. Doctor Jisha Pradeep was our assigned gynecologist who helped us throughout the process. She was well known and always recommended and I can attest as to why. However, I would like to mention also Doctor Sabitha, she was the first doctor before Doc. Jisha who also attended to my and honestly she was very nice and sincere to us. Both Doctor Jisha and Doctor Sabitha answered all our questions with sincerity and care. Additionally, our gratitude also to Doctor Thanuja who was the doctor in the ER/maternal delivery section (i hope i am right) - she was the one who attended my wife during the actual delivery. She speaks calmly, assuring and with sincerity which helps both me and my wife be at ease during a very unerving situation. Special thanks also to all the attending nurses who assisted us all the way, I made sure to get all their names to express my gratitude: Nurse Deepa, Tijii, Rincy, Anjaly, Sonia, Ajini and Tina. I would like to mention also the janitorial staff that night, Ms. Prema, she always assisted me whenever I need help opening the access doors - with a smile. Post delivery, all the staff from the Baby Unit was very courteous and caring. They will check up on my wife every now and then and give us a lot of valuable points/tips for the baby. Lastly our overall gratitude to Aster Hospital Mankhool, I would like to point out the cleanliness of every corner of the hospital which is very essential. Also their overall process was seemless especially considering a lot of document works, they will help and assist you all throughout the process. Worth the mention also was the presence of water station and coffee vending machines to every areas which helped me survive throughout the night :) Did I mention that Aster Nurture department through Ms. Shiela gave us a gift package in celebration for our baby.
