Excellent service from the reception to the dentist and nurse. English speaking team. Coming from a health sector myself, I'm very impressed with the professionalism (with clear explanation of the cost and treatment) and friendliness of the entire team. I had a severe tooth ache for a few days during my first trip to Japan. I managed to get part of a root canal treatment from Dr Ryuichi Shiroshita and his team. My family and I are really grateful. The clinic is easily accessible, well equipped and clean. I highly recommend this clinic to the locals and visitors!

Reviewing this place as a regular patient, I've been receiving care for almost a year now. They are very rigorous with dental care and perhaps it has been even better than in my home country in Germany. With health insurance, the cost of medical care here has been very affordable. Staff can speak English and some of the dentists too. For my regular sessions basic Japanese has been sufficient.

Best dental clinic in Tokyo, bar none. The staff took careful yet quick and decisive action on a painful tooth problem which was seriously affecting my quality of life. Conscientious and trustworthy advice given always. This explains why they are fully booked oftentimes, and yet they will flexibly adjust in case of an emergency. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The dentist and staff all speak English, the doctor's was native. Easy access from Chiyoda line exit number 5, and is in the basement of the popular Laforet building, but the entrance is from the outside on the side of the building. I had a cleaning done and my teeth checked. I had one sensitive tooth, but it had been getting better, and no unneeded treatment was suggested, so this is an honest dental office. When I was there, almost all of the patients were westerners, so this is the place to go! The reviews speak the truth!

Likely the best dental experience I've ever had. Kind English-speaking staff, modern setting, doctor explained everything on a screen, did X-rays. The hygienist was thorough and very kind. Great price with insurance. If you are a foreigner in Tokyo, coming here is a must.

My wife and I are traveling long-term and were looking for a dentist as we have not had a cleaning done since we started traveling last year. After looking at a few options around town we finally decided on Beverly Wilshire and could not have been happier with our decision. We were able to schedule appointments for scaling and polishing easily via WhatsApp. The appointments were quick, both of us were in and out in less than half an hour, and the cleanings were quite comfortable compared to some that we've had back home in the US. ALL THESE 5 star reviews are fake they offer to give you money off of products if you leave a 5 star review please do not listen they do not care about you at ALLLLLLL. absolutely worst three years of my life I was supposed to get my braces removed a year ago after paying seven THOUSAND dollars out of my own pocket. when I first started treatment there was a doctor who actually cared about his patients and would actually get work done on my teeth. this doctor left to open his own place which left them doctor less for months. he was then finally replaced by an extremely rude doctor who talks bad about the patients behind there backs and she was also gone for months. my teeth were finally closing the gaps because the first doctor had me on rubber bands but she told me to stop using them and stopped giving me them which resulted in my gaps opening back up and they haven’t been doing anything not cutting the wires when I ask not replacing the wire literally only changing my band colors and that’s all. so now that it’s the end of the year stupid doctor finally wants to care about my teeth and says I need six more months of treatment and to be put on bands again however I have to pay $600 more on top of my $7k which is all out of pocket. DO NOT COME HERE WORST DENTIST/ ORTHODONTIST EVERRRRR they do not care about your health. HOW IS IT MY FAULT THAT THERE WAS NO DOCTOR FOR MONTHS AND THEY HAD TO KEEP RESCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENTS AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY $600 MORE OUT OF POCKET please do yourself the favor and GO ANYWHERE ELSE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD also they didn’t numb me properly when removing teeth that did not need to be removed then the nurse was very rude and yelling at me because I was in pain and crying. they are literally the worst place ever do not bring your children here do not go here yourself I promise you can find anywhere else will be better. also I went in for a broken bracket and they placed it on to be held up higher than the rest of my teeth and now my tooth will not go back down and I am at risk of chipping it please please please go anywhere else, IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY WILL GIVE ME A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY ONLY TO RECEIVE NO CALLS BACK IM READY TO JUST SUE BECAUSE THEYVE ONLY CAUSED PROBLEMS FOR ME

This place is a joke! I’ve had them for over a year due to braces (wish I would of read the reviews first) ortho called me to reschedule me due to the orthodontist being out 2 months straight! I kid you not! I called letting them know my wire was poking can I get it fixed (the orthodontist doesn’t place wires anyways) so I don’t see why an assistant couldn’t do it or I couldn’t go to another location to fix the wire! I had to wait a month to get a poking wire fixed! Anyways, today I had an appointment for the dental side that I’ve tried booking a few times but every time I schedule an appointment I get a call that I need to come early or another day! I try to schedule my appointments around my work schedule because I work just like they do! I explain each time I tried making an appointment the times & days I’m available do they have anything available those times! So I finally got one that fits my schedule today the scheduler told me arrive early to fill out paperwork on the phone! Lol so I arrived 10:30 check in for my 11 o clock appointment front desk tells me scan the QR code & sit down so I finish feeling out the information & wait mind you it wasn’t busy at all 4 patients in the lobby finally after an hour of waiting I got up and went to cancel my appointment the lady ask for my info I give it to her she says new patients I said no I’ve been in your system over a year she’s like I have nothing pulling up I give her my birthday she repeats the wrong birthday back I said no and state my birthday again! She says oh they had you understand the wrong birthday. Um ok that shows me they don’t pay attention to the check ins for at least over a year & they clearly don’t look at the insurance card or id they take a copy of on first visit lol anyways she says so you wanna reschedule your visit for when you have an ortho appointment I said oh no I just called a1 dental & they can see me she said oh we don’t transfer braces I said I wasn’t speaking of ortho I’m speaking in regards to general dental! She looked at me dumb founded! By the way none of the employees look professional or happy to be there everyone looked mad & no one was friendly ! I’ll never return to general & I’ll finish my braces off & never look back!

My appointment was at 11:30 and I was completed by 2. I waited an additional 30 minutes for my daughter. Everything was professional and clean. The waiting room was pleasant as well. Staff looked great. One problem though. I had abscess and didn't know what it was. I'm sure the orthodontist knew. No antibiotics were prescribed. After my tooth was filled, I still had pain to end all pain. I prayed and God gave me the solution. To leave me in this condition without care instructions or antibiotics, is just cruel.

Aspen dental was great with my husband today he had a toothache so bad he needed to leave work. I told him that they take walk-ins he went and he was seen immediately within 40 minutes they extracted his tooth and he was on his way.They were so nice and quick to tend to his needs.We would definitely refer our family and friends here.

Do not go here. I had to cancel my appointments because my grandmother passed away and I had to travel. Somehow that turned into a $300 bill. My suspicion is that they submitted it to my insurance company wrong problem is when there was an issue with the insurance, they took the money from a credit amount that was supposed to be for future work reallocated those funds without my permission never told me that there was an issue with my insurance and now, if I don’t pay them blood money, it’s going to ruin my credit in collections so if you value your health, finances and your time, find a better dentist

I went in for a braces consultation and everything was great! The ladies at the front desk were helpful with any questions I had at check in, and I was seen by the dental assistant Nijah, who explained the entire process to me from start to finish. Dr.V came in and went over things into further detail, making sure that any questions I did have, were answered. This office is amazing!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction that took two hours. I should’ve known that my tooth extraction was going to be painful due to the woman in the next room screaming when she was having her tooth pulled. To add insult to injury I asked for a stronger medication that ibuprofen and they said ibuprofen was all they prescribed. Mind you paying out of pocket it was $357 when I was originally told over the phone widow tooth extractions are $125. I would avoid this place and definitely wouldn’t recommend going. I’m still in tremendous pain. I have a home not only where the extraction was but also around the inside of my jaw there’s a huge hole that was halfway sewn up.

I gave 2 stars for the effort. The dental assistant was very kind, however the dentist/dr lacked patience and empathy. I took my 5 year old daughter there for a filling, which turned into a disaster. I am still saddened that my daughter had to experience what she went through. Also services seemed rushed. I paid $130 cash, for exam and cleaning and the hygienist was moving as fast as Speedy Gonzales. I won't be returning.

The best dental clinic, not only in Durrës but in whole Albania! The staff are professionals and they provide high quality service. The place is clean and everything is made up to high standards. They have very reasonable prices so I would definitely recommend! I had an amazing experience with them and I’ll surely visit again and become a loyal client of theirs.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. The most expensive dentist I have ever been to. I got a condescending and unempathetic specialist, but it certainly varies. I see many have had positive experiences with the specialist here. Experience that they push expensive solutions and are concerned with more room rather than seeing the patient. Glad I went on to another specialist.

First time. I went there to get a temporary replacement for a lost front tooth, (that was already a temporary replacement but the crown fallen off the root and lost). I asked for a quick fix that will get me through until i get a proper implant, so they did . They offered their further services but very casual and no nagging. I paid 2700kr which i think is fair. The whole procedure from the initial phone call to exit took a couple hours.

Since moving to Norway, I was nervous to find a new dentist in a new country. Then I met Maria at Oslo Tannlegesenter. I needed several treatments over the past year and each time I visited I become more and more comfortable (and honestly pleased) to see Maria. She had taken such great care of me and my teeth. Not only is she a fantastic dentist but is always a pleasure to visit (especially since, for some people, dentist appointments can be an uncomfortable experience). Maria has always put me at ease and I highly recommend her. I can now say I look forward to my dental check ups. Maria is truly an asset to your team 😁!!!

Marianna is excellent. Had to have an impacted wisdom tooth and the tooth next to it removed which had broken. I was worried as it was an emergency appointment but Marianna was great and removed both (one which had to have surgery to get everything) and followed up to ensure it was healing well. I felt very well looked after throughout, she was both clam and precise.

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!

In order to successfully conduct a gum graft/transplant, I first needed braces for a year. The entire process was so incredibly smooth and easy. Azam took the time to explain everything and was always open to my concerns. She also did not rush the process, but instead took the time to maximize the probability that the surgery (at Aqua Dental in Uppsala) would be a success - which it was. Jenny took great care of me during my many visits. If you are thinking about braces, Aqua Dental at Vasagatan is the place to be!

Last Thursday doctor Mir extracted my wisdom tooth. This was the first tooth that I needed to remove and I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious. Doctor Mir and surgical nurse took a great care of me. They were calling me down, explaining all steps of the procedure and making sure I do not feel any pain. Doctor switched on even a radio with some music to make this experience better. All in all I give them both 5 stars out of 5.

Isabelle is the best dentist I've met. She was mindful of my fears and struggles, very patient and kind. I wish I couldve encountered Aqua Dental & Isabelle earlier on, a big chunk of trauma would be avoided. Thank you!

This clinic is great ! The staff was very nice to me and you can have an appointement fast. I was treated by Sara Bayke, which took care of me really well.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.
