I recently received care at Sri Jayewardenepura general hospital, and I'm immensely grateful for their exceptional service and medical expertise. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and displayed unparalleled professionalism. The hospital's state-of-the-art facilities and commitment to patient safety were evident. What truly stood out was the genuine care and kindness of the entire team, from nurses to doctors. They not only prioritized my physical well-being but also my emotional comfort, making a hospital stay as pleasant as possible. Sri Jayewardenepura general hospital is an outstanding healthcare institution that combines top-notch medical care with heartfelt compassion, setting an exemplary standard in healthcare. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of medical treatment.

My particular experience was with the staff of ward 21. They were like a family. Treated me the best possible way. I have been receiving medical treatment ever since 2010 and this is by far the ɓest hospital experience I had. Awesome. The staff was exceptional. They went far and beyond their duties.

I was deeply grateful to have Mr. Shon Pak assist me. Since I am not Korean, Mr. Shon Pak helped me in explaining my medical issue and really comforted me. The entire medical staff was eager to assist.

I've been to this hospital several times and they've always been very helpful and caring. I especially like how there's an English translator to help during your appointments. He or she stays with you and alleviates the stress I'd have if I didn't have one. I've also been to the hospital regarding my ankle and the orthopedic specialist was very thorough and spoke English well. I'm thankful for this hospital and its staff. :)

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! That's first and foremost. From the moment we stepped through the hospital doors, we were in for the best hospital treatment one could have! Mr. Park took us to our room and had us settle in. Right afterwards, Mr. Park went right to work and had me do whatever tests we could get done that evening. The following morning we finished up all the tests and exams before Ms. Sabina took over. She was there to guide and translate for us alongside Mr. Park. The entire hospital staff and nurses had the best hospitality I've ever encountered, and i thank them for everything they have done to make our accommodations more than comfortable. I would also like to thank all the technicians from MRI, X-ray, and Lab for making it pain free as possible. The cleaning staff here are way better than most hotels I've stayed at, they are kind, polite and greet you with a big smile everday. Before my surgery, i couldn't stand or walk for more than 10 minutes as i had a nerve and spine injury and I would love to thank most especially my doctor... Dr. Seok Kwon Kang for taking care of that problem and giving me another chance to walk that extra mile! Last but not least, I want to thank Kang Dong Orthopedic Hospital for a wonderful experience and opportunity for taking on this risky surgery. From me and my wife we applaud you all for a job well done! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this institution to everyone.

The place is too big, and nobody can explain how you move around there. I really didn't like it

Great place for medical emergency

Really good service for a tourist in need of a quick prescription. I was seen within 15 mins and got the medication I needed. Doctor spoke English which was helpful

They will not accept you if you don't have private insurance. They only accept payment from the insurance company, no credit or cash. If you are traveling here, go to a public hospital. The lady working there was extremely rude to me and was not willing to help me at all when I asked her where I can go to get medical help. I asked her for a hospital name and she essentially told me to F off. Luckily, I contacted a Spanish school for Spanish lessons and asked them where I can go. They gave me the name of a public hospital, and I was able to get my wound treated.

A great hospital made so by its staff. The nurses make this a five star place to be (even for those of us who loathe hospitals). The compassion, attention to detail, and FOLLOW THROUGH on things which are promised to take place. Meet anyone in the mingling area outside and there isn’t a bad word to be said for all it’s arenas of practice from mental health, alcohol counselling, pain control and so forth. Management must be doing something right because staff are actually happy doing what they’re doing, which has the obvious follow on effect of stellar patient treatment. Where other places are found wanting, your loved ones will be well taken care of here.

From my wife Christine McKinsley. Had a knee replacement done on 17 aug by Dr Weber. The first few days i wasn't sure how I felt but they discovered my blood was low so after transfusion I got along in leaps and bounds. My heartfelt thanks to the doctor and nursing staff in medical ward and also to the physio staff. You all do a wonderful job. The catering and cleaning staff nursing staff etc were all so friendly and professional. I was in Portsea Ward Thank for taking care of me whilst I was there and I won't hesitate to recommend Beleura hospital to one and all. I recently had a total Hip Replacement at Beleura Private Hospital and also did inpatient Rehabilitation on Mc Crae ward. I cannot thank every single person enough. From the moment I walked in the doors the professionalism and care I received was second to none. I would highly recommend Orthopaedic Surgeon Brad Crick he has done an excellent job for me personally ( thankyou so much ) All the Drs, Nurses, OTs, Physiotherapist, Porters were absolutely amazing they all worked so well as a team and made me feel welcomed and safe ( Thankyou ) Thanks also goes to the catering team the food was excellent ( my trays always went back empty 🙂 ) and the staff were lovely and friendly. All the cleaners were friendly and easy to talk to everyone and did a wonderful job. I'm currently doing outpatient Rehabilitation there and still finding everyone so nice friendly and helpful. Really odd billing experience.... Started getting weird texts saying that I owe Cabrini $12.00 with no invoice or explanation. I hadn't been to Cabrini in over a year and I thought it was a scam. After a few more texts i call them and they say they did an internal audit from my procedure from the year before and that they under quoted me and under billed me then and expected me to pay now. I know it is only $12. But I found this really odd... isn't it their responsibility to make sure they are quoting the right price before the procedure and when payment is made? Anyway... just be careful because who knows who else this has happened too and for how much!? Just felt very unprofessional to chase up $12.00 without explaining a year later!

Went for a gastroscope and most of the nurses were amazing, doctors were too! Went there in the morning and unfortunately my partner couldn’t pick me up before 3.30 pm. One of the nurses (don’t remember her name) a bit older, was absolutely rude to me and over the phone with my partner and to me again when I told her that I was happy to wait in the waiting room in front of the desk after the procedure, and let someone else come in. She was very pushy in a bad way and need me gone before 3pm. Also, when I got notified for the procedure, few weeks prior the procedure, I completely forgot to reply back to a very stressful weeks of work and family situation.. got a phone call from the same rude lady and she pretended to know “why I didn’t reply to the message” .. Not sure why she had to act like that.. but I’m sure wasn’t the first time.

The staff here have been amazing. Wonderful nurses and staff. Highly recommend. The ambience and staff are positive and happy. Loved my experience here. Thank you 💜😀
