This is one of best hospitals in Beijing. Many doctors and facilities. Always available however one would need to pay a hefty sum. I lived next door in Chateau Regency so it was very convenient and go to place.

My husband has been twice to the internal medicine clinic at Oasis with a hernia. Both times they gave him an antibiotic and told him to rest. They are completely unhelpful and won't try and fix the problem. They even said the antibiotic was for the pain. We will never go back here.

Got excellent health care at Beijing United Family Hospital when a blister on my left foot got severely infected (cellulitis) during a three week trip to Beijing. I went to the emergency room and was helped immediately, didn't have to wait a single minute (which made me impressed since I am used to hours of waiting when seeking care at home; politicans and other responsible people in my home country Sweden should watch and learn!). They provided me with antibiotics and tools to disinfect the sore, and it was healed within just a small couple of days. English speaking nurses, physicians, and other staff makes the hospital very accessible to foreigners, which made me very pleased as my mandarin is very limited. Would recommend to everyone with medical problems in the city.

This team knew how to help me when I was really bad, they held my hand, and always gave me words of comfort. Unparalleled empathy. The charge of every service is expensive.... It will be okay if they provide better services for this kinda amount. But they don't give the proper service.. Good day, on 11/14/2023, I underwent a prostate biopsy at department 8/3 in Martin. I can't help but write this review for such a super professional approach of all involved. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Also, big thanks to all the nurses, especially one, I think they called her Deniska. Doctor Kliment topka, golden person. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Mr. Director, you have such a great staff.

Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed

I would like to thank the doctors and nurses who took care of me for the last 4 days at the ENT department at the Antol Hospital. They sent me here and there from the reluctant hospital in Ružinov, until I finally got to the Antol hospital through 3 emergency rooms. At the internal reception, they took me within 15 minutes and immediately sent me upstairs to the ENT. the young lady doctor examined me within the next 30 minutes and immediately recommended an operation to remove the abscess, within 3 hours I was on the operating table, very pleasant staff and Mr. The doctor who operated on me, and in the evening everything was selected and the treatment started. All the nurses and the other workers were great, attentive, they came to ask how the person was doing, if I had enough of everything and even gave me an extra blanket for the night because they had not yet heated the room and it was cold. If it weren't for them, I still wouldn't be able to swallow. But I give 4 stars to the management of the hospital and the cooks - it really can't be cooked better? 4 days the same for lunch and breakfast, if only it looked/tastes like it was served to pigs (to put it politely). Sometimes you can make a good meal with little and cheap, you don't have to serve a 5-star course. I've already eaten everything and I won't indulge in specials, but maybe it would be enough to change those foods as well. What is sad, and this applies to all hospitals, is that they don't even have toilet paper anymore? It's about time the Ministry of Health wakes up, because it's a shame that people who spend so much money on health insurance have to wear toilet paper and soap. Everyone from politicians, through state secretaries and companies knows how to pour money into the bag, after agreements behind closed doors, but to provide people with at least basic equipment in hospitals, there is no money for that, tell your high politicians salaries for NOTHING and will be found immediately.

In 2 days, they managed to turn a normal person into a wreck ... 1st class hyenism towards old people ... ICU department - doctor and staff serving on the night of 14.9. on 15.9 in cooperation with the internal department.

Disaster, they put me in a non-smoking room with pneumonia, someone stole my expensive medicine and they dragged me around the hospital even though everything hurts and I can't even walk, I had to walk over 700m and no one helped me even to wrap my arms around me. And I'm not talking about the fact that the maintenance man gaped at me, allegedly that I turned off my oxygen... I would be very interested in how I turned off my oxygen when I can't even lift my arm. Well, just completely wrong, never again.

Reluctant staff doctors even worse. They talk her out of Covid, which has been gone for a long time... They deny the parents information about the child. Only one parent is allowed in the clinic. I have never experienced this anywhere and I go all over Europe.

I just step into this hospital and they already charge my card for 2,000 dirham, I don’t even see any doctor yet. They said it’s deposit but does is make any sense? We would pay for services after its complete! Or do you think we will run? SCAM We was transferred from mediclinic Al Sufouh to Mediclinic City Hospital. We pay 2,000 dirham (600$) and don’t get any help. For simple drainage of abscess they asked 35,000 dirham (10,000$). We was shocked. All staff extremely slow, we spend 5 hours in this hospital and get 0 help. One doctor look and call another doctor, another look and call another doctor. No one don’t want do the job unless you pay 35,000 dirham. We pay 2,000 dirham for 0 help. Please avoid this hospital because they care only money and not humanity.

I had and continue to receive a wonderful service. The surgeon Paul T explained the results, the next steps. His PA is prompt in responding to questions. The surgeon, PA and nursing staff are flexible, put me at ease. Never felt rushed. The facilities are what you would expect from an independent health provider. I cannot find fault with the staff as you walk off the street and the facilities.

Excellent hospital with great teamwork and service. I had knee arthroscopic meniscectomy surgery to fix my torn meniscus. Superb surgeon and anaesthetist. Lovely reception staff, lovely nurses and wonderfully professional consultant. Had to wait many hours for surgery without food or water but that sometimes cannot be helped, as surgery times vary so much patient to patient. Very clean with a nice waiting area too for relatives. Efficient and functional as mid-city hospitals go. Service was efficient and professional. English spoken and the radiology department on top of their game with me in and out in under a half-an-hour. My blood test for a visa application went quite fast and easy. For results at 8 a.m. the next morning, arrive before 2 p.m. The nurses were kind and attentive. The doctor who treated me was also nice. Nevertheless, the walkway appears to be a maze.

While on a dive trip to Cozumel, my husband became seriously ill and was hospitalized at Costamed. He received excellent treatment. This review is about the patient services people, particularly Jesus Pineda and Israel Cuerca, who were so helpful. My phone would not work and Jesus let me use his phone to contact my bank. He was a very calming influence at a trying time. All the staff was kind and helpful but these two stand out, especially Jesus.

I did operation today. Till morning it was great. They told us we can go home at 14:00.but seems like they forgot me still here in the room… now it’s 17:30 still waiting the doctor pass by…. Till when we have to wait…. And when I came here to check for operation the hospital gave me the lettere for the operation, written if we want to pay before operation should be 3 days before, but we asked how much will be for the operation nobody reply…..
