I’ve gone to Dr. Rui and his team now for a check up, putting back in a loose crown, and a dental cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety concerning dentist visits and I can’t express how comfortable an environment this practice has. Staff are highly organized, communicate procedures clearly and in detail, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Can’t suggest them enough!

My experience at Trindadent Dental office was really great! I was nervous because i havent been at a dentist in years.. The receptionist was very friendly and helped calm my nerves a bit already and as soon as i sat down with Dr. Rui Trindadent, and we took a look at my teeth, he explained every step of the procedure, where the damage is, what is urgent and what isnt. He made me feel very welcome and took away my worries with his Expertise. I had a wisdom tooth removed and he knew exactly how to handle it, it was a quick and painless experience. After that he filled two holes, wich was also very quick and painless. I am very happy with the results and I am looking forward to our next appointment!

Today I went to IDent Clinic in Sighisoara and they are very satisfied, they work with great care and cleanliness, and every time the Doctor asked if I was in pain or if when I went to the Dentist I didn't have a pleasant experience, but now it was different until now I used to go to the Dentist with fear, and now I can't wait to go to the Dentist. Excellent service, helpful people, got fixed quickly

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

I rate the bonding performed by Dr. Małgorzata Jaszczuk as extremely positive. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions and concerns in advance. The procedure itself went smoothly and painlessly, and the end result exceeded my expectations. My teeth now look much better and I feel more confident when smiling. I recommend this dental practice to everyone who, like me, wants to improve their smile after orthodontic treatment.

This office definitely deserves 5 stars! If I could I would give it 6 ;) I was a patient of Dr. Asia and Dr. Gosia. The work of these doctors is characterized by full professionalism, fantastic contact with the patient and much more. I couldn't help but mention the smile of Mrs. Kinga who cares about the atmosphere of this place. Of course, I RECOMMEND it with a clear conscience.

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

Unfortunately I've had to visit this hospital 5 times in the last few years for different type of emergencies for my self of for my loved ones. In every single one of them my experience was terrible: the doctors and staff seem annoyed that you go to them asking for help on an emergency. They are rude, angry, slow, and in many cases clueless on how to help and definitelly indifferent to your pain and need of urgent assistance. No human touch at all. That is, when there were doctors available, some times there were not even there when they were supposed to be. Additionally, if you are a foreigner and don't speak the language they'll definitelly won't make an effort to understand you.

I visited the hospital twice! Dr. Aikaterini Sikoudi treated me very well! She is always very professional and she understands every customer’s needs.

I came here after my GP sent me here with a very nasty swelling of the ear, I was admitted urgently and was provided with excellent care. I thank Dr. Aikaterina Sykoudi for her very professional and above all human approach, which showed that even such an unpleasant situation can be handled very sensitively.

I was in the emergency room due to a sports injury to my eye, and I can report very good experiences. I knew that I wouldn't be at the top of the priority list (because I wasn't in pain, although it looked pretty bad), but I got in line very quickly. Everyone who worked there treated me with humanity, patience and kindness, both during the traumatological and ophthalmological examinations. The emergency room is cultured (you can read, there is a coffee machine, etc.) and modern (the equipment and the environment are well-kept, new). The tests also went down quickly. I am not saying that I will come another time (because health is important and that no one should be in trouble), but I am saying that then I will work there with an excellent attitude and - as far as I can judge - they did their job professionally. I thank them again.

Emergency is extremely slow. Minimum waiting time is 4-5 hours.

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

Waited about 30 mins for a kids X-ray. Overall very satisfied with the service. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Some spoke limited English but we were able to navigate it without major issue.

We waited way too long on Kid’s emergency department. We used to live in Bulgaria for a few years and even there is service better and faster. Disappointed

Very professional service and excellent work. Staff is friendly and speaks English fluently. Fair rates compared to similar facilities in Austria. Conveniently located close to the motorway and a hotel.

I highly recommend the clinic. Super staff and highly professional. Treatments I had there included endodontic re-treatment (done by Dr Gończowski), fillings, crowns and hygienic care.

Stay away from dental practitioner Piotr Zborowski. I had a very bad experience with him and complications for the next few years as he hasn't done his job right. Will never return to the KCM Clinic. Important!!!! As of 2023, I would like to add that those two teeth that Dr Zborowski looked after needed to be extracted at the very end. I was hoping for 4 yrs they would heal but unfortunately there was no chance to save them as per 3 different specialists. I'm deeply upset because of that; every day regretting that I haven't claimed compensation for Dr Zborowski's negligent dental treatment.

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality. Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied. Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly. If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM. A real life saver!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

We completed the birth and follow-up care at the hospital. I positively acknowledge a parking lot with sufficient capacity and a price of CZK 10/hour. I also really liked the breakfast buffet concept. Of course, the quality of the food corresponded to the amount paid by the client for health insurance. The hospital's equipment also matches the price. The birth took place normally, thanks to extra-standard care (own midwife and doula). A very noisy renovation was taking place in the hospital, when the client's bed was also vibrating. So it was necessary to leave the hospital earlier. The behavior of the staff corresponds to the 20s of the 21st century in the Czech Republic. In other words, normal and nice during normal communication. In case of problems, arrogance and threats start. Some of the staff also only speak broken Czech. Overall, the vaunted Czech care has once again shown what it really is. No one died and in this case no one has any lasting effects, but would anyone want to go through it again?...No........I recommend considering the alternative of not paying for the birth in Germany or Austria. It can be stated that the care provided fully corresponded to the amount of health insurance paid in the Czech Republic.

I do not recommend. Above all, Internal Medicine and follow-up care. They sent the grandmother home, even though she had obvious problems ... Of course, she died a few days later. 😡 Unfortunately, it's a second - very similar experience with this department.

Very unprofessional attitude of some doctors (Nguyen Duc, M.D. does not understand and is not interested in you and nurse Adéla is arrogant) in the gynecology department. Of course they will accommodate you and nothing is a problem, but my personal experience with this hospital is disastrous. In the winter of 2023, I underwent a hysterectomy. I was to be operated on by MUDr. Radek Poláček, who was absent at the time and no one informed me. All the pre-operative examinations were negative. After the operation, Mudr. Josef Hajči, who finally operated on me, came to me and told me that he had no information about me in the card and that he was sorry, he was very tired and we accidentally removed one ovary. After the operation, the drip dripped out of my vein, my hand was swollen, when I called the nurse she scolded me. They will never see me in this hospital again, although they have new equipment, but humanity and professional behavior are missing. it was the fourth one's turn and by mistake he also removed the ovary ovary

Opinion on private family natural birth. Premium package. It was my second birth. The first one was at Medeor Hospital in Łódź, which I remember much better even though I didn't pay for it. There I experienced warmth, respect and understanding that was often lacking here. I went to the hospital after 6 hours of painful contractions with severe pain. I was seen by a doctor who from the very beginning called me "you", treating me with contempt. I don't remember his name, but I think he introduced himself as Marek (I think it was Dr. Marek Korożan, but I could be wrong because 2 years have passed since the birth). Based on the CTG results, he said that I was not giving birth at all, but since I had already come from far away, I should go to the antenatal room and go to sleep, and that I would definitely not give birth in the near future. At the very beginning, I felt like an intruder and a bother of four letters. I spent several hours in the room with my husband - of course, not sleeping and fighting contractions. After a few hours, a midwife (Ms. Joanna Miłosz) came and asked if I should be examined. I agreed. It turned out that I was 6 cm dilated and they asked if I should give anesthesia. I remember the midwife fondly. The anesthesiologist was also very nice and tried to relax the atmosphere while administering anesthesia. Morning came and with it a change of staff. Another gynecologist was very cold and unpleasant. When the anesthesia was removed and I started to complain about my statement that it hurts, I heard that I had pain when I was lying under anesthesia, and now it doesn't hurt at all, so I shouldn't say that because it's not true :-) Childbirth after anesthesia lying down despite my willingness and strength to give birth in a vertical position. While pushing, I heard some sarcastic and embarrassing comments from this lady (I unfortunately didn't remember her name). I felt very uncomfortable. Even on the National Health Fund, I have never been treated so disrespectfully and unpleasantly. When complications occurred, fortunately Dr. Chmyłko and Dr. Wnuk came and alleviated the unpleasant atmosphere. The birth was difficult and had complications, but thanks to them I felt cared for and safe at that moment. I also remember the doctor fondly. med. Anna Lew-Tusk - a neonatologist who took great care of our daughter when it turned out that her test results were not good. Postpartum care was generally okay, but despite my high temperature (infection) and the baby crying all night, I was not offered to take the baby so I could rest. Despite the completed birth plan and my clear objection to it, an injection of vitamin K was administered, later claiming it was by mistake. Other objective facts: comfortable beds, nice maternity room, good food. Due to complications for me and my daughter, we stayed in the ward a few days longer and I did not pay anything extra for this. My memories of giving birth are rather unpleasant. I paid for a private birth to avoid unpleasant situations and give birth in harmony with myself - my expectations were definitely not met. I wouldn't choose to give birth at Swissmed again.

Last week I had a planned CC in Swissmed - breech position. I am very pleased with my choice, the medical staff was very nice, everyone answered my questions, doubts and explained them. My husband was able to be with me during the surgery, after the surgery the care was also very good, the midwives and neonatal nurses were very helpful, kind and understanding. The doctors were also very nice and patient. I recommend

Doctors nice and competent however ladies on the phone rude and not helpful… they instruct you before you even explain what is the problem and have ZERO understanding and patience for family of patients. we paid for the test we did not get results on, trying to get through to the doctor on the phone- impossible. I do not recommend this hospital unfortunately due to poor customer service.

Our family has been with Dental Fantasy for over 10 years. 11/10/23 a team of professionals led by doctors Meretikova A.A. and Topchiy V.S. I spent more than 3 hours saving the teeth of our one and a half year old youngest son while he was sleeping. Everything went surprisingly easily and calmly. I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.

Update: The administration returned the money for the prosthesis. Thank you) I had a crown installed here in August. The installation was surprisingly painful, and the prosthesis itself was too high, so that the remaining teeth did not fit together despite significant filing, which is already a bad sign. A week later, she returned with complaints of a strong putrid odor from the tooth and inflamed gums, which did not go away even after professional cleaning by a doctor. Oleg Nikolaevich, without even sending me for an x-ray, prescribed a mouthwash, laughed and sent me home. I had to go to another clinic and it turned out that there was a GAP between the crown and the tooth, where bacteria bloomed and pus collected. The symptoms went away as soon as it was removed. I have had no problems or discomfort with a new crown from another doctor for a year now. I can understand why complications arose; the tooth was not easy. But I still don’t understand why all the complaints were ignored, although they pointed to poor quality work. The arrogance and unwillingness of the doctor to correct his mistakes is simply amazing. It’s worth mentioning separately how my appointment was canceled without warning, which I found out about when I arrived at the clinic, and how my prosthesis during fitting was confused with someone else’s because they didn’t even sign them.

God forbid you get here! No one cares at all about your condition and illness. I came for a planned hospitalization on 04/20/23 and was told to come at 7:30, but as a result, no one was there until 8:00. Then they started driving from building to building, but I didn’t come for a walk - to remove 2 tumors in my chest! I don’t think it’s worth talking about how difficult it was for me to run here and there. The doctor said that the operation would be at 11 and finally I was escorted to the department, by that time it was already 10.00 in an hour the operation. I already thought that it was all over, but no, it turns out they were not satisfied with the ECG and the doctor’s report from another hospital, and an HOUR before the operation they took me to building 3 to the general clinic, supposedly they would admit me without a queue. Naturally, I didn’t fall for anyone there. After sitting for 45 minutes in a senseless wait, I decided that under no circumstances would I return here and it would be better to take out a loan for a paid operation in a normal place! How can you be so indifferent?!! People come for last minute help, but all the staff don’t care, even if you die right there in the corridor! If possible, I advise you to go to paid clinics, because here it becomes even more scary for your life!

Of all the buildings, the RKOD Medical Diagnostic Center, building 2, has the most “mean people”, arrogant nurses, security guards, and at the reception. Be kind, people don’t come here for entertainment, a circus or to sing songs. People are scared, after operations, in a depressed state. It is this building that stands out for its staff.
