I posted the photo I took the day I put on my new capsules so that the happiness on my face could be seen. I have found excellent professionals, courteous and caring. Anesthesia discomfort was minimized. All the staff went out of their way to make me feel good. I will continue to write it, and I emphasize that I have already had capsules, extractions and dental treatments in the past. This time it was truly a wonderful holiday. Highly recommended.

Top dental clinic Staff attentive to the needs of patients. Availability, courtesy to the maximum. Doctors Tepelena and Gezim together with their collaborator are phenomenal. They put me 4 titanium implants in a scrupulous and meticulous way. After the end of the anesthesia effect I did not feel any pain. Very clean environment hygienically sterilized. I have shot some dentists in Italy but organized, available and professional like them I have never found. Nb Not only respected estimate, but Dr. Tepelena has changed it downwards once he saw closely that something was not to be done (fault of the panoramic image sent by me) To maiora doctors and thanks.

Highly corrupted. A patient who can't be taken care at home, because of really bad conditions which needs healthcare specialists and a proper environment with all the tools available to keep them alive, was refused to be admitted here because he was sick with cancer and they said "we can't take care of him here, just a serum and he can get out". The patient of course needed to stay there until everything was resolved. It was weekend, and Oncology Emergency does not work on weekends so they told us to keep him alive at home. We are not professionals doctors/nurseries, we have no specialised environment in home to take care of a person in such conditions and of course the idea was absurd. After asking around, snitching in, they asked us to pay and corrupt some people so we can get him admitted in this Mother Teresa Hospital emergency. After few days our family member died, but the way we had to say goodbye to him was very degraded. We had to pay to keep the nurseries around for him, to keep the cleaners around, to enter and say something to him every now and then, to get the doctor to check him every now and then. And we slept few nights outside in the cold, in turns, because there is no normal way to support such patients in such a structure. Overall I thought to share our story, maybe I have made some mistakes in my writing due to emotions, but this is the reality in this place. And it has not changed! HIghly corrupted, no one cares unless you pay them and still you get worst quality treatments ever!

This place is corrupted, as most of the public health structures in Albania. The doctors refuse to see the patient unles you give them some pocket money. People need to go up and down for days to get a medics appointment and at the said day they ask you to go and run some tests at the private hospitals/clinics with which the doctors are connected to. (no prior indications on what tests the patient needs to present to the doctor). They even say it to your face, unles you run the tests where they say, they won't accept you as a patient. This country is going down and those who work in the medicine are becoming even more SHAMELESS! Looks like they took the HYPOCRITE oath instead of Hippocratic one.

Please be careful when coming to Albania you don’t want to end up in hospitals they’re not good in this country. Although if you need to be attended this is the best one to come to (it is public). The doctors are good and Friendly, a hospital visit counts as an Albanian experience. If your visiting the country and you want to make a difference donating blood is a way to do it, you can rock up at almost any time to donate blood, and you can have a fun time talking to some awesome Albanian doctors in the proses.

I’m rarely compelled to write reviews, but i need to say that the service I received from the dental staff and dentist was exceptional. This was a very professional place and reasonable prices. If you have a dental emergency or a scheduled dental treatment, this is the right place!

I stayed at Keit Hotel during my visit in Albania and must say it is one of the best hotels in Tirana. It was very clean and the staff was very polite. Dont miss the breakfast because it was amazing.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!
