The people in this hospital were extremely kind and helpful. The hospital is clean, nice and professional. They took good care of my daughter who was in a life threatening condition during our vacation.

Highly corrupted. A patient who can't be taken care at home, because of really bad conditions which needs healthcare specialists and a proper environment with all the tools available to keep them alive, was refused to be admitted here because he was sick with cancer and they said "we can't take care of him here, just a serum and he can get out". The patient of course needed to stay there until everything was resolved. It was weekend, and Oncology Emergency does not work on weekends so they told us to keep him alive at home. We are not professionals doctors/nurseries, we have no specialised environment in home to take care of a person in such conditions and of course the idea was absurd. After asking around, snitching in, they asked us to pay and corrupt some people so we can get him admitted in this Mother Teresa Hospital emergency. After few days our family member died, but the way we had to say goodbye to him was very degraded. We had to pay to keep the nurseries around for him, to keep the cleaners around, to enter and say something to him every now and then, to get the doctor to check him every now and then. And we slept few nights outside in the cold, in turns, because there is no normal way to support such patients in such a structure. Overall I thought to share our story, maybe I have made some mistakes in my writing due to emotions, but this is the reality in this place. And it has not changed! HIghly corrupted, no one cares unless you pay them and still you get worst quality treatments ever!

This place is corrupted, as most of the public health structures in Albania. The doctors refuse to see the patient unles you give them some pocket money. People need to go up and down for days to get a medics appointment and at the said day they ask you to go and run some tests at the private hospitals/clinics with which the doctors are connected to. (no prior indications on what tests the patient needs to present to the doctor). They even say it to your face, unles you run the tests where they say, they won't accept you as a patient. This country is going down and those who work in the medicine are becoming even more SHAMELESS! Looks like they took the HYPOCRITE oath instead of Hippocratic one.

Had a bike accident, broke my elbow and collarbone and got admitted to Thomayerova. Very satisfied with the entire treatment from arriving at the emergency until being released 10 days later, after two surgeries. I do speak some Czech but not enough for everything. Neverthless, all the nurses, doctors and other stuff were kind and friendly. We managed to get along using google translate and even have some fun while overcoming language barriers. Never felt as "they have to deal with another foreigner". I wanna thank everyone who took care of me at pavillon G3

Been there with severe lower back pain unable to even stand straight. I have been told that it will be some waiting time between 1 to 2 hours and i accepted that. After 4 hours i asked the nurses why noone from the people in waiting room have not been approached by a nurse or some explanation given to the waiting. The doctor was chatting all this time with the nurses ignoring the visible pain suffered by the waiting patients . Only after i raised my voice they decided to call me inside the cabinet for a check. This without carrying that a lady patient who was there before me was visible crying out of pain in the waiting room. The lack of empathy and respect i have never see before in a Prague Hospital. I did heard about horrible stories coming out from Thomayerova Hospital with some high profile cases on national television and i was hoping that after this some measures were taken by the ministry of health. Obviously there is business as usual. Avoid with all costs. Now i came to Neurology Clinic in Prague 2 and i feel better just by the kindness and empathy the staff have showed me here.

I got chest infection and I admitted in this hospital.i am not Czech and I don't speak Cezch at all.But almost all Doctors here speaks good English and Nurses hardly speaks English but they are kind and they know they job well,so no need to communicate much..Here Hospital food is on another level..each food design according on your diet and health conditions..thank you all the team members of this Hospital.🙏

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Big thanks to the doctors who helped with my sprained ankle. I was visiting Bratislava and injured my ankle on the day of departure, I waited 3 hours and the doctors helped me and put a cast on my ankle so that I could get the train and travel back to Poland

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. In general, the hospital is good, I recommend. Their only disadvantage is poor management, and untimely approval of preliminary plans and estimates. The price tag is adequate, but if you go through a check, prepare for the amount not 110,000, but from 130,000 (if you are about 20 years old) and from 250,000 if you are about 60. 4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach
