The Nurse Lady at the Evidence Pacientu was so rude, I was trying to speak in Czech even tho I understand just a little, she was literally shouting at me, while I asked how long after doctor is coming because I was going through a pain, She really doesn’t know how a nurse should talk with a patient who comes for a emergency treatment. It was such a bad experience.😕 No complains to the doctor, he was so helpful and Understanding.

The ophthalmology emergency service of the hospital, situated at floor 16, is quite bad,in the sense of the attention from the part of nurses and doctors, I went several times, and just two doctors from 6 where nice to me, I don’t speak czech perfectly and I was trying to make me understand talking in czech, majority of them didn’t want to understand me.... recommending sant Anne.. the crew there it’s seem more profesional and trying to find a solution to my health problem.

I want to thank all the staff of the ENT Clinic, the inpatient department, from the doctors to the support staff. Their professionalism, care, empathy and human approach made my stay at the clinic after surgery very, very easy. Special thanks to Doc. It started already at the reception, the nurse was incredibly empathetic. It's a shame that I don't know her name, she would definitely be named. Oh and I can't forget the anesthesia ladies, I wanted to thank them right away but I couldn't speak....thank you in addition, you were great! And what to write at the end? Hello, my son was operated on 3 years ago at the Martin University Hospital, Department of Surgery. We had a personal interview with Mudr. Adamik - surgeon. A doctor with a high level of professional education. Just a top. Now 3.11.2023 again after 3 years we contacted him again. He was extremely willing and accessible. He planned an operation that is difficult and is only performed in Martin and Prešov. The disease is called Hydradentis suppurativa. Since Martin is closer to us, i.e. 300 km from our place of residence, we chose this hospital again. If you suffer from such a disease, I highly recommend it.

My dad had called the nurses on the buzzer 20 times they did not attend so he called me. I had to leave my apartment to come and see him so he could go to the toilet very unprofessional.
