I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. You're all really great, keep it up and stay the way you are. Some disadvantages are that there is no cafeteria so you can sit for a bit. 🤣 Thanks a million to all of you.

I had a hip operation in July, the preparation and organization was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all excellent, only the food could be improved. I can only recommend this clinic.

I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Telling a patient the day before surgery that her prognosis doesn't look good is not the most sensitive way.

My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! RESPECT doctor Dejeu, doctor anesthetist, doctor nutritionist, psychologist and nurse Babi!

I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. The quality of the medical act was superlative. Thank you very much for your involvement and results.

I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all. Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

I was there in the emergency room with my 1 and a half year old son when he cut off his belly on his finger. We didn't wait, they took us right away, there were wonderful nurses who calmed me down too. They played songs and sang to their son while they sewed up his finger, and there were also students trying to cheer him up. Before I left, they also packed bandages, gauze, etc. if I needed it at home. I was very surprised by the approach and I'm glad that I came across a great shift.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

I was with my child in the hospital due to a procedure under general anesthesia. Starting with the receptionists: nice, helpful and professional. Admission to the ward went smoothly, nurses provided exemplary care. The ladies had a great approach to the child and their behavior significantly reduced the stress of the child and the parent before the procedure. The preparation for anesthesia itself was well organized - the parent could be with the child until the last possible moment before entering the operating room and immediately after the patient woke up. The food is very good - a variety of breakfasts and dinners (vegetables, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and enough for both children and parents. Doctors are patient, helpful and cordial. I give it a well-deserved 5 - the child only shed tears before leaving - that it's over and it's time to part with the new friend from the room :)

The appointment was made for a specific time of 2:20 p.m., but on arrival it turns out that the doctor is not there yet and it is not known when he will be there. A queue of 10 people, some with an appointment for the same time. No information from the clinic about the situation before arrival. I asked for a refund, if someone doesn't have time to wait 3 hours for their turn, I don't recommend it.

Although I only had an MRI in this hospital, I had a really positive impression. Everyone is very nice :) the hospital makes an impression, everyone should look like that. And most importantly, the deadline very soon (and on the National Health Fund)

It’s cheaper to order some types of medicines this way than in our pharmacies, I’ve tested it myself. Prices for treatment are really not low, but by regional standards, we are from Krasnodar. In Moscow, believe me, these are standard prices, there is something to compare with. The main thing is that they don’t impose anything unnecessary here, but even suggest what you can do yourself and what you can’t. At least in our case, this was exactly the case.

I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. At my dad's request I am leaving this review. As a result of long and intense work at the computer, as well as for age-related reasons, my dad’s eyesight deteriorated significantly. By the time of contacting the MedElect clinic to A.A. For Ginoyan, my dad’s initial situation with his eyes looked like this. Left eye: myopia -5.5 diopters, early stage of cataract. Right eye: -9.5 diopters, cataract. Dad was amazed and very pleased by the thoroughness and comprehensiveness of the study of the initial state of the eyes using various equipment (even a tomography of each eye was carried out!..). As a result of this detailed, but very quick examination, naturally, it was possible to accurately determine the choice of diopters and the type of artificial lenses (monofocal lenses were chosen). First, surgery was performed on the right eye, and 1 month later on the left. The teamwork and coordination of the entire operating team, the experience and skill of the surgeon are at their best - A.A. Ginoyan. I was surprised by the attention even to such a small detail: a special cushion was placed under the knees of the person being operated on, which made being on the operating table very comfortable. The operations themselves were absolutely painless and did not take long (about 10-15 minutes for each eye). After the operation, my father became farsighted, but at the same time retained the ability to work at the computer without glasses. Even after all the operations A.A. I was very disappointed with the doctor, instead of curing me and solving my problems, he only referred me to treatments that I didn’t need at all. Thanks to the wasted time, my illness worsened. I am very sorry that I did not turn to specialists. I was booked in for a remote consultation where a doctor with 21 years of experience made a diagnosis and told me about the limitations. When asked what limitations I have, she didn’t even answer, saying that the diagnosis was not made accurately. People should not go to this clinic under any circumstances; they will make you worse instead of curing you.

I had a good experience with Dr Carlos for MRI scans and follow-up appointments. However, the billing team and administration is very unorganized and has caused me a huge amount of stress and suffering. I am a full yinsured patient and they have been unable to submit my invoices to correct insurers, failed to communicate with me when my insurance companies have missed something, and start chasing down payments of plus 2 years old using debt collection agencies. Beware, stay away from the Schoen Clinics as they are very unprofessional. Have never experienced anything quite like this. In April 2023, a debt collection agency contacted me saying invoice over due with Schoen Clinic. I was shocked as my insurance company should have settled this 1 year ago. Cigna subseqeuntly settled the bill quickly on my behalf once I took lead on it. To be clear, I never recieved one piece of communication from Schoen Clinic saying the bill had not been settled by my insurance company and they went straight to debt collection agency even though I have a long history with the clinic as an insured patient. In November 2023, I get contacted again by a debt collection agency. Schoen were unable to tell me in April 2023 that there was also £175 invoice and a fee of £100 that had not been paid by Axa in 2020. Clearly at this point I am losing all hope with the Schoen Clinic and am insulted that they would raise these trivial amounts via agency this long ago. I struggle to even remember what they are for, have not recieved invoices and to make matters worse you cant even contact somebody in person to talk to about it.

Absolutely terrible. Didn’t help my knee at all. Left in the waiting room for 50mins for appt. Then I apparently had £12 bill outstanding. I had a baby. Then I find out they’ve passed the £12 bill to a debt collector who has rolled it up and added a load of fees.

This review is for the administration, not the health professionals, which I will post separately. I attended for a consultation on 14th March and paid an invoice that day which I was led to believe covered everything. At the end of July I was chased for an outstanding invoice of £400 for two x-rays which was supposedly raised on 15th March. I queried it, but to no avail. And only today have I finally received the actual invoice, 5 months late! In view of my being originally misinformed and the delay in providing the invoice, a small reduction? Not a chance!

I made an appointment for surgery with general anesthesia in 16.30. I didn’t eat and drink for almost a day before the anesthesia. I called the clinic twice before the surgery to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the appointed time, my time had been moved to 11.30! Of course, the operation was canceled. Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

This is the fourth time in this institution, two hip replacements, two repeat hip joints, each time it gets worse and worse, initially cups of the wrong size were placed, when asked why they were asked, there was no other answer at that time, the result dislocations of the left joint began, they underwent re-endoprosthetics in 2019, the right leg turned out to be 2 cm shorter, which caused the ankle to fly, in 2022 dislocations of the right joint began, I was admitted to the clinic on August 30, I just lay in bed for four days, they took a blood test, did an x-ray, That’s it. The attending physician came once and asked what and where it hurt, where the dislocations were going, that’s all. No one really reads the stories, right before the operation they asked which joint should be operated on, right or left, if he hadn’t said that it was right, they would have operated on the left one, since the dislocation of the left joint is indicated everywhere, even in the discharge the left joint appears everywhere, in the department no one bothers to read the medical history, the prescription list contains contraindications for injecting NSAIDs, which I cannot take until the allergy begins and I asked the question what they are pricking, the lack of professionalism of the treatment nurses is off the charts, they punctured all the veins and were unable to place a catheter; a nurse from the intensive care unit placed a subclavian catheter without anesthesia, because... I’m allergic to lidocaine, the second nurse on duty didn’t come on time to the call, the IV ran out, the result was that the catheter was clogged, they couldn’t flush it out, they removed it, they tried to put the catheter in the arm, they punctured all the veins again, they couldn’t put it in, the nurse from the intensive care unit put it in again, for that I thanked her very much, I told her to warn the nurse on duty when she was administering the medicine so that she would press on the vein because the whole boat didn’t go in because of adhesions in the vein, when I tried to show what needed to be done, she threw my hand away and started yelling that she knew better what to do, she started tugging at the catheter, naturally she pulled it out of the vein, and refused to put another one in for me, she screamed rudely that she knew better what to do, he sent her away and told her not to come close to me anymore, my brother came, tried to put an intravenous drip, again nothing worked, the nurse from the intensive care unit did it again, my hands were punctured into rubbish, blue, more than 30 punctures, they react disgustingly to calls, as if you can’t go out into the corridor, the sisters and nannies sit in their little room, either drinking tea or gossiping in the corridor, in general, I was left with a disgusting impression of the work of the LLP2 staff, management conduct a staff certification, many of the staff do not correspond to the position, what they do. Billed the examination directly to me even though it was covered by my insurance. Refused to fix the mistake when pointed out. Definitely avoid

A very bad experience, where the professor examined the knee by palpation and established the type of injury without performing an MRI or any imaging of the knee, determined that therapy costing 500e is needed, with 5 injections at a 7-day interval, at the first examination he extracts my synovial fluid and injects, when asked if there are any side effects or if rest is necessary, he said and wrote in the report normal activity, I come home after 3-4 hours, the knee starts to swell and it hurts so much that I cannot independently I am moving, which was not the case before coming to him. The next day I call to tell about the given problem, he tells me that he can't believe it and that I am not the first one he has done this to. And that he didn't do anything special to make it look that way. And that they are there so he won't run away. The swelling doesn't go away, I go to the emergency room, I get a plaster cast from hip to foot, and the agony starts. It happens with my knee. different hospitals. Now, I am currently waiting for another magnetic resonance imaging with contrast to be performed because a piece of metal was observed at the injection site where the professor from VozdMedic poked me. So I don't have any nice comments. Very bad experience!

Excellent service, great doctors and friendly staff! I only perform examinations at Vozdmedik, for a reason. The clinic is superbly equipped and has the best equipment and technology.
