Having had treatment with implants I have no hesitation on recommending this dental clinic for the dental care and professionalism I encountered during my stay and advise anyone thinking of having treatment to visit city dental clinic in Tirana absolutely fantastic.

Great experience today, had a teeth general cleaning done and the dentist was very professional. Spoke great English, really good prices for a fraction of what I’d pay in Portugal, and the clinic was clean and well decorated. I was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day by sending them a WhatsApp message.

I came away with such a great impression of City Dental! I was recommended to the clinic by a fellow traveler and just wanted to schedule a last-minute cleaning. It was easy to find a day and time that fit with my schedule. They were also nice enough to call me when I was running late and didn't mind that I came an hour late. The dentist I had was a female in the very first room and she was the best dentist I've had in a while. She listened to my concerns, cleaned my teeth, then gave me great suggestions and product recommendations. I felt so heard and was smiling so hard by the end of the visit. The only confusion I had was that after using the number on Google maps to contact the clinic, I was then called back by another person at a different phone number and had practically the same conversation. Everything ended well though. Thank you!

Fantastic service here with very reasonable prices for Norway. I've had root canals , fillings & braces here. everything is under one roof it's very helpful! All the staff here are wonderful! I know it's public but Linda the hygienist/dental nurse especially is so kind and understanding if you have health problems that affect daily cleaning and it was a really encouraging experience 😃 From my understanding they speak a variety of languages including English. Have never been so glad to visit the dental office, and I avoided appointments for over 10 years! Highly highly recommend!

This clinic is great ! The staff was very nice to me and you can have an appointement fast. I was treated by Sara Bayke, which took care of me really well.

First off, read all the other 1 star reviews here. You'll see the truth. Also, read their responses. Their attitude shines through. I made a big mistake not reading them and only read the 5 star ones (I now highly suspect if they are real, who would create an account to just review a dentist highly?!). My experience was right there with those 1 stared reviews and possibly worse. My treatment was so bad that I feel traumatized. For some reason, I can't post the full story because it violates certain policy here but my bad expereince was so real. Hope this post helps someone at least not to be tricked.

I went to a few practices in the city and I ended up being disappointed by the services. Astondental is different - dr. Shahla Hassanzadeh is extremely straight forward, sharp as a blade and professional. You get a thorough first examination and after that you’ll know exactly what treatment they’ll perform, and how much it costs. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I had to reschedule my appointment with short notice and was charged 500 SEK because they claimed I was a no-show. I called the dentist to inquire why I was charged and the dentist said it’s expensive to have have a clinic in downtown Stockholm so we need to get the money in somehow and basically hung up on me. They are apparently eager to make money to cover their expenses but not interested in patient care or customer service. I would avoid this clinic at all cost.

Positives: -I would recommend this clinic if you're sure you need treatment and have a fear of dentists. They are calm, prepare you for every step, and ensure you're comfortable. -The dentist I saw gave me some useful advice on flossing and said that I could email with questions any time. Negatives: -Overtreatment seems to be commonplace and I suspect that each member of staff gets a cut of the company's profits. Different members of staff here recommended removing 1, 2 and all 4 wisdom teeth. Other dentists that I have visited before and after have not recommended removing any. The tooth I had removed was 'impacted'. It seems Christiana reports reviews that don't show them in such a good light.

Kristian is the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had. He is disrespectful and always pushes me to handle the pain during extremely painful procedures while he’s putting back the crowns of my implants that constantly falling out. I paid over 50k for having my crowns falling out every 2 months. Do not recommend to anyone.

I appreciate that the best efforts were made to fit me into their busy schedules during my stay in London. They have been very thorough in their review considering greatly the complexity of my case and also the best way forward in the management of my issues. Given these specialists work within the same building, I appreciate that there is good communication within the team. I also would like to note that the reception personel are extremely helpful and do reply promptly to any queries I have.

I've been wanting ceramic veneers for a long time, did a ton of research and had consultations with other TOP dentists all over the world but ultimately decided to go with Dr. Justin Glaister from HSDC and I could not be happier of my choice. My first point of contact at Harley Street Dental Clinic was Eka at reception and honestly, her genuine enthusiasm, knowledge and warmth made the difference for me. She immediately understood what type of patient I was (highly demanding and high maintenance lol) and her enthusiastic praises for Dr. Justin Glaister deeply resonated with me and what I had read about him and turned out to be absolutely spot on. Dr Glaister was amazing. Most patient doctor I've ever met in my life, extremely knowledgable and committed to give me exactly what I wanted: a natural smile. He knows everything and everyone and works with THE BEST ceramists in the world, literally highest levels of cosmetic dentistry. We ultimately decided to go for 10 porcelain veneers and I still can't believe these are now my teeth. I'm usually never fully satisfied (had my nose done twice, same as my hair and the list goes on lol) but this time... I wouldn't change anything. I had the pleasure of coming to the Dentim Clinic under the care of Dr. Barbara Sekuła-Kamińska. The doctor is a very warm and calm person, she patiently answered all my questions. My teeth were in rather poor condition, so I didn't think it would be possible to keep them and create a beautiful smile out of them, which the doctor undoubtedly managed to do! I received several treatment offers, and I chose the option that was relatively bearable for my wallet and turned out to be quite functional. Before we started putting crowns on my teeth, I had to undergo treatment by the wonderful doctor Aleksander Gajos. He broke the spell of root canal treatment for me, which until then had only been associated with pain and endless visits. The rest of the missing teeth were replaced with dentures, because unfortunately the implants were not affordable for me. I am very satisfied with the entire treatment, I rate it five stars!

I’ve suffered with abscesses and bad teeth all my life, Kreativ did a lot of work (every tooth needed work). For the first time in 30 years I can smile, also found Hungary and it’s people really great.

I am delighted to share my experience with Kreativ Dental, the company that took care of my bone graft and new implants this year. I am just back from Budapest now after completing the procedure. From the very beginning to the end, the service provided was truly excellent. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about seeking treatment abroad, especially in a country that i don't speak the language. But at when you are only 35 years old and stuck with insensitive/disproportionate quotes in the UK between 7k and 10k for your treatment It gives you more motivation to look elsewhere for better options. After being recommended Kreativ Dental in Budapest by a friend of mine who had family members going there for their treatments I decided to give it a try. The moment I arrived and had a consultation with their experts, my doubts began to dissipate. It was evident that they were knowledgeable and had a team of real professionals. Plus they all spoke perfect English! Choosing to proceed with them turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Just a few months later, I now have a brand new set of teeth, and the amount of money I saved was more than half of what I would have spent for the same procedure in the UK. Plus I got to visit this beautiful city. The entire process was smooth and painless, exceeding my expectations. The dentists I met with were arrogant, unkind and unpleasant The dental treatment they offered me had no regard for me as a person - I felt like they were congratulating themselves on finding a solution to my "problem." Their solution was expensive; they also told me that my bone and gum so deteriorated that I would not be able to have implants. Fortunately, I didn't listen - and I now have beautiful implants from a clinic in Croatia with kind dentists at much less money. Be warned. Don't go to these guys.

I was worried, as is usually the case when you come to a surgeon, but he explained every action and was constantly interested in how I was feeling.
