Helpful,polite, professional. Nurses and doctors are reassuring, humane. Believe it or not they even stand up for patients if one of their colleagues is being dysfunctional. You don't need to fight for your basic rights in this hospital. Thank you to the team!

I write this review in order to soften someone's experience of giving birth. Try to avoid Delphine as an assisting nurse while the birth. I understand the whole physical process itself is far from pleasant. There are manipulations which should be done by the nurse regardless the pain I get all that. But she was very brutal, unpolite communication wise as well. She also tried to laugh at me while I had to push. Happily my doctor cut her on it. Delphine, remember the name and try to avoid.

Clearly, one of the best private cliniques in Geneva with state of the art technologies, highly trained doctors and above all, tailored services to your needs especially when it comes to all extra amenities such as catering, accommodation, concierge and etceteras.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. Ivan Mikhailovich Davydov did an excellent job with this complex operation, many thanks to him and the clinic for this. Excellent care, modern equipment, competent, experienced doctors.

At the beginning of August, I underwent a full check-up at the NACFF clinic. I really liked the clinic, the level of high professionalism of all the doctors. I especially want to express my gratitude to the therapist Pashayeva Zhavgar Magomedrasulovna. Despite her young age, Zhavgar Magomedrasulovna is a professional in her field and helps resolve all issues related to my health! A very sensitive and responsible specialist. A good clinic, competent doctors, I really liked Nelegach Tatyana Vladimirovna. Competent professional, patient and very polite. He tells everything on the shelves, a very pleasant person. I also liked the ultrasound specialists, the comfortable atmosphere. The neurologist who did the echocardiography of the heart is very charismatic and attentive. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. In general, the hospital is good, I recommend. Their only disadvantage is poor management, and untimely approval of preliminary plans and estimates. The price tag is adequate, but if you go through a check, prepare for the amount not 110,000, but from 130,000 (if you are about 20 years old) and from 250,000 if you are about 60. Passed 3 times checkup, me, husband and grandmother. I got a brain surgery in 2017 and stayed for over a week here. I felt well treated, especially by the staff of international nurses and some doctors. I got some complications that I don't know whether they came from the care I got or if I dodged a bullet (6 hours surgery). Follow ups are a pain, emails don't work, phones only, and one has to wait for months for something.l, but the system is the bigger problem. I trust the professionals here, some will even talk English to you if asked. (Sure, don't come to the emergencies if you can be treated elsewhere). The facilities look a bit better than other hospitals in town.

the worst hospital I've been to. I broke my leg and they told me to go at 7 in the morning for the operation and they left me until 8 in the evening without giving me any information, without water. Then they remembered to come and inform me. The next time I was driving with my mother, who had a bypass and her blood pressure was quite high. The doctor asks me if he is dead? does someone have to die for us to go to the hospital? Because we also pay insurance for the doctors.

This is going to be a long story about my terrible experience in the emergency service. An ambulance brought me here at 21:30 with a broken swollen ankle. Since the emergency guy brought me inside and put me in a bed, no one came to me to do the first check-up. I begged 3 "nurses" to at least bring me ice because I am dying of pain. They go and never come back. They didnt give me ice, nor pain killers, they didn't even do a first check-up on me. How professional! especially when I can see them talking to each other, laughing, talking over the phone. The level of ignorance that I saw here is unimaginable. They are lucky that I was in pain otherwise I would have called the police. So around midnight finally someone came to do xray for me. half an hour later someone came to me to explain the severity of the injury, put the cast for me and gave me the crutches. Then he told me a nurse will come to explain everything, show me how to walk with the crutches, bring me outside with a wheelchair and call me a taxi. But no one showed up. I was screaming and no one heard me. At the end, around 02:30 I had to ask a "guest" for help. Luckily he was a nice guy unlike the nurses and stuff here. He helped me to walk outside and waited with me for a taxi that I called! I am waiting to fully recover and then I will see a lawyer about this. I even called them after days to send me the xray because the doctor wants to see them and they ignored my emails and phone calls. 5 hourse in the emergency with a broken ankel. No help, no check-up, no ice, no pain killers. No one helped me to leave and they didnt even call me a taxi!!

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

I really appreciated the doctor.

I was there from November 20th to November 27th because of a cervical disc prosthesis. If only I had had this clinic last year I could have saved myself an operation. This clinic is really great. Doctors, nursing staff and so on, everyone is super nice and always has a smile. I couldn't complain about the food. Some other clinics can learn a lesson from this clinic. You're all really great, keep it up and stay the way you are. Some disadvantages are that there is no cafeteria so you can sit for a bit. 🤣 Thanks a million to all of you.

I had a hip operation in July, the preparation and organization was great. The staff, nurses and doctors were all excellent, only the food could be improved. I can only recommend this clinic.

I had hip surgery in Hohwald 4 months ago and am very satisfied with the result. The doctors and nurses are all very nice. Unless Doctor Cancler should think about how he treats his patients. Telling a patient the day before surgery that her prognosis doesn't look good is not the most sensitive way.

Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

I'm writing this review after 5 hour's of waiting. This is not acceptable. To establish a simple electronic waiting room system is not a big deal for a small ambulance, for the institution as this one, it has to be mandatory.
