Today I visited the clinic twice, I liked the good, warm attitude, and of course the services provided were 5 stars. I did an ultrasound of the veins, an ECG, and an ultrasound of the mammary glands. All doctors are very attentive. By the way, prices for many services are lower than in other clinics. I recommend!

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

Had a bike accident, broke my elbow and collarbone and got admitted to Thomayerova. Very satisfied with the entire treatment from arriving at the emergency until being released 10 days later, after two surgeries. I do speak some Czech but not enough for everything. Neverthless, all the nurses, doctors and other stuff were kind and friendly. We managed to get along using google translate and even have some fun while overcoming language barriers. Never felt as "they have to deal with another foreigner". I wanna thank everyone who took care of me at pavillon G3

Been there with severe lower back pain unable to even stand straight. I have been told that it will be some waiting time between 1 to 2 hours and i accepted that. After 4 hours i asked the nurses why noone from the people in waiting room have not been approached by a nurse or some explanation given to the waiting. The doctor was chatting all this time with the nurses ignoring the visible pain suffered by the waiting patients . Only after i raised my voice they decided to call me inside the cabinet for a check. This without carrying that a lady patient who was there before me was visible crying out of pain in the waiting room. The lack of empathy and respect i have never see before in a Prague Hospital. I did heard about horrible stories coming out from Thomayerova Hospital with some high profile cases on national television and i was hoping that after this some measures were taken by the ministry of health. Obviously there is business as usual. Avoid with all costs. Now i came to Neurology Clinic in Prague 2 and i feel better just by the kindness and empathy the staff have showed me here.

I got chest infection and I admitted in this hospital.i am not Czech and I don't speak Cezch at all.But almost all Doctors here speaks good English and Nurses hardly speaks English but they are kind and they know they job well,so no need to communicate much..Here Hospital food is on another level..each food design according on your diet and health conditions..thank you all the team members of this Hospital.🙏

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Worse service ever. I had covid symptoms and couldnt breath, the receptionist was unpleasant and sent me to another hospital and from that hospital sent me back to Ružinov Hospital. Half day was wasted and i had to eventually wait for 7 hours while still waiting here and doctors are closing the door so strongly that it just shakes my mind. Toilets are broken no toilet paper even. While im waiting here my health condition has gone worse. I wouldnt even give one star so far.

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

In May 2022, we urgently arrived from Kazakhstan to the clinic. It was necessary to install a drainage to remove bile from the liver. The condition was quite serious, bilirubin was more than 500 units. In Kazakhstan it was not possible to install drainage, it did not work. I didn’t really like the gynecologist, Khugaeva, the feeling that I consulted not with a doctor, but in the market) I don’t like gynecologists, it’s difficult for me to have examinations, my body twitches reflexively, that I can’t do anything about it and I have to endure through force. (And I already tried to endure as best I could and lie still) this is when you try to insert lenses into your eyes and the eyelids begin to close themselves. They did a screening of the cervix, I thought I would burn with shame, during the examination, constantly “well, why are you twitching, I don’t hurt, you are having sex, but what’s terrible” post-Soviet attitude entered the chat) inappropriate questions about earnings, etc. ) Most likely, as a specialist, she is really competent, she has gone through so many institutions in her practice, but her attitude towards patients should be improved. 4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach
