It would be nice to start doing something with the parking spaces, there are few of them, drivers stand where they shouldn't and block the passage of ambulances. The institution itself is great, but due to the ill-conceived parking for so many people, I give it 3*.

Good day everyone. I have been here for more than three days for radiation. And I am very satisfied with how the doctors are very kind in all respects and the nurses are the same. And they cook very well here, so I also thank the chefs or cooks who cook here and the kitchen support staff. And I also thank all the sanitary workers for their willing actions. It was great here. Got my Covid (#5) vaccine at this facility. Vaccination center is located in building/pavilion E next door from entrance E7. Hospital is easily accessible via public transport/trams. The service and staff are very efficient. Dr. Mankovecky (fluent in English) and his nurse are extremely friendly and pleasant. Appointment is required and recommended for the vaccination services. I recommend this facility!

This review is for the ULZ department in this hospital. I went several days to the hyperbaric chamber. The team was the best one I've ever encountered in Czech Republic, doctors, nurses, technicians, everyone was nice, positive, polite, helpful, and dedicated. They took the time to explain everything to the patients, are nice and smiling everyday. For the first time I felt they loved their job for both the medical part and the human contact. Special thanks to Mila, the nurse who took care about me all along the procedure. Please do not change anything! And for the hospital in general please take this department as an example!

It’s really a very good hospital. As I don’t speak Czech, it may be a problem in some places. But here it is very good. It’s like an international hospital. Everyone from the reception to the examination doctors all speaks good English. There is no problem with being treated. And the waiting time is not long at all.

Today I went to ORL department at ST Michaels because of the pain in my left ear. While sailing on Danube we were just passing by and I had to run and jump in without appointment. Not only did the MUDr. Matúš Čentéš find the time for me, help me with spot on diagnose and best treatment, but he also went his way to show me where the pharmacy is, he took a few minutes out of his busy schedule to explain prescribed medicine. I needed immediate medical attention and they sent me away to another hospital 10km away because I’m am neither a policeman nor a firefighter

Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. I will reccomend this hospital anytime!

Shock, nurse, one, second, third.....receptionist, unpleasant, important, reluctantly, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, they think that all patients are from BB. So they exaggerate you unnecessarily, because it doesn't matter to them, never again!!!!

Today's experience On September 10, 2023, we brought my uncle to the Department of Vascular Surgery. 11.9. they are going to operate on him in the morning. The experience happened when the nurses were admitting him to the room, one of them said come, you can go, because it was visiting hours and there were two of us with him, we wanted to unpack him in the room, but when I was walking through the corridor, there was a shout, where are we supposed to go? That we are supposed to go to Kaufland..., I don't understand, one says she can and the other is a rude, disgusting woman, I can't call her a nurse. How to treat relatives of patients? How serious? I'm a psychologist and I can't afford to treat people like this, to anyone. This has nothing to look for in a hospital, you need to communicate tactfully and work with humility in hospitals. It's sad, you want to help your relatives, right? I just wanted to carry my bag and you are blamed for it in the hospital, where that understanding should not be missing.

I was a patient at the Department of Surgical Oncology D at NOU Klenová I want to express a huge THANK YOU to all the staff in this department for their incredibly kind attitude, empathy and care day and night. The nurses are very kind and always smiling, willing to help day and night, excellent food, beautiful environment. I felt like I wasn't even in the hospital in Slovakia. The operation was successfully conducted under the leadership of Mayor Karaba, who is a great professional. Thanks also go to the entire staff in the surgical clinics where we go as patients for check-ups. Every single patient in Slovakia deserves such excellent care.

I can only praise, the best specialists work in the gynecological oncology department. The staff is amazing ❤️ Thanks to Dr. Rozumyk, I learned a lot of information about my procedure, he was very nice, he tried to calm me down and everything really turned out great. Thank you ❤️

My opinion about the Golden Care Clinic is five :-) The receptionists are very polite and inform us exactly what we want to know before the tests. There are often situations when a patient cancels an appointment and we have the opportunity to schedule tests sooner. The doctors examine everything we have doubts about very carefully, are very polite and help us with a sincere smile. You must remember that the Golden Care Clinic is a private clinic, I recommend that you always ask carefully after the examination about medications, allergic conditions, the course of the disease, methods and duration of treatment. This will prevent stress, bad comments and more money spent. I recommend.

The staff first postpones the visit to an earlier time (which forces me to change my plans) and then it turns out that there is another delay. Moreover, loudly informing the patient about additionally paid tests during the visit in a full waiting room is not very comfortable.

Quiet, peaceful - no crowds, no shouting or rushing. Great employees - positive attitude towards the patient, ready to help (greetings to the receptionist from 19/10/23, very nice and helpful, and to the nurse ;)

I was with my child in the hospital due to a procedure under general anesthesia. Starting with the receptionists: nice, helpful and professional. Admission to the ward went smoothly, nurses provided exemplary care. The ladies had a great approach to the child and their behavior significantly reduced the stress of the child and the parent before the procedure. The preparation for anesthesia itself was well organized - the parent could be with the child until the last possible moment before entering the operating room and immediately after the patient woke up. The food is very good - a variety of breakfasts and dinners (vegetables, cold meats, cheese, yogurt, etc.) and enough for both children and parents. Doctors are patient, helpful and cordial. I give it a well-deserved 5 - the child only shed tears before leaving - that it's over and it's time to part with the new friend from the room :)

The appointment was made for a specific time of 2:20 p.m., but on arrival it turns out that the doctor is not there yet and it is not known when he will be there. A queue of 10 people, some with an appointment for the same time. No information from the clinic about the situation before arrival. I asked for a refund, if someone doesn't have time to wait 3 hours for their turn, I don't recommend it.

Although I only had an MRI in this hospital, I had a really positive impression. Everyone is very nice :) the hospital makes an impression, everyone should look like that. And most importantly, the deadline very soon (and on the National Health Fund)

4.11.23 I came at 8:00 to donate blood. As a result, the nurse arrived only at 8:30. I went to the receptionist twice and asked where the nurse was, she said she went to give an injection in the emergency room. Such a mess. I paid the money and waited another 30 minutes for the nurse. Is this a high tech clinic???

I took tests at the WMT clinic on Postovaya and registered at the reception without any problems. The administrators helped me connect my personal account, which received all my test results the next day. I was pleased with the cafe and water coolers on each floor. It’s convenient to eat after taking tests on an empty stomach

You really become convinced of this when you are faced with the question: leave everything as it is or take the chance that talented and attentive masters of their craft can give you, now I mean the doctors of the clinic. Give a chance for happiness, because as Mikhail Bulgakov said: “What elements make up happiness? Only of two, gentlemen, only of two: a calm soul and a healthy body.” I thank all the clinic staff for hearing the questions: is there a chance, is it possible to do something? It costs a lot, and not everyone is capable of it. Only those who are modest in their speech, but decisive in their actions are capable, such as the doctors of the clinic Kazakov Maxim Petrovich and the chief physician Pylev Andrey Lvovich. We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

My relative is dying of cancer without treatment. She is either admitted to the clinic or sent home without starting treatment due to bureaucratic delays. A person counts every day, but apparently this is not as important as a new piece of paper, right?

Above all praise, specialists of the highest class, service personnel deserve the highest marks. There is order and goodwill in everything.

Ambiguous opinion about a paid hospital. 6600 rubles a room. Disgusting food. True, how can you feed "it"? Cold jelly soups made from some kind of pasta, with a hint of defrosted chicken meat, half-dried pies. The husband asked the clerk for lunch instead of soup for potatoes, she said that she had promised her to another ward))). For breakfast, kefir and orange))). A bathroom with a persistent smell of sewerage, which was not eliminated, even by pouring a product into it (from home, by the way). Each gesture of the staff and procedures is paid in addition to the cost of the ward. Free was only a thermometer at night)))). Well, in general .... having such prices for paid services and the state budget, the FNCC of the 90s and 2023 remained the same (with the exception of the new CDC). The same doors in the departments, the same shabby floors, the same stream in which to find a competent doctor is a lottery for a million. All good and health!

Knee replacement was performed. The operation was painful and complicated.. I was very pleased. High specialists, masters of their craft. Just wizards. And what else I liked was the attitude of the staff. The team is united and attentive. thank you for everything

I have had abdominal liposuction and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Tomasz Mierzwiński. I am very pleased with the results, but I have to wait a few weeks for the final result, but the surgery itself and post-operative care are at the highest level. I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. Very nice, small hospital with very friendly staff. The equipment is nice, a large bathroom and toilet. I was here for surgery for almost a week and it's a shame that they don't behave like this in all hospitals. There are very nice doctors here. Nurses and paramedics are human, helpful, willing, kind and full of humor. Thank you so much, you all made it much more bearable.

As a foreigner travelling to Prague, this hospital was very helpful. When I got there, the foreign reception was closed and it was hard to communicate with the late at the emergency. Once I was admitted, the doctors and nurses were very competent professionals during my 3 days stay there.

SKIP THIS PLACE! Hospital with old school doctors who see the need to question you inappropriately and then chastise you for coming in after hours with “nothing major.” The attitude in this hospital reflects a pre 1989 mentality when staff were unaware that ever patient is PRIMARILY a client! Go somewhere else; anywhere!!!

Omg! After living in CZ as English speaker for almost 3 years, I finally found the best hospital here. I was here mostly at the cardiology department. Most of the nurses can speak English. Even if they are not, they still try to communicate with you. And ofc, all doctor can speak English. All of them are so patient, nice, and friendly. I was super surprise that I had some chitchat with some nurses during the waiting times. The waiting time is logically make sense. I can simply say, they love their jobs. I can’t recommend anywhere else rather than here :) Best one 😊

The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

Extremely negative experience, after having traveled more than 100km and 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment scheduled for December 4 at 1:20 p.m., for possible breast cancer, I learned on the spot that it had been brought forward to 9 a.m. without being informed . Despite the advance of almost 30 minutes for each patient, the two doctors present categorically refused, without even coming or apologizing to carry out the planned examinations. Probably a golf course or a houndstooth hunt planned for 4 p.m.??!!!. No consideration or humanity on their part. So I stay with my anxieties and my doubts until a possible another appointment.

I had there fundraisers opening my door and when i confronted him, he said oh i thought you wont be able to hear me. Since when did they have the right to open my house door? eastlondon area. Please advise your staff not to open peoples porch doors or any door if they dont answer the door.

Will you please remind your door to door salespeople whom I guess are students operating in Ripley Derbyshire that it is against Charity Commission regulations to pressurise people into signing up to donating. They have been targeting elderly people twice in two days now. By using high pressure tactics like this you are tarnishing the good works this Hospital does.

We’ve been harassed by GOSH representatives on numerous occasions now. They knocked our door THREE times in a single day. Once at midday when no-one was home, the second just 10 minutes after I arrived home from work (obviously stalking me), and the third at 8:30pm!! I’ve previously expressed my disinterest on donating to the charity, yet they continue to return to our property. If a property could be put on a sort of TPS these guys would be in some serious trouble. After speaking to neighbours, they had nothing good to say either (we have a community Facebook Group), some even said that the representatives were extremely rude and overly personal - one lady even had to leave her house because she didn’t feel safe! Times are hard enough and people certainly aren’t going to donate money to a charity that is being represented by such rude individuals. We’ve offered to give them some spare change as a donation but they insist on bank details. You can jog on if you think I’m going to be giving my bank details to some stranger at my doorstep. I’ll happily donate to charity but it will be on my own terms - not with harassment and peer pressure at my door. I wrote this review after GOSH decided to ignore my email of complaint. We’ve now opted to purchase a ‘no cold callers’ plaque to prevent them from visiting in future. If they choose not to comply and continue to harass us, I will be taking this further; perhaps even deciding as a community to set up a ‘no cold calling zone’ with the Local Authority if need be.
