We chose this clinic solely based on reviews and I can say that the Euroonko clinic really lives up to my assessment. We came here with a serious diagnosis. We have been examined here for more than six months, the doctors performed a complex operation. Thank them very much. They gave us hope. The attitude towards patients is really decent. Yes, Expensive..., but life is at stake - this forces you to take the right step.

In 2020, after the closure of hospitals due to Covid, I was only admitted to Euroonco. They provided the necessary assistance and began treatment. After CT, surgery was performed. Very high quality treatment, after which I felt good. Now the situation has developed that I have applied again. Other clinics could not help me. I am very grateful to the attending physician Kazakov MP and Pylev AA, Zhandarva AA and all the medical staff... They treat me here.

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy as an inpatient at this hospital in the Ellis ward. I can only speak from my experience and I would say I am extremely happy with the care I am receiving. All staff from the reception desk to the oncologists are friendly and attentive. I believe I am in very good hands and feel all of my needs and fears are cared for. The staff all love what they do and nothing ever seems to too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hospital highly to anyone who unfortunately gets struck by this ba%tard disease. Excellent theatre staff and informed follow up by doctors. Wilson Ward is however very noisy. Visitors are allowed to talk loudly and lights on until 11pm so difficult to sleep. Nursing staff (bar 1) is excellent. Food is good. Cleanliness is also very good. Well run. Helpful volunteers.

Having had very long and complex medical history I have come to thoroughly dislike doctors and hospitals, so it takes something quite extraordinary to garner 5* from me. The Marsden is definitely that extraordinary place with equally amazing care and fantastic team work throughout. For me care was co-ordinated and faultless. Also the food wasn't bad, which is a small miracle in itself!

My comment only concerns the space which serves as a cafeteria.... a long wait... in the cold!! Talk to you about it, we send you for a walk, I hear the security agent making fun of my request, and tells his colleague that he is under the air conditioning, ... in short, frozen radiator, when wait, and we eat in the cold, I can tell you that it is most unpleasant

In an obscene parking rate, only one cash register at the end, puddles everywhere, a swimming pool (1 meter wide, 2 meters long and 10 centimeters deep) to get out and reach the ICL, and a Pyramid staircase Mayan slippery, because the totally necessary elevator for people with reduced mobility is BROKEN.

Operated by Dr. HEJL at the end of July, I have excellent memories of my brief visit to the 5th floor just after my operation. The nursing staff (and non-nursing staff) were adorable... I take my hat off to them for their work which is not easy every day. A little nod to this duo of caregivers with whom one morning we imitated the meows of the 😸 in front of the anesthetist! (I occupied room 502 until August 3) Really thank you for your good care! The meals were of high quality and appetizing (which is rather rare in hospitals). I can say that in my case the support was perfect.

Hospitality perfect, the servis too. In different hospital they wanted to operate my hernia discs, i relocated here and in 3 days they fixed me up prkperly wothout operation. Thumbs up! Also food is much better then other hospitals and doctors are very friendly and will always properly explain whats going on and discuss various options for you. Can't say was impressed by attitude of Kondratishko service. We not living in Latvia any more and have adopted to western culture and would like to have better service and customer skill service from person who charges such a big money for 5 min consultation. Very dissatisfied. Would not let my other half to have operation done by person like that. Hope clinic's bosses are reading this and some measures will be taken to put her on the right way how to provide her service.

Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

Recovering from a total knee replacement and could not have been in safer hands than at Beardwood. All the nurses who looked after me were a credit and nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very well looked after and I am sure will recover more quickly as a result.

Everyone from the receptionist through to the surgeon made my stay a brilliant experience. The nursing staff (different on all 3 days) were nothing short of being Angels. The catering staff 1st class. Please note your full English breakfast was excellent. The night shift team were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble. Overall a 1st class performance in my opinion, thank you so much.

Great hospital where I was well taken care of during my ankle surgery. The only slight criticism is please wait after knocking before entering the room, a couple of times the person came in straight after knocking when I hadn't given my consent, one time I was not dressed. Other than that I had a lovely stay and everyone was really friendly and nice.

Wonderful level of care from the pre op assessment all the way through my stay. Each and every member of staff I came across truly cared and did everything they could to make me and my stay comfortable. Also very welcoming to my partner who visited everyday.

My whole experience at Shirley Oaks was the best I could have expected. I was a patient at Shirley Oaks when it first opened in the late 80's and it has since then become my hospital of choice. From the senior nursing staff to the catering and housekeeping staff, everyone of them where extremely professional, caring and friendly. I enjoyed my stay on the ward. All of the staff were very courteous, attentive, well presented, and exceptionally friendly. At all times I was made fully aware of what was going on in preparation for my operation. Couldn't fault any of the staff for their professionalism, friendliness and reassuring manner they showed me during my short time with them. Everyone from the receptionist to the consultant were absolutely fantastic. Only one gripe I have is the limited parking on site. We were lucky to get a space but the alternative was a pay & display at a local supermarket. I find this a bit off considering the money I was paying for the treatment!!

The whole team at HCA Wilmslow are absolutely amazing. They quality of care and attention to detail is something I’ve never seen before. Special mention to nurse Rachel who was absolutely fabulous and took such good care of me both before and after my surgery.

There is a minus, but it relates to the city authorities; parking spaces have not been thought out. This is some kind of horror!!! Parking is impossible. A line of cars along the road from stop to stop and beyond. There are no places for disabled people at all.

The service staff is good. But neurosurgeon A.M. Kakaev and Stankevich S.K. butchers. All they have to do is cut up the wild boar and separate the fat from the meat. A neuroma formed at the suture of the ulnar nerve after neuroplasty, which caused pain in the fingers. At the consultation they said that it would not be a problem to remove the neuroma, it would not affect the motor skills of the hand, and the pain would disappear. As a result, the integrity of the nerve was compromised and the pain increased two to three times.
