Malunion treatment in 2 Orthopedic surgery clinics in Sofia

Reception is a disaster be careful. Receptionist took me to doctor???

Very clean hospital. Went for a colonoscopy today and everyone was very nice and helpful! Doctor Georgieva is very kind and understanding! The only downside is the long wait for the examination. The whole thing took 6 hours and the exam itself is 10 minutes. But still, I'd rather wait and be treated with kindness and respect!

Horrible experience. We are waiting 2 hours already for a simple 5 min surgery. I don't even know how much more it would be. Nobody tells you at least an estimation. Too bad for the good interior. Do not go there!!!!

I was sent here after a fall resulted in a deep gash in my chin. As a foreigner, I had no idea what was happening and waited a very long time. Part of the issue was that they had trouble comprehending that we were willing to pay cash. When I finally was treated, the doctors seemed quite competent, although quite young. I later had the stitches removed on a cruise ship and the wound has healed very well. The total cost, including an x-ray was $65. In the US, the service probably would not have been any better and the cost would have been 20 times that or more. Says a lot about healthcare in the USA.

For the first time in my life i wish to give 0 star review for the "best" hospital in Bulgaria. If you have been sent here it meena you are in dire need of medical attention. But with 3 people before me i have been waiting here for 3 hours..... things need to change bring more staff or increase the room capacity.

It is clean and I was accepted almost immediatly. However, the nurses were rude and their attitude was very unprofessional! They treated me and other patients like we work here and know everything and refused to respond adequtely to questions we had! I would reccomend for Pirogoff to not only update its look on the outside, but also to hire adequate personnel.

I thank the entire team of Vitosha Hospital, for the care and all the positive attitude, which made the stay more bearable against the background of the serious condition upon admission. Wonderful people and professionals. Thanks!

I also thank you on behalf of my mother Denka Dimitrova Sakarska, whose hip joint you replaced without worrying about her age and 88 years old. Such an operation was refused by the hospital in Kazanlak, on the grounds that that he will not last. The attitude towards the patient and his relatives in this hospital was beyond all criticism. Once again, I thank Miss Vitosha for not twisting the hands of the patient's relatives financially. BE ALIVE AND HEALTHY AND STILL RESPONSIVE.❤

I am extremely satisfied with Vitosha Hospital. I had to turn to them after suffering a broken right leg. The attention and treatment I received was brilliant. They approached me extremely carefully. I thank them from the bottom of my heart that I can be active again and have no problems!

Great doctors, nurses are hit and miss. Sometimes nice and sometimes very mean. It seems they have very long shifts and it depends on when u catch them.. which is a shame. Treat ur nurses better or pay them more it seems their morale is low. Otherwise great healthcare.

There is no time management. An appointment is only for you to pay the charges. After that, you are at their mercy. Patients recommended jump the que and are seen beforehand. Staff are impolite, and there is no courtesy. As a fellow medical professional, I see a total lack of dignity and respect when talking to patients. The lady who did the ECG literally manhandled me and threw the report on my jacket. Bottom line, no one was smiling. Would rather go back to the UK for treatment. Paying for a low class derogatory service. Punctuality means nothing.

Taking appointment is completely useless. We had an appointment at 12:10 and we had to wait until 14:30. When you ask about when they are gonna take you in, they are making fun of you. Worst healthcare experience that we ever had. And we missed an important business meeting thanks to their irresponsible behaviour which cost us a lot of money. Never again!

Excellent doctors and other medical staff. Clean modern facilities. Can be busy so be prepared to wait unless it's an emergency. Access by bus and metro (medical University stop)

literally dont go to this hospital, you will regret every second. im an addict and i got called a attention seeker, and the doctors dont listen at all, truly some of the most stubborn people ever

The psychiatry clinic's day care facility is very good.
