Crazy person on the line. Just not normal to talk to people like that. Why do you work in the hospital if you hate them so much?

I went to this hospital several months ago to run some tests. Upon trying to reschedule an appointment for a checkup, I was told that they do not accept foreigners, despite the fact I have Czech residency, and was referred elsewhere. The level of unprofessionalism is frankly appalling; it appears the staff at this hospital has forgotten the fall of communism was over 30 years ago.

Update:
The Doctors that threw the Patient ( a potential stroke victim) out of the ER saying that there was nothing wrong, and refused to examine him or order any test including an MRI, for which he had a script
That Patient was diagnosed with MND / Motor Neuron Disease, 4 (four) months later.
The Neurologist that refused examine the patient, also refused to order any TEST that could help identify the problem, should LOSE HER LICENSE.
Do Not go to ANY Czech health facility, if you want to live. But if you choose stay, be certain that you can live with the consequents', because your condition will only get worse
If you get sick while in the Czech Republic, do not expect to get help from an emergency room! No matter where you're from including the Czech Republic, run to Germany or Austria as quick as you can. They will not treat you unless you're visibly dying in front of them. Even at a private clinic, there is a 4-6 week wait. If you think you are having a stroke, get E-Vac to the nearest town on the Austrian or German border. This is not a joke nor an exaggeration.
I had to give it 1 Star, so I can warn traveling Americans. Don't get sick in Czechia!
