Hello, I would like to thank the cardiology clinic. On 20.11. I had an emergency EKG where I was diagnosed with a heart attack. Everyone, including the nurses and the doctor, were incredibly caring and kind. Thank you all very much and I hope you will always be such a great team ❤️

Great everything went like it should, the staff is very forthcoming and helpful.

The hemorrhoid surgery and subsequent hospitalization went perfectly. I highly appreciate the helpful and friendly attitude of the doctors, nurses and other staff. The surgery department is very nicely renovated, in every room a clean modern shower, toilet, Smart TV, WiFi. The food is very tasty by hospital standards. Thank you very much for the pleasant course of hospitalization.

We completed the birth and follow-up care at the hospital. I positively acknowledge a parking lot with sufficient capacity and a price of CZK 10/hour. I also really liked the breakfast buffet concept. Of course, the quality of the food corresponded to the amount paid by the client for health insurance. The hospital's equipment also matches the price. The birth took place normally, thanks to extra-standard care (own midwife and doula). A very noisy renovation was taking place in the hospital, when the client's bed was also vibrating. So it was necessary to leave the hospital earlier. The behavior of the staff corresponds to the 20s of the 21st century in the Czech Republic. In other words, normal and nice during normal communication. In case of problems, arrogance and threats start. Some of the staff also only speak broken Czech. Overall, the vaunted Czech care has once again shown what it really is. No one died and in this case no one has any lasting effects, but would anyone want to go through it again?...No........I recommend considering the alternative of not paying for the birth in Germany or Austria. It can be stated that the care provided fully corresponded to the amount of health insurance paid in the Czech Republic.

Very unprofessional attitude of some doctors (Nguyen Duc, M.D. does not understand and is not interested in you and nurse Adéla is arrogant) in the gynecology department. Of course they will accommodate you and nothing is a problem, but my personal experience with this hospital is disastrous. In the winter of 2023, I underwent a hysterectomy. I was to be operated on by MUDr. Radek Poláček, who was absent at the time and no one informed me. All the pre-operative examinations were negative. After the operation, Mudr. Josef Hajči, who finally operated on me, came to me and told me that he had no information about me in the card and that he was sorry, he was very tired and we accidentally removed one ovary. After the operation, the drip dripped out of my vein, my hand was swollen, when I called the nurse she scolded me. They will never see me in this hospital again, although they have new equipment, but humanity and professional behavior are missing. it was the fourth one's turn and by mistake he also removed the ovary ovary

Try taking the elevator to the 10th floor at OCHNÍ.... You wait 10 minutes for the elevator. One then arrives full of Ukrainians, and in the other they transport the patient from the hall to the ward. After another 15 minutes of waiting in the green zone in front of the elevator (so that the elevator would even know that I would like to go up), I preferred to walk up the stairs..... Terrible 🤮

When you enter, leave all hope. This is one of the most desolate hospitals I have ever seen. I went here with my kid who had a medical letter for an infectious disease and needed antibiotics. The receptionist started bullying me because I couldn't speak Czech well, so she basically sent me home. I started yelling back at her and some other lady there told me to stop yelling because she felt offended by me. I told her that she could take her offence and shove it. I pay taxes here and I demand to be treated humanely. Eventually we got into the emergency where one nurse took off with my phone to show doctors there the email from our doctor. Then she made us wait. Finally, another nurse came out and helped us register. The registration lady was nice. We went to section C at 1st floor and the people there were polite. We finally learnt we actually had to go to another hospital. To sum up, if a car crushes me in the street and the ambulance wants to rush me to Lochotin hospital, I prefer to be left to die in peace, rather than deal with such people again.

Went to the emergency room because I had some infection or allergic reaction on my lip and they told me to come back in 2 days because the right doctor isn’t there. What kind of emergency treatment is that? Also they don’t speak any English what makes communication extremely difficult..

If I were to evaluate the surrounding area and the outside of the hospital at the moment, it looks like a battlefield in terms of repairs and modifications, but the hospital itself is more important 🏥, and I already evaluated it once and my evaluation has not changed, i.e. I will never allow it to go to the FN, great doctors and, of course, nurses, with whom my patients communicate first. Above-standard care, just great respect and admiration for me. Thanks to all the medical staff 👍💐👏👌

On July 4th, emergency admission.. we come with our son (16 months), he was bleeding from the head after a fall at home. First comes the queue lady, very unpleasant, she didn't even know how to buzz... then we sit in the waiting room, wait for 2 hours - I'm reminded of a one-year-old child with a head injury! Even the staff (probably the medical brother) found it strange that they still didn't take us!! And finally a Ukrainian woman came, she knocked, and let them take her right away, that she has a stomach ache, and they? They took her because, after all, the glory of Ukraine.. a mockery of Czech citizens and especially children.. UK is always preferred🙏🏽 I only give 1 star because of the attentiveness of the gentleman. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! We called Mulac's hospital, and despite the fact that they only treat children from 3 years old, they told us to come if they would leave us waiting like that with such a small child!!

A real life saver!

I went there twice to get some treatment. Both of my problems were solved as quickly as possible and never bothered me again. Very professional staff. Not sure if they all speak good English, since I spoke Czech but they were trying hard to understand me, a foreigner.

The staff is very cooperative. I visited the hospital two times with my different friends. One of my visit is in an emergency case, and they treat very well.

Yesterday's emergency reception at the ophthalmology department was quite nourishing... At the reception, the lady told us on the "spokesman" that the doctor was operating and we would have to wait at least an hour. they left it outside where 2 more patients arrived, so we wouldn't all be able to fit in if the weather was bad. The treatment itself then proceeded quickly, the doctor was pleasant, professional and everything went perfectly well.
