The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip. A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.
