The service manager's attitude is condescending, patronizing, inferior and unprofessional. We already know in advance and without consulting the customer, what the customer's business is. The real quality of operations can be seen in the professional and customer-oriented handling of complaints and reminders. The service promises on the Heart Center's website are empty.

As a native English speaker, recently moved to Finland, I needed to find a doctor and hospital that I could communicate with. The Heart Hospital's staff is extremely welcoming and professional. The hospital itself feels safe and puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. Coming to a hospital is stressful, but the staff and office environment is excellent. The doctors, especially Dr. Jussila, are experts. I have never met a doctor more professional and kind and comforting. The entire experience with the Heart Hospital has been outstanding, the care is world class!

A big hospital. Experience only in a maternity hospital, laboratory and emergency room. The premises are clean and there is also an R-kiosk inside. The service has been good so far. Paid parking is a shame. Of course, there is a puck court nearby, if you feel like walking the couple of hundred meters. The bird's song is a fun detail that is made for the door.

Long waiting times in the emergency room. The nurses don't even come to ask how you are :(

Mother's treatment was transferred here from Turku a couple of years ago (pacemaker pkl and heart pkl) The level of treatment rose to a completely different level.

I received a back pain relief massage from physiotherapist Petri Salose. He also promised to ask the house doctor for a painkiller prescription. The care is really commendable, because the next morning Petri called and asked how I was doing. He also arranged a new time, so that I can get in shape before leaving for the fall trip.
