This summer, I underwent a small local and outpatient procedure at La Timone. I arrived with my daughter at 6:45 am and left at 11 am. The local anesthesia was horribly painful. Well I left 3 hours later sitting in the wrong chair in the locker room. The water you requested is hot. The toilets have no paper. Luckily I had my mask to wipe myself!!! And total of the story I receive a notice of payment from the finance department for a 5-day hospitalization!!! Despite phone and email nothing happens. Here is where I am really avoiding this hospital which has never been maintained and which charges you anything.

I was taken to the Urgences here by ambulance and I have never had such an awful experience. The nurse who was looking after me was completely cold and uncaring despite the fact I has a blocked intestine and was not only I’m agony but kept blacking and vomiting. At one point when he saw me vomiting he said “don’t you think you are exaggerating a bit”! It took 6 hours before I had a scan and in that time I was left alone and given no blanket despite being soaked in sweat from the pain. When I finally went upstairs to the operating theatre, the experience was much better. I know this hospital has some great doctors and the surgeon who operated on me did an amazing job. My criticism is uniquely directed at the a&e “urgences” here which is just not good enough. All the staff were uncaring and cold and I felt scared and abandoned which is not what one should feel in hospital. Sorry, but a little more humanity would mean less stress to patients!

We should have researched better before choosing this establishment to follow my mother-in-law, who was sick with cancer at not even 60 years old, carried away by sepsis linked to the treatment and the negligence of the staff who decided to turn a blind eye to the septic shock she was having. "Understand, seeing what she had..." We understand that you left her to die in pain, yes. Etched memories.

Quick appointment. The reception from the entrance to the exam is very professional with very attentive, patient and smiling professionals which help us to channel our stress.
The secretaries of senology are reactive despite almost assembly-line work. Thanks !

Mum was treated in 2013 in this establishment for stage 1 - grade 3 endometrial cancer. Everything had gone well at the time and the staff at all levels showed humanism and attentiveness. She was followed for the next 7 years twice a year to check for any recurrence. She was either having a CT scan or a medical visit. In September 2020, his oncologist announced his recovery. In December 2020, mom has abnormal discharge. The verdict falls during this month, recurrence of his cancer. How can we announce to a patient his recovery by performing a simple vaginal examination? Mom had a very developed cancer in the pelvis, and metastases in the liver and lungs. When she asked her oncologist for an explanation, she told him that her cancer was 'up there' and she hadn't felt it. A tumor of 5 cm all the same and low enough to touch the rectum. Today, mom left us. His multiple stays at the IpC were marked by inhuman staff, multiple interlocutors - internals speaking openly about the fatality of the situation and very unprofessional, several examinations for which we never had the results... and the height was when we found out afterwards that she had suffered from pulmonary oedema… As a family, we felt excluded and helpless. The deplorable situation was amplified because of the barrier measures put in place for the covid where mom had to go to her appointments alone and take the bad news without support from us. I wonder if we could have done otherwise if his cancer had been detected earlier. We wanted mom to go home for her last days, the Ipc palliative team care was catastrophic. We were totally destitute with prescriptions for hospital drugs… delivered on Sundays… it took several days to restore the situation and for Mom to be able to calm down. I do not recommend this establishment which has changed in a few years although the number side has always been present… I do not recommend this oncologist… mum no longer suffers, I know very well that it was her cancer that killed her but a a little more human consideration and communication in his care would have made his last months of life more colorful.

My 2-year-old daughter had diabolos and adenoid surgery on an outpatient basis. Very serious, attentive and child-friendly staff. Everything is well thought out to properly prepare the children for an intervention (anesthesia mask with stickers, stuffed animal, explanatory booklet, children's pajamas, electric car).
The day of the intervention the child is taken care of so that they do not expect too much, the parents are well accompanied. The staff is gentle with children. The next day we were contacted for news.
We are very happy with the care from all points of view (administrative, anesthesia consultation, outpatient service, postoperative.)

I went to the emergency department without an appointment, they agreed to see me within half an hour. Subsequently the general practitioner detects an infection in the foot and makes me do an ultrasound in the process. Then he takes care of making me a quick appointment with an orthopedic surgeon.
A few days later the surgeon receives me and schedules me an appointment for an operation 3 days later. The operation went very well, and I would like to congratulate the team present who were constantly at my bedside to ensure that I lacked nothing. Also thank you to the surgeon, Doctor Debette who takes the time to explain and reassure his patients.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves.
I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement:
- at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄
- cold administrative reception
- a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do
- we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I was in Paris for few days last summer, on the 21st of July.
2 days prior one of my teeth broke in the UK. I went to see my dentist who advised me to remove it soon as possible, he also did a scan.
I arrived in Paris and I thought I better find a dentist to remove my tooth. I googled and found this hospital. I went in, gave my details and also an address in France.
I waited 40min to be seen. 2 young dentist were waiting for me. I showed my scan and asked for them to remove my tooth.
They replyed 'there's no surgeon, they are all on holiday".
The conversation lasted 3 min. Before I left and Precisely if I m going to be charged. They replyed Absolutely NOT.
Why are you sending a bill of €60.???

Really bad experience. My friend had chicken pox and yesterday we went there. Doctor see him at 13h then he said he have to wait to see another doctor. We wait there 4 hours then same doctor see him again at 17:15 then doctor said he is not sure it’s Chicken pox or what you need to connect another doctor. The same thing he can told us at 13h why he keep waiting us 4 hours? This is not normal. Sick people come for treatment because they are suffering and for doctors is just entertainment. No respect.

Ophthalmic intervention. I admit that I was apprehensive before coming here in view of the negative opinions. I found there a very friendly and attentive physical welcome, a team of caring nurses with excellent organization, a very clean double room, post-op, a snack, with a nurse present to find out if everything is ok. went well, and the reception ordered me a taxi. Although the feeling is very subjective, I do not understand the virulence of certain opinions.
In conclusion, everything went well and thank you to the team. When it's good, you have to say it too 😉

I arrived on 21/11 and 05/12 for 2 cataract operations, at the Cherest clinic, at 7:15 am, not in a good mood. At the reception, an affable and courteous young man directed me to admission. Everything went very well with kindness, especially Caroline, with her humor and her laughter.
On the 3rd floor, the team of nurses welcomes you, all smiling, considerate, taking care of you.
Ismaël, the super happy singing stretcher-bearer, accompanies you to the operating room where you are taken care of by the anesthesia team, led by Doctor Didier Leclerc, to whom I apologize, I have been informed! (only people present in the operating room on December 5 will understand).
Then the top of the top, the surgeon Titah Nagoudi, a great professional, soothing, reassuring and calm.
If I had to have a third eye operation (a nod to Doctor Titah Nagoudi) I would go to this clinic without any problem, where I was received at all levels with professionalism, kindness, efficiency and benevolence. If this small clinic seems dilapidated from the outside, it is better to have a small home than a large impersonal one in others.
In general, I have a rather very critical mind.

I have been tryi by to call the clinic for the whole week.I have a problem with my registration and I wanted to clear that up. After one week somebody answered… my french is not perfect and the staff on the phone couldn’t wait until I noted the correct phone number. They just hanged up and I still don’t have a number. It would have been hilarious if it wasn’t like a serious medical place.
