Jaw tumor treatment in 13 Dentistry and Oncology clinics in Budapest

Hey Google Appeals team!! This is not a fake review, I went there and have an invoice to prove it! Review: A 6min doctor consultation for 100eur (35k HUF). No ultrasound which is usual. Just a short talk and that's it! Dr. Papp Gyorgy had not given me the appropriate time or attention for my medical condition. 6min in and out!

I highly recommend Duna Medical Centre. Professional, efficient, pristine offices, kind english speaking staff, state of the art machine (mammogram tomosynthesis). Dr Anett Szomják. Everything was super easy.

I had a very pleasant experience at the urology with Dr Buzogány István and his assistant. All the people I’ve met with so far in the center are very kind and helpful.

Stay away at all cost ! Or they will destroy your life !!!!!!!!!

I had a consultation with Dr.Siklós Pál. Until now I don't understand why I was treated badly! It breaks my heart that a doctor treat you like that when you are going through hard time, no empathy! I was not treated like human.

Excellent service, helpful people, got fixed quickly

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

I spent four days at the institution due to a minor operation. The care, attention, empathy, and understanding provided by the doctors and nurses are indescribable. They treat me with patience and the utmost expertise. I owe nothing but gratitude! The cleanliness of the rooms is also first class. Thank you.

I was "lucky" to spend a few days in the Head and Neck Department due to a minor operation. It was like I was at the Black Forest Clinic. Unbelievable cleanliness, they walked around every day with almost white gloves to see if everything was in order even in the most hidden places (of course there was cleaning every day) bed linen was removed every 3 days. Everyone is very kind and helpful. As soon as they come into contact with a person, they immediately introduce themselves, pay attention to everything, do it gently, and help. Air conditioning in the room, I've never heard of that before. Delicious and plentiful food (Balaton slices or cookies for an after-lunch snack:) Hot sweet and bitter tea in the corridor 24 hours a day, microwave, book, so you can do it that way, please. I can only congratulate and thank you for everything.

Hats off to the institute workers (my colleagues), who work tirelessly every day for the patients and to improve their quality of life. I have been to a few state institutions as a worker and as a patient, and nowhere have I experienced such humanity from either side. Today, I would like to give special thanks to the Department of Head and Neck Surgery of the Institute, especially Dr. to Márta Szalai, dr. To Edit Szívós and Krisztina Kovács, who did everything to help me get back on my feet and professionally treated an infection that did not belong here, which unfortunately could not be treated professionally in the other institution designated for this purpose. Thank you to them and the entire Department!

Very helpful staff

Traveling through Budapest and was curious on completing a crown that I had postponed due to insurance coverage. Helvetic provided professional service like everyone said in reviews. No pressure at all to proceed with service but they provided an in depth, free, consultation on my needed procedure. Looking at my dentist quote earlier in the year, Helvetic was 50% the price of my dentist in USA. I only passed on completing here due to travel plans. I did complete a cleaning here and that procedure was on par with professional service I’ve have had in the past. The price was same as Portugal and way cheaper then in USA. Clinic is exceptionally clean and professional. I would and do recommend them. Plan your schedule accordingly!

After extensive research i decided to go with Helvetic, Had several implants and crowns done at this clinic. The whole process took 10 days over 3 visits to Budapest. The Staff there are just fantastic, caring very thoughtful and very efficient. Virginia looked after me and she was just great, so thorough in her work, never rushing. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

A great experience, excellent staff and treatment. They make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. They explain all your options and costs, which are a lot less expensive than at home. They show a real attention to your needs. This was my second visit and I would highly recommend Helvetic Clinics in Budapest.

I had a lip surgery there and the sample was supposed to be sent for hystology test, and it was agreed to be sent me by email, but after 3 months it was never done. By phone after multiple calls (where I was asked to wait for “5 minutes” and promised to be called back and was never called back though) I was told that I need to come to have a control examination which I didn’t have in the end. And I received a paper that looks like it is not original at all, so I don’t really believe that they did any testing, for which I paid extra 30k HUF. The whole situation was really weird.

I had a very great experience with Dentium Implant Center. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I even had my nerves calmed down. The clinic is well equipped and has a feel-good vibe, and I'm completely satisfied with the dentist's work. Painless, professional and beautiful. Highly recommended.

All the staff, including Janos Geller the facilitator, the transfer drivers, receptionists, and dental surgeons are polite, engaging, and chatty. I have total confidence and trust in Dr Kaman and Dr Lantos, who are both highly skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and humourous. I had 5 fillings done here. FOUR of the treated teeth hurt now (most of them did not hurt before the treatment). The doctor kept saying she does not see any problems. I do not recommend this place. UPD: @ImplantCenter: you had not answered the last three of my emails while I WAS your client, so why would I even try contacting you now?

Every body should avoid this place! Unacceptable low level of the dentists! Ugly job and not clean at all, i stayed 3 days in hospital with a strong antibiotic treatment after last meeting because my mouse was infected. They even didn't want to apologize. Run away from them, this is the best advise i can give you.

I was there a while ago... I see they managed to get my review removed. But it was the worst experience, I had. They began a treatment without asking if i would agree, they put me to sign a paper that accepts a treatment in advance, that assured that I can't complain if something didn't work as desired.

This is the worst place I've ever seen. I came for a teeth cleaning, the doctor was a young guy. The teeth cleaning was not good and unprofessional because not all the plaque and tartar was removed. The cleaning took only 8 minutes (😂). I pointed out the mistakes to him and he only fixed 2 spots, he refused to do the rest. I had discomfort after the cleaning on my lower teeth when touching my tongue, asked him to polish the place, he also refused. Now I have to look for another clinic to fix it all and finish it. Guys, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a clinic that only wants money, they don't care about the quality of their work. ————————- Why do you care what my name is? Does it make any difference who paid? Your job is to provide the service, the patient's job is to pay for it. Let me start in order. 1. I left a review about a service you provided that I used. You don't like the feedback? Start a more qualitative approach to customers, not thinking only about money. 2. You say I was 15 minutes late? Right, but there are ethics in the world where people who are late are allotted no more than 15 min to wait, so that's why you accepted me because I didn't exceed the waiting time. (I recommend studying ethics). 3. Your young doctor did a terrible cleaning. Firstly there are lots of places where teeth were not cleaned, secondly no polishing of the teeth was done, which should be!!!! 4. You say 50 minutes of service? I sat for ~35 min listening to another treatment plan for my other teeth followed by an offer to buy it. Did you forget that I strictly came for a teeth cleaning, not to talk to the doctor? The cleaning itself was 8 min!!!! Also, do you think it's okay to chat and laugh with the assistant when the patient is getting their teeth cleaned? Are we in a bar or a dental office? 5. I also had to return to your clinic to another doctor (thank you for that, excellent doctor) corrected at least somehow the work of your unprofessional young doctor, although I still feel discomfort. Your doctor refused to polish my teeth, which I have never seen anywhere else. 6. You can deny my review, but you really are. 7. All you were able to leave under my previous review is just an emphasis on service. But you must realize that patients are evaluating the quality of your services, not your service. These are not brand name clothing stores.

This place exceeded my expectations by far! I went here for my crooked teeth, and the best solution for me was to get a metal bracket. They made photos, x rays, and even a powerpoint presentation with a clear explanation about the treatment plan. When I have a question or when I feel something unpleasant, they immediately assist me and give professional assistance. Can't think about anything currently they could improve on! So I can recommend this 10 /10!

I booked an appointment with Crystal Dental based on the reviews & also with a holiday pre-planned in Budapest I contacted Crystal dental & they were very clear on my treatment plan. My dentist in U.K. explained my molar tooth couldn’t be saved & if I wanted it saved I needed to pay LOTS of money to see a private dentist!. The dentists at Crystal are professional, experienced & very well accomplished at what they do , everything was very well explained & I’m relieved that my tooth was saved! The great service cost me a fraction of what I would’ve paid in the U.K. Highly recommend this Crystal dental clinic!

Dr. Hassan is simply the BEST!!! He’s super caring and considerate of what we like, I love my veneers and everything was done super efficiently and quickly within 4 days. I’d recommend this clinic to everyone!!! So glad I came here😊

I have had two visits to Crystal Dental during my 10-day vacation (06/10/2023) and I was honestly over the moon with the way I was treated here. The staff are very friendly and helpful and also, I have to say that I was immensely impressed with Dr Hassan who was friendly, attentive and took the time to explain the procedures and his thoughts on how the treatment should progress. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Doctor Hassan for his patience and persistence in ensuring that my dental implant was a success this was far from an easy process as the anesthetic was a major problem, however he managed to complete the process and save me an extra visit next year. If you need dental work done then I would highly recommend Crystal Dental. Don't get ripped off in the UK, come here, get the work done for a fraction of the price, have a holiday and explore the wonderful city of Budapest whilst you are here. You will still be able to do all this cheaper than using your local UK Dentist

I’ve suffered with abscesses and bad teeth all my life, Kreativ did a lot of work (every tooth needed work). For the first time in 30 years I can smile, also found Hungary and it’s people really great.

I am delighted to share my experience with Kreativ Dental, the company that took care of my bone graft and new implants this year. I am just back from Budapest now after completing the procedure. From the very beginning to the end, the service provided was truly excellent. Initially, I was a bit sceptical about seeking treatment abroad, especially in a country that i don't speak the language. But at when you are only 35 years old and stuck with insensitive/disproportionate quotes in the UK between 7k and 10k for your treatment It gives you more motivation to look elsewhere for better options. After being recommended Kreativ Dental in Budapest by a friend of mine who had family members going there for their treatments I decided to give it a try. The moment I arrived and had a consultation with their experts, my doubts began to dissipate. It was evident that they were knowledgeable and had a team of real professionals. Plus they all spoke perfect English! Choosing to proceed with them turned out to be one of the best decisions I've made. Just a few months later, I now have a brand new set of teeth, and the amount of money I saved was more than half of what I would have spent for the same procedure in the UK. Plus I got to visit this beautiful city. The entire process was smooth and painless, exceeding my expectations. The dentists I met with were arrogant, unkind and unpleasant The dental treatment they offered me had no regard for me as a person - I felt like they were congratulating themselves on finding a solution to my "problem." Their solution was expensive; they also told me that my bone and gum so deteriorated that I would not be able to have implants. Fortunately, I didn't listen - and I now have beautiful implants from a clinic in Croatia with kind dentists at much less money. Be warned. Don't go to these guys.
