Wrist arthroscopy in 2 Orthopedic surgery clinics in Pécs

I had a lipoma on my shoulder, close to the size of a ping pong ball. Dr. Ember did the surgery.Him and his team were great! During the surgery he told me what he was going to do, so I was prepared . They were asking if I was okay the whole time , and the assistant held my hand through the surgery. I am very thankful to Dr. Ember and his Team for taking such a good care of me. I was super nervous and their caring kindness made me feel safe. The Clinic is very nice, it is in a beautiful environment on the Mecsek Hills. The receptionist ladies were super polite , professional and helpful. It is great to have a Clinic like this in my City.

COMPUTER SAYS NO. I have never met such indifference as in this clinic. My wife and I went to this clinic because my wife had palpitations (heart ritme failure) several times in the night and in the morning. She wanted to see a docter for a checkup. We went to the Davinci Clinic in Pecs. At the reception three women were talking. One of them sat behind a computerscreen. Although we said hello in Hungarian, they took no notice of us. After a few minutes the woman behind the screen turnen to us and asked what we wanted. I asked her if she understood English. Yes, she said. We told her the problem, but I had to translate the word "heart" in Hungarian (Szív) for her first. Then she looked at the screen for a while without saying anything or asking anything and said: "You can get an appointment next week". I was stunned and said: "My wife has a problem with her heart!" She didn't respond, looked back at her screen and said, "You can get an appointment next week." We went never to go back there again. Typical example of "Computer says NO"

A lot of assumptions without reading medical files. If they have no knowledge about a certain illness they call it 'non existing'. Not willing to help or advise. Not respectvol at all towards patients. Paying them for this garbage is just a waste of money.

Most of the nurses working in the infectious disease department on the first floor are disrespectful and impatient with vulnerable patients. No empathy or helpfulness whatsoever. Expertise is also questionable in many cases. It is very difficult to get information about the patient's condition from doctors. It's sad that people like this work in healthcare.

They are mean nurses and I saw my grandmother...people who don't want to work...who don't care about patients.

Bit of slow process, but overall it was good. The military folks were extremely polite and helpful. Salut to them!

I had to see a dermatologist with urgency, Dr. Boroczván Csilla was extremely thorough, attentious and kind. After living in the USA with great health insurances for a decade, I can confidently say I was surprised by the cleanliness and treatment here.

I have only positiv experiences here, the doctors are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. The same for the nurses. Indeed if you have to go to the emergency you have to wait, like every where in the world. This is depending on the screening, some cases are more urgent, just accept that. Would be nice to have something to read due the waiting time, but that is the only thing. I was several times here, also for a longer time, and the care is just very good, that is the most important thing.

One of best places in Budapest to get the Covid vaccination. Very efficient and attentive service in a clean and tidy place. All doctors, nurses, IT specialists and soldiers work the help incoming people. No preliminary registration required. Large parking lot located in front of Uzsoki hospital free on weekends only.

After the operation, I did not receive any information about the course of the successful operation, its success, nothing that a patient could expect from his doctor. In addition, the one who operated he took me under his care for the third time, this also shows that I have the utmost confidence in him as his patient. However, I'm sorry that the doctor didn't have enough humanity to even ask if everything was okay after the operation. I understand that we only want a piece of meat at the slaughterhouse, but I don't like it. I had no problems with the nurses. They do their job as best they can. That's why I was lucky with other doctors here, who do excellent work, and a bit of humanity was squeezed into them, which, let's face it, doesn't hurt if you have it, it's half a cure for the patient. Unquestionably, I trusted him to the fullest.

I've had a pretty bad experience with the hospital, I've been trying to call the orthopedics for 3 days now, I want to make an appointment for an infant hip sprain examination, but only the machine answers, it takes hours

I don't have an unnecessary 1 hour to try to reach orthopedics without stopping. :) There is another doctor, another hospital where I get more in half the time than here. It's a bit pathetic that when you try to call them, it rings for a while, and after a few calls you can't even reach the number..😤 This is one of Budapest's "famous" garbage dumps. Rot where you are. :-*

I've been calling them for 79 minutes today! Two out of three numbers are dropped, one is not picked up! It's not enough that the waiting time is 8-10 months, but they haven't answered the phone in weeks! We're already used to the fact that there will be adults...well, children too! 🤮

I had very good experience. Nice hospital, nice rooms, nice food. Very polite staff and trying to help in any way. Was refreshing to find someone who spoke in English with me. All of the staff I came across was really caring.

It is an institution that provides an excellent presentation of the Hungarian health situation. I had to give one star, but that's too much.
