We had a very pleasant encounter with this hospital this summer. My father in law was hospitalized here for over a week and the staff and the hospital crew its absolutely amazing.You get answers at every single question you ask. Compare with other " so called emergency room" this one is a life saver. Yes its quite expensive but you get what you pay for. There is no attitude when you ask something and you get to be treated like a human, plus you get the treatment that you indeed need, not just random medications so they make sales. Thank you medpark.

I really liked how professional are Dr. Cusnir Valeriu (Ophthalmologist) and Dr. Andronic Ana (Internal medicine). My experience with them was very pleasant. They answered all my questions and gave advices for treatment and health overall. P.S. Emergency Department Reception has the best personnel

a hospital has it's own aura decorum. the medical staff here are really powerfull not obeying the rules, wich is one of the main building blocks of great morale here and the overall success rate here, where you are in a care of true proffesionals

I tried to contact them for several days!!!! I sent emails, I called to the reception and she redirected me to a wrong department. There they gave me another phone number but they don't pick up for 2 days!!!! Hopefully their emergency department works faster.

Unfortunately we had to visit Stomatochirurgic department on Sunday evening in emergency with our kettle nephew who had an accident and the tooth got broken. The nurse was very nice to us whilst we were filling up all the paperwork. Meanwhile doctor A. Ščerbová arrived and told us her opinion about the necessity to take out the tooth. We were worried to make the decision quickly and she was so nice and patient that didn’t mind to explain everything to our family friend (dentist) over the phone. Whilst the procedure started she was communicating with our nephew, explained him everything and shortly it was done. Really amazing experience and lovely professional, but still kind attitude of the nurse and the doctor. Thank you very much again!!! PS: there is massive car park with 50czk fee.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the doctors of the center. Especially Alexander Evgenievich Pankratov for his professionalism, responsiveness and kind heart. And Yulia Sergeevna Simonova for the precise management of treatment the entire period while my Sister was here for 9 months and participated in the group research. All prescribed procedures and examinations were carried out according to the protocol, on time and without queues. The attitude of all the staff is very good and friendly! My appointment with chemotherapist Irina Yurievna Stradayeva (head of the department) left me with a very good impression. She carefully read the patient’s documents, listened to me, prescribed treatment, and made recommendations. She gave clear explanations for all questions for a person far from medicine. Thank you very much, Irina Yurievna, for your care for your patients.

FOR FOREIGNERS I had the worst experience at this hospital emergency yesterday. Over 5 hours i waited with 38 degrees fever and pain. The people working at the hospital especially the doctor with her assistant were super racist to me! Whenever i ask for help or try to understand why is the numbers always going with wrong order they didnt give me a proper answer instead they were being super racist and rude to me also they push me to the corridor. I paid around 80 euros because they didnt accept my insurance and it is said to me all doctors can speak in English because it has a foreign department but the doctor forced me to use google translate with a loud voice. They were reprimanding me as if im a kid. This hospital is a huge disaster the woman doctor who is taking care with me was a horrible doctor i had to go back to my country for getting a better health service and she misdiagnosed, not surprised because she didnt even ask for any analysis…Thank god im so much better after the correct medications. If you are tourist please for your own health do NOT visit this hospital…

Shocked at the rude behavior of the staff! They kept calling out the wrong ticket number, and then came out and shouted at me for not responding. Talked down at me and made me feel guilty and ashamed for coming in for an urgent prescription that I needed which, apparently, is a "non-emergency," after I willingly waited for over 4 hours. But I'm not registered with a gp yet because of a complicated situation, which they wouldn't care to understand. Moreover they charge you 90 kc in spite of having Czech health insurance. One of the doctors even loudly demanded that I show her the receipt (proof of payment) first and foremost! Had really expected much better than this!

Leaving review for Orto Ambulanci FNM. As a person who pays 100s of 1000s in taxes and have VZP insurance I’m shoked w a quality of service Czech medicine can offer. waited in the queue for 4+ hours for a simple check up, never got in and left. wow, here is a well deserved 1 star.

I was impatiently waiting for the doctor’s report, so I called the customer service on the phone. She was mean and promised me that she would send the results to my email, but she did not. After a long wait, I called again. She was speaking in a provocative manner. I think it's a good way to deal with tired patients

Safe and relaxing environment. Very friendly and helpful nurses/doctors/all staff who are there for you whenever you need them.

Went to the emergency and had to wait 4 hours! I was in the most pain of my life and instead of giving me priority, they simply didn’t care. After the absurd wait I was given TWO pills which one of them I vomited after. Worst experience ever!

A fractured my feet 2 days ago. I thought it was my ankle on the side, That’s what I told them, they checked it and it was good. Then, they also decided to check my feet as well just to make sure that everything was good. It wasn’t. I went without appointment and obviously I spent many hours there. They are busy working hard. You have to be patient, but is easy when you have such a lovely, friendly and caring staff. Thank you very much guys !!

After 2 hour wait after check in (no other patient in the er) we realized they had completely forgot about us. terrible intestinal pain, swelling, for days. My wife was seen by a med student, asked a few questions, came back and sent us home with exact same treatment she had been taking, telling us to come back after a few days if it didn't improve. It's been 4 days, we are at the ER in Brussels, it's worse, none of their recommendations worked. We just received the bill: 450 euros for a 10 min conversation with a couple incompetent med students. Shameful.

I went to emergency at 9 pm. I got bleeding from my uterus and very painful Stomachache, I am bleeding non-stop like 3 days continuing and the doctor asked me "Why are you here?" Asked me two times and I explained my symptoms and she told me to take pain killers without checking my bleeding things. PS. I am not on My period right now and I am still bleeding until now! What a Unprofessional Doctor! No any patients would like to go to Emergency if they really do not need help!

We were in an emergency situation where we were informed to reach the BDU department. Unfortunately it was the wrong department for the treatment which was needed but the BDU department saw to it that they won't even touch the patient who is in excruciating pain. They didn't even try to give the patient some kind of pain medication. After an hour we reached the right department and they were in horror to see the patient and surprised why the BDU department didn't do anything. Thanks to the urology department, we got the right treatment on time but the negligence of the BDU department and how they shrug their shoulders off is something I had to write here. I hope no one else goes through this..
