My doctors were helpful, skilled, professional and provided me a lot of information. After operation services and information is complete with high priority to the after operation services. The urgence for post opération patients was fast and of full service. The nurses when I came before the operation were too busy, they let me in, gave me my wrist tag and gave me 3 medicines but let me waited 2 hours and no one came back to me to update me that the operation will within 2 hours of waiting . I came at 8h50 and the actual operation is at 11h15, in between the waiting hours, no one has came to re assure me and update me of the schedule that made me nervous and worried for 2 hours. All nurses were so busy that morning and talks a lot to each other without double checking or just to give a quick short words to me for 2 hours in the waiting room before the Anesthesist picked me up. Thank you.

I was very well looked after for my first pregnancy. The team was superb, whether it was for the pregnancy follow-up, the day of the birth or the aftermath of the birth. For this alone I say bravo! But above all, I love the student nurses we met, who were full of compassion and kindness, much more than the nurses themselves. I don't give 5 stars because there is still a lot of room for improvement: - at all my pregnancy follow-up appointments, the wait always lasted more than an hour even though we were told to arrive 30 min before the appointment 🙄 - cold administrative reception - a lady at the analysis laboratory shouted at an old man who didn't understand the process (taking a ticket, waiting etc.) when he had just asked nicely what to do - we were scared when our baby was born, that he couldn't latch on, that he was going to starve to death, that we had to go to the osteopath...when a few days later our baby gained weight. We didn't understand the point of scaring us so much when in the end everything was going well.

I am impressed with the level of the hospital, attitude of medical and medical care. Grateful my surgery was handled here with great professionalism. Merci bien!

I have been this place two times due to my heart. I know, I should wait a lot to meet doctor, but it was good place and gave me goom impression.!!

My 4 month old daughter just had surgery here. We feel very well cared for. Not only the medical profession has our complete trust, but also the nurses and caregivers are very popular with us with their love for the job - which we feel so much. The value ranges in the clinic are appealing, the free WiFi and the offers in the cafeteria shorten the waiting time immensely.!!

I would like to thank the Heart Center Leipzig. I had heart valve surgery and was given great care the entire time. After the 2nd day I was super fit again and my new heart valve works perfectly. As a patient, you feel that you are in very good hands at the Heart Center and all the employees always have an open ear for the patients. A very special thank you goes to the super nice and helpful staff at Station B4! I can definitely recommend the heart center.!!

This hospital is more than exemplary in every respect, I would like to give it endless stars. Every single person who works there has been more than just loving and warm. I especially wanted to thank the station E 1.2 Tuscany. The nurses and carers there were more than just perfect. I could write an endlessly long text here and still not have said thank you often enough!!! You are amazing - the entire station ❤️ To all the people out there who need help with heart problems, I promise you won't be in better hands!!!!

Super friendly people

Excellent staff of internal medicine: after many months looking for a diagnosis, they were the first and only to listen, study my symptoms, and find the cause in a rare illness, before sending me to the appropriate structure in Cochin. The structure is modern and clean; 5 stars also to the chef: the good food made my weeks there more pleasant.

Saw the emergency room in the middle of the night, waited less than half an hour, it was quite fast, the doctors and nurses were very caring, and there was even breakfast, although it was simple.

My anesthesiologists were playing Joanne while putting me to sleep. Great and kind staff. Very positive experience.

As a person with general insurance, I was in the clinic for a catheter ablation. Was treated very friendly and competently from the moment I was received until I was discharged yesterday. All the employees were always very friendly and well-positioned. Many thanks to everyone. And if I don't like to say it, I really liked it, but hopefully it was the first and last time :) But if it is necessary, this is the clinic where I would like to be treated.

The emergency center at the Hirslanden Clinic Aarau impressed us. When we arrived at 5am we were immediately taken to a room and the emergency team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Compared to the KSA Aarau emergency, there was a world of difference. We were very satisfied with the immediate help and targeted treatment. We would like to thank the emergency team and will certainly give them a gift basket. Thank you for your excellent work, keep it up!

If you have an emergency situation, you really get looked after very well here. Excellent team at all levels, from ambulance crew onwards.

Wonderful people, very good and professional attention, they were fast, attentive, available and very, very kind. Don't hesitate to go there if you ever need medical assistance in Lucerne. Oh, and the emergency services, 10/10. I give them 5 stars, they deserve twice as many.

I had a carotid artery surgery. I was very happy with Dr Prof Ockert . He correctly diagnosed the root cause and the needed operation. He also invited my wife to to hear the risks for not doing it and the risks for doing it. We felt this was important as the outcomes could change our livestyles. Finally the operation was a great success. Good team work between the doctors too.

I came to the cardio center in August 23 for a blocked iliac artery problem, now I feel like I've been to Lourdes. The kindness of all the medical staff is exemplary. Thank you all for your professionalism.👌👍

I brought my six year old daughter yesterday who was complaining of having heart throbs, it was the first time that I came to the cardiothoracic center of Monaco, and it is really the best hospital center that I have made of all my life, whether in terms of speed, to take care of my daughter, the staff of incredible patience and kindness, the center and impeccable cleanliness, I thank you again. Was in Claraspital for air in stomach, I was given drip and inj in drip. Was told not to eat. What inj did they give me in drip that burned my insides from my mouth till my throat. If I eat or drink I'm in a lot of pain. Asked nurse why I'm not allowed to eat. Was told I'm having operation. Was there for 4 days without food or water. The doctor did not discuss it with me. The lady who went for operation day after I arrived never came back. I asked them where she is was told in another room. I think the Keller her. NO DOCTOR HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO WHAT THEY WANT WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH THE PATIENTS. AND THIS WAS ONLY A DRS ASSISTANT. Dr told my friend she don't have blood, they will admit her to give blood in vein. When she went to spital she was given 2x document to sign which she refused after reading them. The document was to have stomach test from mouth and down. She was not given blood or Iron tablets yet she don't have enough blood the test results showed. When asked about it the dr told her it's ok. She can go home after staying in claraspital for 2 nights. How can anyone trust drs if they lie to people. PLEASE BE CAREFUL IM THINKING THEY ARE TAKING BODY PARTS FROM PEOPLE. After taking vaccine in Basel many people ended up in spital sick. Some cannot walk, some are bedridden. I must add that all the nurses was very nice to my friend. It's just that it's not nice for a doctor to lie just to make test on patient. 2022 I went to Claraspital for pain in my stomach. They did a scan after making me wait more than half an hour after the scan I got a big blister on my stomach. I told the Dr and was told it's nothing. I was very uneasy about it. There was something round on my skin. The dermatologist gave me 3 x cortisone injections but it never went away. Another Dr removed it by operation and there was something as long and thick as my small finger and was black in colour . What did they put in my body? I will never go there again. They only want to operate. The lady who was in the ward with me was so happy that she's going to get better after the stomach op. She was British. Unfortunately she never came back. The nurse was going through her handbag. It's a shame. What are they doing? Taking out body parts and selling them or reusing them like kidneys/ heart/ liver/ and so on. Please if you want to live do not go to Claraspital.clara hospital in Basel. In 2018 the Dr wanted to operate on me she tried to make me afraid telling me I will die if I don't have the op. They were giving me big doses of mofin till I stopped them. Today 2023 I'm alive, my stomach is ok by the Grace of God If you want to live DO NOT TO TO THE HOSPITAL. Every time I went there I was told OPERATE. NO WAYS

Great hospital, do all the truly necessary procedures, pretty good communicating staff and waiting time is ok. Running a hospital to this level is quite an achievement. Many thanks to the staff, it is reassuring to have you around.

Apart from the confusing way the floors are numbered, this hospital is the best there is in the Netherlands.

I went whining in pain and they seemed annoyed by that then told me I had to had an appointment to have an emergency and gave a phone number then proceeded to talk to each other in Dutch and stopped recognizing my presence, worst hospital EVER

I’m an international student and I didn’t know how the health care here in the Netherlands works. I have a lump in my throat that makes me feel I can’t breathe. Since in my country (Italy) you can always get assistance I went to the emergency department because I was worried about my thyroid problem and I couldn’t wait until may 30th for the GP. I explained my problem and two nurses were really frustrated and rude, one of them laughed at me by saying “oh you can walk and speak, is it an emergency for you?”, another one: “are you an international student? I knew it!!! you international students always come here for EVERYTHING”. I know I was supposed to do a quick Google before going but I was really worried and they could have said those things in a different way. I give 5 stars to the third nurse that explained to me in a really polite way what to do.

Care provided in a very professional and caring manner by the outpatient colonoscopy team. I felt an atmosphere that was both comforting for the patient that I am and relaxed among the caregivers. In a word: thank you.

Outpatient control examination with general anesthesia. The nurses and caregivers are top notch, very friendly and attentive. On the other hand, an anesthetist (apparently an intern) first pricked me twice on the top of my right hand, leaving the needles which a nurse then came to remove, before pricking my left hand to finally manage to the vein. Not good at all, we can say, and particularly painful. After the procedure, both my hands remained blue, swollen and very painful for at least 4 days. This is scandalous, especially if we consider the significant excess fees charged by La Protestante on anesthesia. Anesthesia alone costs more than €125, of which around €50 is reimbursed by the SS and €35 ​​by my mutual insurance.

I had to be hospitalized as an outpatient then in surgery in less than a week and both stays went very well. In the outpatient setting the nurses were very kind, attentive and funny (which is important in this kind of stressful moment). I was very well taken care of. For my stay on the 5th floor, everything went very well too! Thanks to nurse Catherine who was lovely to me, like a mother, who listened to me, made me laugh and took good care of me. Thanks also to the night caregiver who was very kind. Thanks also to the recovery room teams! And to the teams in the surgical theaters and the endoscopy suite, especially the nurse anesthetist who took care of me Thursday morning for my endoscopy, she really listened and was able to reassure me! I really felt good in the clinic. All the staff are kind and attentive, whether they are the admissions ladies, the stretcher bearers, the nurses, the nursing assistants, the doctors. If I have to have another operation one day, I would go back to the Protestant without hesitation! For once we see staff who are still human and smiling!
