I underwent septoplasty of the nasal septum. I performed the procedure privately. Without any reservations. Nice and professional service from the reception, doctors and hospital staff. Very modern facility. I recommend it.

The treatment of the child's oral cavity under anesthesia was carried out professionally. I would like to thank Dr. Piechowiak and the nurses in the ward for everything. I recommend CitoCare hospital.

Payed online for antigen test. Came for the scheduled time. They wouldn’t able to did it in time, so I had to wait. After this they did NOT ANTIGEN, but PCR test. As a result they told that I should wait even more, to do the Antigen, which I’ve paid in advance, they had to know about this. At least it was cheap

I had a gastric sleeve procedure at that clinic almost a week ago, and the entire experience has been excellent. From the initial contact before the operation to its conclusion, everything was impeccable. The clinic itself is spotless, and the care provided by the nurses is unparalleled. They are extremely attentive and warm, ensuring I felt well-taken care of at all times. Their professionalism is evident, and it's clear they adhere to European protocols, underscoring the clinic's quality. Every staff member's attention towards me was top-notch. I couldn't be more satisfied. Now, almost a week post-operation, I feel wonderful. I haven't experienced any discomfort beyond what's expected, and everything is progressing smoothly. If I ever need another surgery in the future, I wouldn't think twice about returning to KCM. Five months ago, we sought healthcare services and were requested to make an upfront payment of 9000 EUR. We complied with the payment. Additionally, an administration fee of 200 EUR was mentioned in case our travel plans changed. Regrettably, circumstances prevented us from traveling to Poland for the medical care. Despite this, the hospital declined our refund request and intends to retain the full 9000 EUR, despite not providing any services. Our attempts to contact them by phone have been unfruitful. Based on this unfortunate experience, I cannot recommend their services. I'm now considering escalating the matter to the Ministry of Health in Poland and prominent news agencies

This is not a review for the clinic, but rather the orthopedic store attached to it. My friend tore her ankle tendon and was treated with great care and professionalism by the doctor. We needed to buy a brace for the ankle and the consultant at the store sold us the wrong size (even after we actually tried both sizes on!). When we returned to change the brace to the proper size the consultant refused to do it and denied his mistake, saying: "I said it 'might' fit, not that it will". We had to buy another brace for $50. Its a shame that the company that has such high standards for treatment wastes the hard-earned reputation on incompetent consultants at the store.

I had a prof cleaning procedure. The hygienist doctor was nice and gentle, spoke English, answered all my questions and gave instructions how to improve my teeth state at home. Convenient to pay by card in clinic.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Wójcik Dental clinic. I have had two implants implanted and previously had two extractions (including a not fully grown wisdom tooth). Both tooth extraction and implantation were performed by Dr. Adam Wójcik. Both procedures were successful. The implantation, which I was most afraid of, turned out to be definitely painless, both during and after it. Moreover, I will add that Dr. Wójcik is a master when it comes to anesthesia, which works exactly in the treated area and wears off quite quickly after the procedure, so you are not paralyzed for several hours. Each visit is accompanied by competent information. Visits to Wójcik Dental Clinic always take place in a very nice and friendly atmosphere, and jazz standards playing in the background help you relax.

I found the Wójcik Dental Clinic by accident, a few months ago, when I was looking for a place where I could undergo orthodontic treatment with Invisalign overlays. I managed to arrange a free consultation during the open day with Dr. Adam Wójcik. I am glad that I was lucky enough to find this doctor and undergo treatment under his supervision. :) From the first visit I could feel the professionalism. The doctor was thorough, he explained everything very carefully, answered all questions and suggested the perfect solution. I also consider it a huge advantage that during the consultation, the doctor himself talked about the additional cost of retention and provided possible options - thanks to this, the total cost of treatment is known in advance and there are no surprises at the very end. :) Each visit takes place in a very nice atmosphere, is carried out thoroughly and not hastily. Currently, my treatment is coming to an end - all that remains are the details, which the doctor takes great care of so that both the patient and himself are satisfied with the effect. The difference is huge! In just a few months, I gained a new, beautiful and healthy smile. :) Dr. Adam also offered me additional treatments after the treatment, thanks to which my smile can be even more perfect, but still natural. In short - I highly recommend Wójcik Dental Clinic and Dr. Adam to anyone who is thinking about starting their adventure with Invisalign. The clinic offers competitive prices while maintaining great professionalism and taking care of the patient's well-being. During treatment, at each stage, the next steps are carefully discussed and any doubts are dispelled. I already know that it was a good decision and that after the treatment I will continue to be a patient of this clinic. I highly recommend it!

They rescheduled the visit twice, and then, when I came, I waited for 45 minutes. They did not offer any discount for my time, so I took my deposit and canceled the visit. When people cannot organize their time and do not have any obligations to the client, I cannot trust their professionalism. Do not recommend.

When I visited first time the doctor said I need gel for my gums and she put 3 packs to the bag and gave it to me, I paid for it and when I checked the bag there were 3 small tooth paste instead. Second visit was better but glue on my retainers on one tooth fell off after just few months.

As seen in other reviews they cancel appointments without telling the client. You only find out when you arrive at the clinic that your appointment no longer exists. Highly unprofessional practice.
