Today I went to IDent Clinic in Sighisoara and they are very satisfied, they work with great care and cleanliness, and every time the Doctor asked if I was in pain or if when I went to the Dentist I didn't have a pleasant experience, but now it was different until now I used to go to the Dentist with fear, and now I can't wait to go to the Dentist. IDent Clinic score 10!

I've been a client of Velvet Dental for more than 3 years so far, and comparing it to other clinics in Bucharest, I can confirm this is the best. The doctors are very well prepared; they also participate in international conferences so that they keep up not with the Kardashians but with the latest technologies and procedures. I appreciate the fact that they always explain what they are going to do regarding the intervention needed and why it is needed. I've had several issues with the molars, and the doctors, Georgiana Elefterie and Horia Neaga, have done everything to save them. The extraction of only one of them has been the last solution, and only after multiple interventions. Regarding the dental implants, I had one put in another clinic in the Primaverii area of Bucharest, and unfortunately, it had to be removed. I recommend Dr. Radu Colteanu for dental implants. Besides that, the place itself is very cozy, the colors are warm and they combine naturally, and everything has been designed so that the customer feels comfortable and in a friendly atmosphere, starting from the yellow bicycle in front of the clinic.

I went and saw doctor Adrian Negrila. I had a small esthetic filling that had fallen off. It took less than 5 minutes to put in a new one with no drilling necessary since there was no cavity. The cost was 400 lei which seems a bit expensive but that's not what upset me. He told me I needed a teeth cleaning which I agreed to. I've never had a teeth cleaning done that fast or painfully. I've also never had my gums bleed as much and hurt so bad after a teeth cleaning. There was too much force used and not enough care to protect and avoid my gums. Used a little mirror when I got home and there's cuts in my gums and not all dirty stains removed.

This review reflects the orthodontic department represented, in my interactions, by Dr. Georgiana Stanescu, the rest of Velvet Dent staff is on point and should not be linked to this. My experience with Velvet Dent was at its core targeting orthodontic treatment for impacted canines - braces, exposure, bracketing and descent. After quite several interactions and planned actions Dr. Stanescu gave me a disturbing sense of unprofessionalism, forgetting the course of action one session over the next, being late at appointments (20-30 mins) even though i booked at opening hours, mentioning conflicting and disjointed solutions and last but not least, failing to solve my problem. All of this was mentioned to the staff, confronted and properly explained, yet, however unfortunate, it did not improve the course of action, forcing me to switch to another Dental Clinic. In short, i was not bothered by the impossibility of fixing my problem, the truly disappointing part came from how this was treated, the wasted time, failure of execution and the saddening reality of a not caring doctor. Hopefully, this will be addressed, Thank you

I came to the Clinic after a few botched fillings by my previous doctor, and a couple of other issues we've discovered along the way. All I can say is that I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the level of professionalism and service provided by Paris Dental, but most of all, by Dr Csilla Varga. She guided me through each procedure with kindness and patience, answering all my questions and restoring my trust in denists in general. Having had her as my dentist has shown me what a difference it makes to have a professional (who is also passionate about their job) take care of me, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Doctors are friendly , patient in explaining the treatment . Staff is super receptive and good in communication. Timely support and transparent in prices too.

Superb clinic. I had veneers, crowns and whitening done and the final result was beyond my expectations. Extremely natural ! Dr. Zeed listened to each of my requests and needs, and was very patient. He made an excellent work ! The same goes for Dr. Iuliana who provided excellent care with patience. Very important point: I had no pain, no potential infection, no bleeding. Everything is perfect! Hygiene measures are all applied and the clinic and the tools used are extremely clean. I highly recommend this dental clinic. I am very satisfied. It was the best decision we have ever made after we have decided to travel all the way from Australia . I always travel back to Bucharest to get all my dental work done at Dent Estet and I have the best experience! I had amazing patient care but most importantly pain free treatments, both for my regular hygiene routine and most recent cavity treatment. Dr Ionut Zaharii did a great job and was kind enough to explain other possible issues to address in the future. Also, you can get any kind of investigation on site, making it an all inclusive service. Loved it!

I have been receiving extensive dental work from Dr. Ioana Stan, and I must say that I am incredibly impressed with her exceptional skills and professionalism. Throughout the entire process, she has consistently delivered outstanding results, and I have complete confidence in her ability to continue doing so in the future. Reception and communication is terrible, I had to wait for an emergency for more than 2.5 hours because the reception clerk forgot to register me, TWO TIMES.

Wxcellent Hoslital, one of the best in Romania, as well as from Bucharest. Very clean, tidy, professional doctors and nurses.

Dr. Florescu Nicolae performed my mother's coronary angiography. The anesthesia was not done well, severe pain of course, he didn't even care that he almost killed his mother!! The tension had dropped to 6!! How is it possible that you don't care?? I do not recommend this clinic in any way! Shame on this individual! The world complains about this doctor because he is very bad! He should look for another job if he doesn't like this one and behaves badly with patients!!!

How did I end up paying 320 lei for 100 ml of ultrasound gel (which normally costs 1 lei) to Dr. Deutsch Laurentiu, a urologist. I came urgently because I was passing through Sibiu, to this polyclinic, to Mr. Dr. Urologist Deutsch because I had an infection/inflammation, according to some blood tests, and in the last set of tests, my PSA test had exploded, indicating a prostate infection. I had no other abnormalities (frequent, interrupted urination, etc., only infection, according to PSA). Mr. Doctor said that it is good to do an ultrasound, to see the situation of the urinary system (and the prostate was also needed, which is included). At the end, I was given a payment note, which I had to pay, and a prescription that included: - Pelvi Blue - a food supplement that has no value for an infection, you're basically throwing your money away if you take it - Omnic Tocas - an anti-blocker that is given when you have difficulty urinating (this was not my case). For infection, the prostate is measured (something the doctor did not do, although he did an ultrasound) and antibiotics are prescribed.

Feedback from Dr. Radu Adriana Carmen. I decided to be her patient after the positive reviews I read on google, but personally I don't have a pleasant experience. I called the doctor through the Medlife clinic, after the consultation she recommended a series of hormonal tests, which I had to do on certain days of CM. Since the day I was supposed to do the tests fell on the weekend, I contacted her through the clinic to ask her if it would be ok to do the tests on Friday/Monday or if I should wait another month. She spoke very badly on the phone, even yelled at me, reproaching me that she mentioned in the office how I should proceed, why I wasn't paying attention, and hung up on me. He showed a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She did not mention during the consultation how I should proceed if the respective days fall on the weekend and even if she had mentioned, the fact that I called her to ask is not something that deserves this behavior on her part. In the office, the consultation was superficial and there was zero empathy. I do not recommend this doctor and I will definitely go to another doctor after receiving the test results
