Dr. Florescu Nicolae performed my mother's coronary angiography. The anesthesia was not done well, severe pain of course, he didn't even care that he almost killed his mother!! The tension had dropped to 6!! How is it possible that you don't care?? I do not recommend this clinic in any way! Shame on this individual! The world complains about this doctor because he is very bad! He should look for another job if he doesn't like this one and behaves badly with patients!!!

How did I end up paying 320 lei for 100 ml of ultrasound gel (which normally costs 1 lei) to Dr. Deutsch Laurentiu, a urologist. I came urgently because I was passing through Sibiu, to this polyclinic, to Mr. Dr. Urologist Deutsch because I had an infection/inflammation, according to some blood tests, and in the last set of tests, my PSA test had exploded, indicating a prostate infection. I had no other abnormalities (frequent, interrupted urination, etc., only infection, according to PSA). Mr. Doctor said that it is good to do an ultrasound, to see the situation of the urinary system (and the prostate was also needed, which is included). At the end, I was given a payment note, which I had to pay, and a prescription that included: - Pelvi Blue - a food supplement that has no value for an infection, you're basically throwing your money away if you take it - Omnic Tocas - an anti-blocker that is given when you have difficulty urinating (this was not my case). For infection, the prostate is measured (something the doctor did not do, although he did an ultrasound) and antibiotics are prescribed.

I called the doctor through the Medlife clinic, after the consultation she recommended a series of hormonal tests, which I had to do on certain days of CM. Since the day I was supposed to do the tests fell on the weekend, I contacted her through the clinic to ask her if it would be ok to do the tests on Friday/Monday or if I should wait another month. She spoke very badly on the phone, even yelled at me, reproaching me that she mentioned in the office how I should proceed, why I wasn't paying attention, and hung up on me. He showed a completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She did not mention during the consultation how I should proceed if the respective days fall on the weekend and even if she had mentioned, the fact that I called her to ask is not something that deserves this behavior on her part. In the office, the consultation was superficial and there was zero empathy. I do not recommend this doctor and I will definitely go to another doctor after receiving the test results

Dr. Motruc and his team was very professional and helpful every step of the way from the beginning of the consultation to the final procedure. He has years of experience with respect to cosmetic surgery and always keeps the patient's best interest front of mind. I fully trust his judgment and I sincerely recommend him to anybody!

I had a great medical experience with this clinic, such a professional team, great services and Dr.Motruc- a true expert, he knows what he is doing, a great doctor with a fantastic team behind. This clinic is a joke! I have visited this clinic several times and my experiences have been unpleasant to say the least. The time of the appointment is not taken into account - I waited in front of the office between half an hour and an hour, the doctors being either delayed with the other appointments or completely absent from the clinic. No one seems interested in behaving respectfully with patients and keeping appointments. The lobby waiting area is insufficient and inadequate. People crowd the corridors like in a pathetic state hospital. The building is unkempt and shabby, especially the hallways and patient toilets. The reception staff are unprofessional, they don't know how to give you the information you need, they are disrespectful and totally disinterested. If you don't have a recommendation for a doctor ok, it's a total lottery whether you find someone competent or not, I was very disappointed with how I was treated by certain doctors in this clinic, their level of knowledge and professionalism. Unfortunately, it does not come close to the quality standards that a private clinic should have

Medlife could invest more in the building and room decorations for 100€/night. The cost of the analysis were covered by the state and the doctor that treated me was very well prepared (dr.Burs). The food is good but there is much to do to compete with the private sector in the West of Europe.

if you have an emergency, run away from this place, they are the worst people, the doctor on the ambulance who got us there was begging them to accept a patient who had a big cardiac problem and the doctors from this place sent him away, later that night he had a big cardiac crysis and almost died, we went to another hospital who immediately put him in ICU, wondering how the other hospital could do this. These people can't treat a sore throat, or our patient arived there before our envelope of money for the doctors did.

This review is well overdue. I came to this private clinic a few times and I had a great experience each time. I lived overseas for some time and I am used to high end medical services. Before I met Dr.Deutsch, I sworn I will never see a gynecologist in Romania ever again after a bad experience in a private clinic in Bucharest. I wanted to take this time to give a shout-out to Dr.Deutsch Horatiu! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised after my first appointment and will be a returning patient. He is not only very kind and compassionate, he is also very patient and understanding. I no longer live in Sibiu buy will also come back for my anual here. Keep up the good work and thank you for your help and guidance.

Bunica mea o venit de 2 ori pentru nimic. Rdv a fost fixat și Dr. nu era prezent. Bunica de 80 de ani! My grandmother came twice, for nothing!!! She had an appointment but the doctor "wasn't there". I give one star, because I recently had an extremely unpleasant collateral experience with this PRIVATE hospital, as the mother of a patient, operated by the team of Dr. Dejeu Viorel, whose team I would give 1000 * if I could. My great dissatisfaction and great indignation come from the fact that the nurses and nursing ladies from this hospital, with whom my child had to deal, had a disastrous behavior, both professionally and in terms of communication. These female nurses should, according to my experience as a laboratory nurse with over 30 years of experience, be trained and retrained on the collection and communication side, and the nurses should be reminded that they go to work to do their duty, on full. My child faced a gross lack of professionalism on the part of the nurses, being "punctured" by needles, to collect blood, both pre- and post-operatively, the same thing happened to him when a trivial branula was put on him . In the ward, when her bra was changed, blood was filled on the pajama, on the bedclothes and even the wall was splashed. Even worse, the bed was left like that, unchanged until the next day, because the nurses did not bother to change it. They probably also operated in some room (please forgive my irony), and they couldn't do the job for which they are paid. I work in a hospital in a small town, a state hospital, without the claims that the Humanitas hospital would have, but something like this would never happen in our hospital and it shouldn't happen anywhere. I am sorry for this experience, I am outraged by the fact that my child paid 22,000 lei to the hospital and received humane treatment of 2 lei from the nurses. And yet, I only have words of praise for the work that the doctor did together with the dance team, I thank them and respect their work! I had thyroid surgery on 27.10.2023 by Dr. Răzvan Simescu, a doctor with excellent professional training, very humane and patient. From the very first appointment, it was explained to me in detail what the problem was, what the operation consisted of, what the costs and consequences were. I was hospitalized one night after the operation and everything went very well and easily; all the staff I interacted with were kind and willing to help. Very unprofessional! I had an appointment at 11 o'clock and more than an hour passed before the doctor Barbos(at least she was nice)received me.I don't think it's acceptable, they don't care about people's time at all.
