Everything is flawless! The girls at the reception are very kind. I had several interventions and each time I was treated exemplary, all the nurses periodically checked the reserve after the operation and always responded when I needed something. Rhinoplasty, breast implant, hyaluronic acid and botox injections were all done by Dr. Motruc and I am extremely satisfied.

I had a great medical experience with this clinic, such a professional team, great services and Dr.Motruc- a true expert, he knows what he is doing, a great doctor with a fantastic team behind. One star because it has parking a nice drugstore/pharmacy inside and it’s clean modern ish. The receptionist was in a hurry. I booked my appointment via call center but the doctor said she did not know about my visit and started complaining about her kids being on the street waiting for her to take them home. I went there for an issue I have with an incision on one of my breasts and the nurse started saying she doesn’t like how my previous dr did the surgery and started complaining why I got my surgery done outside Romania. It felt really uncomfortable and unprofessional. Then the surgeon started to take out stitches while complaining about my surgery and her kids ... been bleeding afterwards... do not recommend for plastic surgery.

After a very famous neonatologist from Sibiu recommended us to put oxygenated water in the umbilical cord of our little girl born on January 10, the girl started bleeding from the umbilical cord for a few days because of the oxygenated water. I reached Dr. Kiss Lorant, a man with a big heart... We cannot describe in words the help given by you. He left us a message that I'm leaving here for all parents, future parents, family doctors, neonatologists, pediatricians: "NEVER Oxygenated water on newborn babies, Oxygenated water burns and they have a very thin skin" . Professor doctor, may God reward you here on earth and up in heaven! We pray for your health! We still need special people like you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! A money-grubbing hospital. Money money money. Only money. How is it possible to make appointments for consultation every 10 minutes???? It is normal that the scheduled hours cannot be respected!! The patients sit piled next to each other in those narrow hallways without enough chairs! Why do you make consultation appointments for employers every 10 minutes??? Shall we say hello and goodbye to the doctors? 230 lei for 10 minutes??? What quality can the doctor provide when he sees a patient for 10 minutes??? Do you go to the scheduled time and wait another hour?? Then he sends you for spirometry and you wait another half an hour until that nurse appears. The basement was empty. You could do whatever you wanted there. Aren't you ashamed?!! Are you tired of money? To the Hamesites!! Fomists!! I will never go to you again. I hate it!

It looks like in 2009 when I was last here. I went with my grandfather for a check-up in 2022 and we were going to come the next day, they said they would do a covid test here, when we arrived, they sent us on May 9 (another location of theirs) because why not they send you with an old man to another part of the city for a test that they could do here, as they said... hospitalization costs 1000 ron/day, I had an appointment at 11:00 and I waited almost an extra hour... kidding

This review is well overdue. I came to this private clinic a few times and I had a great experience each time. I lived overseas for some time and I am used to high end medical services. Before I met Dr.Deutsch, I sworn I will never see a gynecologist in Romania ever again after a bad experience in a private clinic in Bucharest. I wanted to take this time to give a shout-out to Dr.Deutsch Horatiu! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised after my first appointment and will be a returning patient. He is not only very kind and compassionate, he is also very patient and understanding. I no longer live in Sibiu buy will also come back for my anual here. Bunica mea o venit de 2 ori pentru nimic. Rdv a fost fixat și Dr. nu era prezent. Bunica de 80 de ani! My grandmother came twice, for nothing!!! She had an appointment but the doctor "wasn't there". Gynecologist - Ramona Spulber is not at all suitable for this position... unfortunately. I went to a consultation because I had pain in the area of ​​the ovaries. When I entered the office, he did a lot of tests that he didn't inform me about and gave me a superficial consultation. When the tests came, I expected them to tell me what samples they collected and why. Instead, he told me "it's ok" and I told him why I have the pain... more. She told me to come back for an ultrasound, which I had already done at her place during the first consultation. I do not recommend, I give one star, not even that one... * because it is a private and very expensive hospital... for what it offers.
