Prices are really too much but too high, false savings in Italy you spend more or less the same, from their website they boast that the prices are like in Croatia and it is absolutely a colossal falsehood, for jobs of a certain size it is better to go to Croatia or Albania, I hope it is useful for those who have big jobs to do For emergencies there may be small jobs.

Leaving aside the (not insignificant) issue that they charge 35 euros to give you a quote, the problem is that the cost is higher than in Trieste for the same job and not by a little considering that we are talking about about 10%. It makes me think that these people live on estimates... They attract customers by boasting low prices, then they tell you "yeah but you pay for quality" of course you pay, like everywhere else. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it at all.

The experience of getting an implant in the clinic was amazing 😍! They payed a lot of attention to me and my healing progress! The staff is very professional and kind. I thought it would be a painful experience but I was proven wrong by the well trained staff who made the procedure painless and quick. I am glad I chose this clinic!

Disgusting clinic. I needed to put a seal on the front. They made it larger than the neighboring teeth and uniform yellow in color, it was noticeable even from afar. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the doctor said that the filling really turned out to be of poor color, since their clinic specializes in implants, and not in decorative work. When I asked to return the money to me for this bad filling, so that I could do it in another place, they offered me a refund, but after the filling was cut back. That is, I will have to walk with half of the front tooth and wait for another dentist appointment!!

I’ve had a fear of the dentist from a young age but when I met Dr Krishen Shah he completely put my mind at rest and spoke to me in detail about what he thought I should do to correct my smile. He’s a genuine lovely person who puts so much time and effort into his work. I am over the moon with the finished result. I also want to give the up most appreciation for the nurse who worked along side him. I can’t recommend Dr Shah and his team enough.

Dr Kristen Shah is a perfectionist at his work and I’m so grateful for the time he took with my case, which was rather complicated. He removed some bonding I’d had done by another dentist and redid it, and it looks so much better. Thank you Dr Shah! I feel much more confident with my smile now. Sarah Bux and her assistant (did not catch her name I’m afraid!) are absolutely wonderful! So welcoming and comforting during the not so nice bits of dental cleaning. They were both so kind today and I was able to ask questions about treatments without feeling rushed or anything. 10/10 experience truly! And I don’t usually review anything😂

Dr Krishen Shah is one of the best dentist! The clinic is super clean and all staff are very friendly, Dr Krishen was very professional and put me at ease, thoroughly explained what he was going to do and the reason for doing the treatment. He consistently checked in with me to see how I was feeling during the treatment and made sure everything was perfect. His eye for detail is incredible and the speed he works at is amazing! Thank you and the entire clinc!!

I have had such a good experience from the clinic and everyone involved. Dr Abeer Shehadeh has done a great job on my teeth (removal of mercury fillings; other stuff) and was also really good at discussing with me what she intended to do. Also the nurses and receptionist looked after me excellently. Thanks to you all.

We are seeing the child at the Skydent clinic with Ekaterina Dmitrievna Burnistova✨ I really like everything: the attitude and approach to the child, the doctor’s fast and high-quality work in a playful way with fairy tales and jokes, they also give a gift as a bonus👍👍👍 The child walks with pleasure, without tears and hysterical)))

We came in with an emergency, the child’s gums were swollen, he had a high temperature, they just asked to at least take a look, give a consultation, they were refused, they said all the doctors were busy. I understand, but this is an emergency and it would be possible to spare 2 minutes to provide emergency assistance..

For a long time I was looking for a place where teeth are removed under general anesthesia, and I didn’t regret at all that I chose Skydent. They requested that I leave a review, so I do so, albeit with some hesitation. I arrived in Florence with a cracked crown and they were very kind in seeing me, extremely quick and accommodating. The office was clean, and their staff was always kind, communicative, and reassuring, for which I am grateful. They were patient when I was indecisive (they convinced me that in paying more for a root canal, I would avoid future pain and sensitivity in the damaged area, and I did ultimately opt to do so, for a total of €1300). Fitting the crown was difficult, as I suspect is the norm, but at some point it seems they nicked on one of my neighboring teeth (or, hopefully, perhaps they left a dab of cement that remains there after over a month), and it required 3-4 different visits to adjust it. Anyway, the crown remained high enough where my other teeth wouldn't touch when I closed my mouth, which was so maddening. The dentist seemed like she didn't really believe me, and I left each time thinking, "OK, maybe I'm just being too sensitive and I'll get used to it." Finally, upon my last visit, the "main" dentist took over with great fanfare, and he was much more thorough, even polishing the surface of the crown, which made it much more comfortable in my mouth (which, by the way, I'm surprised the other dentist never did). Unfortunately, while the fit is better than before, it still does stick out every-so-slightly when I close my mouth, and now hurts when I eat. I'm hoping eventually I will get used to it and the soreness will go away, and I know that they would offer to try to help adjust it again, but after so many tries I just don't see the point anymore. Perhaps I should have articulated myself better when I was there -- I guess it speaks to the limitations of my Italian, or to me not wanting to complain too much -- but at this point after two months, my time in Italy is ending, and will have to visit my old dentist in the USA to see what's up. I wish I didn't have to do so, as it's going to end up costing much more in time and money in the long run, but that was the risk I took. Anyway, I hate to leave a negative review, but that's where I stand now.

The Dental Factor team was incredibly supportive, instantly putting me at ease with their jokes and laughter. They managed to make a daunting procedure feel remarkably simple and stress-free. The process was smooth, their facility was modern and clean, and the dentists were exceptionally skilled. I'm so pleased with the experience!

We had an emergency whilst we were travelling Italy. It was for both myself, pain & broken tooth, and my wife, pain, infection and possible crown. They booked us in as an emergency and were able to complete the work. Filling for me & tooth removal and implant for my wife. Crown will be inserted when we get back home. They speak English, which made things so much easier & explained the process. They were so professional, friendly, with minimal or no pain, and completed the work whilst we were in Florence.
